Started ordering here when I worked at an office job in HB. Finally got to visit in person a few months ago. The tables are small and you gotta time it right if you want to eat there but if you're fortunate enough to find a table it's nice and quiet. My favorite was the hand made "pop tart". Great coffee and service. The food is delicious as well, all though the price to portion size is a bit expensive. I believe it was roughly $40 for 2 coffees and 2 bites. We left hungry and ate 2 hours later. Regardless, we would come back for the coffee. The ambiance is pleasant as well. Not really a study coffee shop vibe since it's a bit small. The seating is close together so it's more of a place to sit while you wait for your order, not a cozy place to stay for hours and read a book. Unfortunately they also did not give me the lettuce tomato or avocado. Just an overcooked croissant with bacon and egg. Very disappointing for a 15$+ sandwich. It was a rainy, quiet day in there. Cute little spot tucked into the plazas corner. Pricier toasts with not much more to it. We tried the banana toast, BLT, and harvest chai latte. The banana toast came with a layer of Nutella spread, heaps of sliced banana, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Chocolate and banana are a combination made for one another so you can't go wrong with this one. However, the toast was toasted for too long. If you enjoy it extra crunchy it'll hit the spot. But if you're looking for a crispy exterior and a soft center I'd ask to bake it for less time. For about $10 this was a pricey slice. The BLT was small and the taste was very standard. Like the banana toast, the bread was too hard. I'd get light Mayo too, they put a little bit more than what I like. To wash it down, I ordered the Harvest Chai. A fall flavored drink with apple syrup and chai. I read a review raving about it but it wasn't for me. The syrup masked the espresso taste and began to taste very artificial. read more

My go to is the "Brads Way" with hazelnut and white mocha and I've had it else where and this one takes the cake! The downside was that both lattes we ordered were so sweet that we had to throw them out... $15 down the drain. It was the kind of sweet that tastes like you're drinking plain sugar and milk. It would be helpful to add less sweetener when making the drink, then offer customers the opportunity to add more syrup if they want. My husband and I did a "mystery picnic" and one of the stops was Steadfast Cafe to pick up 2 sandwiches (ham and turkey). When we got there, I was relieved that they knew what I was talking about and cheerfully made our sandwiches, and we went on our way. When we reached our final destination for the picnic, we were looking forward to our lunch and these sandwiches did NOT disappoint. Even after 2 hours in the car, while we made our other stops, the sandwiches tasted fresh and delicious. This tiny cafe may be small and perpetually crowded, but that's just because it's where the locals huddle for warmth, caffeine, and the best pumpkin scone this side of... well, I'm rather new to the pumpkin craze, but... Seriously, that scone is so good it deserves its own fan club (and I would gladly serve as president). If someone were to bribe me, the pumpkin scone would work very well (mm, it depends on the task, tho. I won't kill anyone for the scone, but minor crimes? maybe... no, I'm kidding). The cold brew is a pleasant surprise, too--smooth and not the least bit bitter, like that one friend who's always cheerful even before their first cup of coffee (not me). Speaking of caffeine, my partner, who's comically sensitive to the stuff, ordered a lavender lemonade in a moment of early-morning caution. It hit him only after taking a sip: it was morning, and he could have actually enjoyed a coffee without vibrating into another dimension. Oh well, there's always next time... and trust me, there *will* be a next time. I'll keep this short--if you can squeeze yourself in, you're in for a treat. Beware tho of the treats, you might find yourself spending your income away. Steadfast cafe has the BEST seasonal drinks! I just recently had the Honey Bun Latte & it was SOOO good! I already am planning to go back to get it again! It was a great mix of coffee but with some sweetness without it being TOO sweet. The cashier was very friendly & patient. Even though they were pretty busy, my drink came out pretty quickly! There is plenty of seating inside, but there is also a couple of tables to sit at outside! Had the delicious avocado toast today and although it's something I could have probably made at home with its simple ingredients, nothing beats coming to a cute cafe! I do wish the added egg wasn't an additional $1.50 but next time I will add the egg to mix it up. We also ordered the Next Level Breakfast Sando and that was super tasty! The sriracha mayo is so yummy! I recommend this item! For drinks, I ordered a regular drip coffee and we also ordered a decaf drip coffee with cream. The decaf one came out very watery and although we felt so bad saying something, we informed the friendly guy that was behind the counter and he happily fixed it for us. His demeanour and attitude was impeccable! I felt so happy and relieved that not only did he have it redone, he did it himself! One of the gals had made the initial one. I have been wanting to stop by Steadfast Cafe for a while now and I'm happy I finally made it. It is their six-month anniversary. The ambiance is friendly, welcoming, and relaxing. They have music playing, it's a cute little spot with outdoor seating. I ordered their Blue Moon drink, Steadfast drink, and a Turkey Sando(sandwich). The Blue Moon drink was refreshing, with coconut water, matcha, and center. For the people who love coconut water and aren't much of a sweet drink type of person, this drink is for you. It was refreshing and if I try next time I'll ask for sweeter(just personal preference). The Steadfast drink is sweet but not too overwhelmingly sweet which balanced the Blue Moon. It reminded me of the pink drink but better. Turkey Sando (sandwich) was fresh and delicious. It consisted of turkey, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and mayo. It is a good spot for food, drinks, and positive vibes due to the staff and their superb customer service. It is also a good spot to study(if you don't mind the music in the background), work, socialize with friends, family, acquaintances, a quick pick me up, etc. The place is small so if you plan to take your possie be aware so you're not caught off guard. The team up front was so welcoming. They even made an effort to remember every customer's name. I see you, Brad. I was feeling something simple so I ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk + whip cream for funsies. Despite the large size, this drink was gone in minutes! They serve bagels, sandwiches, and a loaded toasts. I ordered the Mediterranean Toast, which is incredibly filling. This thick piece of toast was cut in half and topped with fresh basil, red onion, cucumber, feta, and balsamic glaze. The inside is small, so consider yourself lucky to snag a seat.
