Daniel provided great service, was very helpful and easy to work with - we had some serious, long-standing dog and cat recurrent urine/feces issues (and un-neutered male bunny urine), very strong-smelling residual we couldn't keep up with using our own steam cleaner as accidents occurred, + pre-existing issues from previous tenants ... Daniel worked diligently over all of the problem areas, and did the impossible. It didn't eliminate all of the smells in the worst areas, but I don't think anything could on one run ... less than 24 hrs out (w/ the carpet still damp) it's certainly minimal now, barely noticeable in the less ventilated areas of the downstairs hallway that was so heavily used as a litterbox for 18 months by 2 horrible cats, whereas before it was unbearable walking into the house. Very affordable, Daniel provided additional discounts and offered to do Teflon coat protection throughout the house at an unbelievable discount. I rarely post reviews unless I feel there is one required. After suffering from severe allergies from dust build up in my HVAC system, seeing dust and dog hair/dander built up, I found SteamPro. WOW!! what an amazing experience. Gina, Daniel and Carlos, you are all true professionals and understand the meaning of true customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure my requests were met even though we encountered some speed bumps along the way. They were quick to figure things out and did a wonderful job. I have no allergy symptoms and my carpet is clean enough to lay on. Completely fair in price for the stellar service they offered. In my opinion Steam Pro is the best carpet cleaning company in the Denver/Boulder metro area. I have been using them for years (maybe 15?) in my own homes and in my rentals. They are honest, hardworking and go the extra mile to receive customer satisfaction. I have had problems with pets urine in rentals in which they have come back to give me extra attention to be sure that the job was well done. Recently there was a mishap with the carpet deep cleaning machine that caused some damage and the owner Steve kept in contact with me until the issue was resolved giving me the best remedy possible. Angelo Facio with Steam Pro was out this morning and he was professional , helped us decide what we needed for our carpet and took the time to phone in for the accurate cost before we committed. He was friendly , yet quiet and did the best, most thorough job we have ever had on our carpets. I am afraid we were spoiled and only want him back next time. Had to change the appointment due to work being done on our rental property in Downtown Denver. No issues, they were able to reschedule me to the next day. Technician Joe I. was on time and walked me through the process. I did choose the scotch- guard option for another $60 which I thought was fair and Joe threw in a deodorizer. The job took about 1 to 1.5 hours of work for 3 rooms. Previous renters had a dog and he really got out a lot of hair as well as some stains. I thought the price was fair, scheduling was easy, no hard up-sells, quick in and out, and a quality job. I will use them again. read more

Five stars is not enough for these people it should be a hundred star. I have always use these people for my carpet cleaning services . I had a carpet I thought was beyond saving it was in really bad shape it smelled it was so greasy grimy and dirty I thought I'd be spending so much money to have it replaced. Steam bro came out and their guy Ronnie Giron did a phenomenal job. He went above and beyond great customer service. Steam Pro kept to the time frame they promised, arriving at the early end. Ruben the technician did a superb job of inspecting, prepping and cleaning our very tired carpets and ducts which may have never been cleaned (13+ years). But, here's the best part--Ruben found my wedding ring which had been missing for 3 years in a floor duct. I had looked all through the house and even in that duct, but never saw it. He brought it to me right away and I couldn't thank him enough. Tears were shed. I commend his honesty and caring and Steam Pro's for having such a good employee. read more

This is the 2nd time I've used Steam Pro and it was just as good as the first time Troy came out to service the carpeting in 5 rooms. It only took him about 30 minutes after he set up shop on the 4th floor of my condo to clean all 5 areas. I was a little skeptical as it seemed to go so quickly but the end result was terrific. I will however, choose to have the carpet cleaned during the hot summer months rather than in the Fall as it took much longer to dry this time.....well over 24 hours. I called this place on a recommendation from a neighbor. When I scheduled the visit the tech never showed up. I was so angry and didn't reschedule. Received a call from the company and they acknowledged the mistake and made it right. They sent out David and he did an absolutely wonderful job on my carpets. Today Brandon arrived on time to clean my carpet. As he began his work, I asked if he would do my living room furniture. He agreed. Later I asked if he could do my patio cushions and again he added that to his work load. I have never seen a man work so hard!!! He just quietly kept at it till he was done. I wish I could post before and after pictures. You would be amazed by the results! Unfortunately, our Maltese dog had many accidents and the carpets looked terrible. Andrew, was the Steam Pro tech who cleaned three room areas and he was able to get the pet stains out. He had to use alot of elbow power, but cheerfully completed the job. Horrible. These guys are in to bait and switch tactics. The tech was smelling of marijuana and was late and I had to sent them away. I moved all my furniture and now I have to find somebody else to clean. They quoted me $179 over the phone and then the drug addict who came over was changing the story with this and that. Showed up late. Technician was friendly, but said he'd worked all night. Said carpets would be dry in 6-8 hours (this was with the "fast dry" restoration cleaning!). The next morning, 19 hours later, most of the carpet is still wet enough to make socks wet when walking on it. My house smells like a wet dog, and I've never owned a dog. Luis, who cleaned my cream colored carpet today, was not only personable and kind, but he also was able to advise me on exactly what I needed for my carpets, then he did a FANTASTIC job cleaning the carpet, which included removing stains and making the high traffic areas look much better.
