This is pic of supposed upgraded box of fries.

We ordered a plain double cheeseburger with fries deal. I upgraded this deal for $1.50 more to get larger fries. We also ordered 3cups if Chilli. Forced because a bowl was not available. They were approx 3.75 each. Upon receipt on the drive home I opened the bag to grab a couple of fries for the ride home. To my dismay my fingers hit the cardboard box and air. Way underfilled see the Pic attached. Took a picture and closed the bag to keep the little bit to eat with our meal. Once home we discovered the Chilli containers were not filled. A good 1/2 to 3/4 inch to the top of the small container. Comparable to our box of lacking fries. Disappointing to pay nearly $12 for a not even a bowl of Chilli combing all 3 cups. Open by cheeseburger to find mustard and pickles and onion!!! Yuck! I hate pickles and mustard. Now my tolerance has run out. I called the Viera Store to be greeted by a very abrupt male. He seemed to not want to hear any of my complaints and hastily offered to refund back to card amount. I asked if he could do this on my gift card that was used. He said yes! Again with an attitude. I said great. And rhen asked if he didnt think some sort of apology that a simple sorry. He snapped back something quickly and hung up NOW 4 DAYS LATER. NO REFUND! This is such a poorly run location. I grew up on SteaknShake and out of approx 7 trips over the last 2 years I would say 6 were not great experiences. This owner / manager has got to go!! I used to eat this food 1 to 3 times a month. This is the location near me and I give up! I am hoping someone from corporate can atep in and reprimand or replace this management.

Went here for lunch. The place is clean. You chose your order by the kiosk. I had the garlic cheeseburger. It was good. What I like about them is that, they give you fresh lettuce and tomatoes. It was really good. Hubby had the bacon cheeseburger and the vanilla milk shake too drink, yum!

Visited steak and shake with my family today and honestly I had not been in many years. I was encouraged to go and try the beef tallow fries. They have changed the format of the restaurant since my last visit and you have to order on a touch screen and then grab your drink and find a seat. They called our name when the food was ready which was prompt. The food was delivered hot and fresh and I found the experience to be light years better than I had recalled from the past. The French fries were hot, fresh and delish. I also ordered a double cheese and it was delicious as well. My husband and as pleased with his burger and fries and my daughter enjoyed her grilled cheese and fries along with her chocolate milk shake. We pretty much cleaned our plates and grabbed drink refills before we left. The location was clean. The staff was attentive and helpful and the manager checked on us. I highly recommend dining in at this location and checking out the fries which are now cooked in beef tallow. Our visit was way better than I expected so much so I downloaded the app and know that we will be back. There is nothing I can recommend for change.

Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Paying seems to be all automated both cash and card. Pick up area is clean and organized. Food came out fresh and tasted great. Prices were

I can't believe steak 'n Shake did this to me. I just had a sad burger. I could feel it crying. It didn't have any lettuce and it didn't have any tomatoes. Are you freaking kidding me I paid more than $12 and these fries didn't even come with barbecue sauce and it was extra anyways the only redeeming feature was a Nutella shake which if you order itself is five bucks go figure.

If there is one thing that is consistent with all Steak n Shakes I have been in is POOR service. The one in the Avenues is no different.

I spend more money on gas than food while using their drive thru since it is the slowest "fast food" restaurant in the world.

The atmosphere was upscale yet welcoming, and everything ran smoothly for our group. Our waitress, Karsyn, was attentive, patient, and did an amazing job keeping up with all of us while making sure everyone had a great experience. I ordered the Sesame Tropical Salmon, which was cooked really well and full of flavor. I personally wasn't a huge fan of the mango chutney, but overall the dish was still very enjoyable and the food as a whole was good. From the service to the ambiance, Urban Prime made for a great group dining experience. Definitely worth checking out for a nice dinner or celebration!

HOWEVER I am also a big believer in that fact that we all have different tastes and opinions so reviews should be taken in that context. Unfortunately I let some negative reviews keep me from trying Urban Prime. It was well worth the wait. We visited today to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. We went right before dinner service started so we were able to enjoy ourselves at their 'Prime Hour' with discounted appetizers and drinks. We splurged on the bourbon flight, the prime old fashioned and the blossom old fashioned- they were incredible! We shared the wedge salad - it was ginormous! We also had the mushroom Chardonnay soup- we enjoyed that so much we went over to the market to buy some to take home. Husband had the mushroom ravioli (he's pescatarian) and I had the 16oz Waygu Ribeye. I have had Waygu at other high end restaurants and felt it wasn't worth the hype... this was incredible! It cut like butter. Oh and I almost forgot we had the blue crab artichoke dip... that was easily the runner up for the best of the night. The place was decorated cutely with fun art from what I am guessing is local artists. It was definitely a vibe and the pictures on the website do not do it justice. Our server Karsyn, was great. She put up with our old people humor and treated us like we were her only patrons. We will definitely be back. We can't wait to try the sushi!

There was plenty to take home and have a second meal, and she said it was all delicious. I ordered the soup (clam chowder) and house Caesar. The soup was nice and hot and tasted great. The salad was good, though a tad heavy on the dressing. A general note about Miller's and its kids' menu: I have eaten at a few of these places around the state, and I find their policy about adults eating off the kids' menu to be weird. Some servers are fine with it and some claim management won't let them allow you to order of the other menu. Most items on the kids' menu cost about $8. The (adult) meatloaf is $8.50. The fish and chips are $7.99. So, what is the big deal about an adult ordering off the kids' menu if the costs are the same? Some of us don't want a 1/2 pound burger. The kids' menu has a 1/4 lb. burger. Also, we sometime dine with our disabled nephews, and they usually prefer "kid friendly" dishes. I wish Miller's would review this policy.

They gave us a side of the garlic aolie sauce to try and it was good if you like that kind of dipping sauce. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite and would not change a thing for our order. The sandwiches were amazing and we highly recommend. Not sure what it took us so long to check this place out after moving to Viera last summer but we will definitely be back. We weren't far and got there before the food was finished but that's not their fault, we weren't far just really close and I didn't expect them to have our order ready before we got there. I walked in and the place was really inviting, clean, good vibes, and great service. They were really friendly, told me I can sit anywhere and brought the food to me when ready. The food smelled so good on the way home, and man did it taste great. Again I really didn't expect much, but I have to give it to them, their burger was so delicious I wanted another one. My wife loved her poke bowl and my son ate all of his food, which usually he has trouble doing (picky eater). Anyways we will definitely come back here 5 stars. The Intracoastal Amber Red Ale is a local IPA and was cold and refreshing ($6.50). My Aloha Burger ($9.50) consisted of a Teriyaki-Marinated Angus Beef Patty, Swiss Cheese, Grilled Pineapple Slice, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Creamy Teriyaki Aioli, all on a Toasted Brioche Bun. The Aloha Burger was marked on the menu as a local favorite and I found it to be very good. Be warned though, this is a pretty messy burger and if you don't abide by the old phrase of "finger licking good", then you might find this sandwich somewhat challenging, ha! My server was polite and efficient. The indoor seating consists of a bar area with 14 seats along an "L" shaped bar along with 4 high top tables. Also along the far wall there's 8 smaller tables. The outdoor covered patio area consists of both 2-person tables and also 4-person tables. There's also a smaller bar with seating for about 10 people. Happy Hour is Monday - Friday, 3-7pm, with $1.00 off wines and mixed drinks, $2.00 off drafts. All Day Specials include $3.00 Landsharks and $5.00 Margaritas. Also on Wednesdays they feature a "Burger & Brew" special - any burger and a craft draft for $8.50 (after 5pm only - much to my dismay). I will be back to try their tacos which look pretty amazing. Stop in and give them a try.

An eclectic menu done right!…read more LongDoggers is one of those rare places with an eclectic menu where everything we've tried actually works. We've all been to restaurants with big menus that only execute one category well--or where the American food is solid but anything outside of that completely misses the mark. That hasn't been our experience here. This was our second visit. Two years ago, we happened upon LongDoggers while traveling to the drive-thru Bethlehem at Lakewood Park Church (which is phenomenal and highly recommended). Heading down again for the same event, we considered trying somewhere new, but the good memories of LongDoggers brought us right back. The atmosphere is casual with a bit of a sports-bar vibe, and the food is genuinely good. No photos this time because we were way too hungry to wait the extra five seconds , but I did grab pictures of the menu. Our table ordered the Blackened Shrimp Lettuce Tacos, a Banzai Shrimp Bowl, the Cool Ranch Chicken Sandwich, and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Every item was a hit. Entrées were $15 and up, especially with upgrades, and meals come with kettle chips. Service was another plus. Our waitress was friendly and attentive without hovering--prompt but not overbearing--and she shared the specials and offered recommendations. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. We stopped in around 1:00 pm on a Saturday and were seated right away inside at a booth-style table. By the time we left, there was a clear line and a wait. If you're passing through or looking for a casual spot with a varied menu that's executed well, LongDoggers is absolutely worth the stop.
