With Priority Pass, I had $28 credit for any food/beverages at Stephanie's and decided to order the fish & chips to snack on while waiting for my flight. I was surprised at how good the food was! After entering the establishment, I waited around 7 minutes for a seat and another 15 minutes for someone to come to my table and take my order. The cuisine looks delicious, and the restaurant itself appears to be extremely beautiful. For the brief time I had with them, the workers were amazing. Their service, however, is slow. I appreciate their approachability (they speak politely), but they were slow to respond and difficult to reach. My dinner (sandwich, salad, and drink) took an eternity to arrive. The cuisine isn't horrible, but it's also not surprising. My sandwich was boring, and the salad looked nothing like it did in the picture. What irritates me the most is that my drink glass was covered in the server's fingerprint. That's disgusting!! I was about to go hungry. I couldn't remain any longer because the food was so bad, so I paid and left immediately away. The meal was below mediocre, and the pricing was outrageously exorbitant. Sigh. Why can't Boston airport restaurant break the 3 star curse? I had my usual Boston airport food experience here. Walk around looking for Legal Seafoods. Get disappointed because Legals is packed and there's no hopes of seating opening up anytime soon. Walk around some more and find another option- this time Stephanie's. Wait in line to be seated. Get seated right away but of course in very tight crowded quarters. Service at our table is glacier pace but the customer that was seated 5 seconds before us receives excellent service. Food is 3-4 stars. We ordered: 1.) Boneless Chicken Tenders- 3 stars. We're not coated in sauce. Sauce was served separately. Tenders were over fried. 2.) Caprese Salad- 5 stars. If you like caprese salad, order this. It's a good value, delicious and pretty! Stephanie's is one of the better options at the Boston Logan Airport. I wish the service was speedier and more attentive. We didn't get our waters until 15 minutes after putting our order in.... But hey, slim pickings right? read more

Very friendly staff willing to go the extra mile for an airport breakfast. Though the menu only has the fruit listed as gluten-free, I asked for additional options. The grill cook cleaned his entire grill ( they often toast their bread on the same surface so be careful) so that I could have a veggie omelet. It was so delicious. The spinach as perfectly wilted with tomatoes that were just cooked enough that they were soft but not mushy and tons of feta cheese. Additionally, the gluten-free toast was an unexpected surprise! I'm updating my review after subsequent visits, most recently on February 16, 2022. Francisco and the team acknowledged that their closures in January 2022 were inconvenient. Since that time, they've been open whenever I would visit around 6 PM Eastern on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays when my commute demanded my travel to Boston. My food was always prepared well and tasted good, but in one instance, I received Sweet Potato Fries instead of regular French Fries with my Cheeseburger. It wasn't a problem, but I do like French Fries better, so I wish I was told they were unavailable and was given an opportunity to choose a different side order like Onion Rings. This is why I've subtracted one star from my review. Thank you to Francisco and the team for always feeding me during my demanding travel to Boston. read more

I'm at Logan airport every week and I decided to leave the united lounge and venture into the airport food restaurant Court and I will whisper Stephanie so I give it a try I stopped in and there were three bartenders in a corner talking and I gave it a 10 minute waiting. I had to literally left my Sage get up and get her intention to come serve me. Moving on so then I get my food and then I have the salad lovely and then the chicken is like $10 in this lesson 30 g of chicken over price. And then third and most rudely the bartender is leaving her shift and she is pushing me to close my check when I'm here to just enjoy my lunch and it's not convenient for me it's convenient for her and I had to literally press her to leave me alone and transfer the check to another server which is the normal thing to do. it's like they were doing me a favor it's like I'm the consumer and I'm ordering food and I have a two hour wait till they on my flight and I just need to sit here comfortably and drink and eat what I want not very service conscious anybody out there do not come here. read more

Same dish as before, here again for the priority pass benefits. Through Chase, but I noticed a sign that it doesn't work through AMEX anymore (not sure why). Salmon was similarly very overcooked but tasted OK, and potatoes were fine with balsamic reduction. They dropped the asparagus aspect which was sad for me because I was looking for the veggies to complement my meal. Service was quick though the waiter seemed very scatterbrained. I was there Dec 23 around dinner time in airport rush, so I might have witnessed the peak of the peak of service. I will continue to come here entirely because of my priority pass benefits ($28 off dinner). The salmon I think is their lightest non-salad dish. Came here while waiting for my colleagues flight to arrive. I ate here because I thought I could use my priority pass membership for a discount on my meal. However, as of last August, apparently they discontinued this benefit. So - if you have priority pass, just know that you cannot use it here anymore. This was disappointing as there is no other priority pass lounge in the B terminal and there is no way to access other lounges in the other terminals without exiting security. I got a coffee (I am an espresso snob but they do not have espresso drinks here) which was actually decent for drip coffee. Also got the caprese panzanella salad. The salad was ok. It was arugula, large chunks of yellow and red tomatoes, large croutons, large chunks of mozzarella and some basil pesto on top. It took a while to come out and when I got it, I didn't understand why it took so long to throw that together. Everything was in very large pieces and just layered on top of the dry arugula. The tomatoes didn't taste very fresh either, felt like they had been sitting in a refrigerator for a while. It sounded like a good idea, but not too well executed. The service was friendly and timely. However the food was overpriced. My salad was $17 and coffee $3. I probably wouldn't eat here again. read more

There wasn't any sort of mechanism to put your name on the list, so people were cutting everyone left and right. The wait was about 10 min for 8:30pm, so they must be packed during meal times. When we sat down, our waiter immediately asked "how much time do you have until your flight", which was nice because it meant he could rush the ones that needed, and let the ones that were not in a rush stay a little longer. The food was not great at all. We got the calamari and truffle fries (just needed a snack), and there were no truffles on the fries. I'd go back for just a few glasses of wine. Great food for an airport. Had a bite of the turkey club sandwich and it was delicious. The filling were packed with turkey slices, greens and tomatoes. You had a choice of either fries or a salad with your sandwich. Hubby chose the fries. I had some ( the fries monster that I am) and it was crunchy , lightly seasoned with salt , fresh, hot and not oily! A great fry in my book. The calamari app was a little oily but nevertheless a good app. I got the app and shared it because it was a generous offering. The quantity and quality of food was great and its price was fair. The service is really slow here even when it's not busy. If you are in a rush don't come here, I had to ask for the check 3x before I actually got someone to bring it to me. For an airport restaurant/bar, Stephanie's was incredible. We ordered the bloody Mary's, which were spicy and delicious. We also had the sweet potato fries, which were crispy and perfectly balanced between sweet potato-y and crispy. Stephanie's is also a part of the priority pass program (a program that allows entrance into airport lounges). Members get $28 off their bill for them and one guest (so, $56 if you are with someone else). Because of this program, our bill was covered (2 bloody Mary's, sweet potato fries, and 2 bottled waters) and we only paid tip - so incredible. Stephanie's was so good and I will definitely be back any time I travel out of this terminal. read more

I was searching the United terminal for a quick meal. I wasn't happy with the options, and eventually found Stephanies. What a good find! I normally hate airport food. This was the first restaurant I saw while walking toward my gate that looked interesting enough to grab some breakfast. I was initially going to go to the kiosk to order and pay for my food (self service) but I opted to eat in. The hostess seated me, but the seated someone else right next to me. I don't like close quarters so i moved myself over to a nee table to leave space. The server was super great. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with homefries. The food took a little while to arrive and once it did it was not correct. I requested to have canadian bacon as my meat of choice, but they gave me ham and bacon. The server immediately saw the error and apologized. He brought it back and still saw the confused look on my face. He clarified that Canadian bacon and Ham are considered the same thing at this restaurant. I kind of wish I had the eyes emoji ability to pop my eyes out of my head, but I was SO hungry and just ate the food. I gave them 4 stars because, the food was warm, no one bothered me as I read a book while eating, and I felt the server was quite accommodating in making sure I had all I needed by anticipating those needs before I even asked. The portions were large and I wasn't even able to finish the sandwich or the homefries. I paid about $15 for the meal. For airport prices I think I fared well overall. If the need to eat at this airport arose again. I would for sure seek this place out. read more

Located between American and United (Terminal B), this is a great place to eat at a classic Boston restaurant that's located on back bay. I ordered the crab cake Benedict and it came with home fries. Crab cakes were tasty and were served on an English muffin with two poaches eggs. The yolk from the eggs make a great addition to the hollandaise sauce. The home fries were ok. I like them crispy, but these were a bit soggy. They load up the plate with them in case you're still hungry after the protein loaded dish. Fast service in case you're short on time read more

Seats at the high bar table area (not the actual bar) have outlets at every seat (look under the table). Side tables mostly do not -- only some have. Check! As far as I've seen, booths do not have outlets. Food is above average when it comes to airport food - the Stephi Burger is a go-to, with delicious sautéed onions and a generous patty. Brussels sprouts are heavy on flavor but tasty. Truffle fries so so. Chicken tenders great to get as a takeaway for your flight. Service can be a hit or miss depending on your server. Ate here twice, once for breakfast & once for late lunch. 4.5 stars for breakfast, 2.5 stars for lunch. Breakfast was the better meal all around service & food wise. Had the smoked salmon platter - generous portion of lox, red onion, capers, & cream cheese served with a nicely toasted bagel. Only wish they had included some chopped egg. Also came with a fresh spring mix salad, made a nice palate cleanser. Ate about 2/3 of it because way too much food. Service was friendly & professional. Didn't have to wait long for food,earlier request for a booth was happily granted, server stopped by twice to ask us how everything was & if we needed anything. Late lunch was okay. Both ordered the lobster roll with salad instead of fries and waited for at least 30 minutes - nodded off while travel companion was checking email- and when order arrived, we received lobster rolls with fries; we pointed out the error & the plates were taken back to the kitchen & after another 5 minutes brought back with the salads. Salad was lightly dressed with a vinegrette. Lobster roll, while rather small considering the price (yes, I realize it's the airport), was well seasoned with fresh herb mayonnaise. Server didn't come by to ask how things were, never apologized for the mistake (but pointed out that she remembered we ordered salad & not fries - were we supposed to thank her for correcting their mistake whether it was her error or the kitchen's?) but was there to drop off the bill in a timely manner. I'd say go for breakfast if you're hungry & need something substantial; but only go there for lunch/dinner if they're not busy (under-staffed or poorly trained staff later in the day). read more
