Her tea was unsweetened instead of sweet, and when she bit into her chicken mini, she pulled out a long strand of hair from her mouth. At that point, we were completely disgusted and did not continue eating. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a brand known for service, accuracy, and cleanliness. Mistakes can happen, but repeated failures with order flow, food safety, and basic customer service should not. We also had the mushroom Chardonnay soup- we enjoyed that so much we went over to the market to buy some to take home. Husband had the mushroom ravioli (he's pescatarian) and I had the 16oz Waygu Ribeye. I have had Waygu at other high end restaurants and felt it wasn't worth the hype... this was incredible!
