Let's start by being real. We are sitting in an airport waiting for our flight to leave Boston for SFO. It is the peak summer months and many of us haven't traveled much in 2+ years. Everything is much more costly and grocery shelves are not as stocked as usual ! Okay - now we let our UA club membership lapse because it was a waste of $$$ and UA is still handing out crappy food in a plastic bag that has a shelf life longer than food should have.... Fortunately, we have a Priority Pass through a credit card and we can get $28/per person (plus a guest) to use while we wait. My wife and I got two overpriced burgers that were a bit over cooked ($25/each including fries) with grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, lettuce and tomato and bacon ! Service was good, ice water was cold and refilled. In the end, for only a $10 tip - we had lunch for two. How can you complain !?! Thanks Priority Plus !! Food and service were excellent. We actually chose this place because "the seats look comfy" Superior cuisine for Airport food. Lobster roll and Clam Chowder were both excellent. Had to get a 2nd bowl after my son wanted to "try it." MIL had the burger medium all the way, and lucky for me I got to eat half of it. It was huge and cooked perfectly. Served on brioche. Son had the fish n chips and cleaned the plate. Said it was the best he's had, and this is after a week visiting Maine. Wife had the Caprese Salad and was so content that she didn't eat half my lobster roll for the first time this week. Win win! Sweet potato fries were cooked to perfection and the beers on tap were ice cold. Would definitely eat here again. read more

Stopped in here for a snack and drink before my flight. I had just missed breakfast (those sitting next to me at the bar had already ordered/received their breakfast while I was there). I had the hummus platter - which came with a very large portion of house-made hummus (delicious), grilled zucchini, artichokes and olives, pita, and red peppers. I should have asked what veggies came with it - as I don't really eat red peppers - everything else was delicious though! I also had a pear martini which was very good. read more

Pleasantly surprised! After an unsuccessful attempt to access The Lounge using Priority Pass, hubby remembered that Chase Sapphire Reserve provides $28 per person to dine at select restaurants in the airport! Note - this restaurant had a sign stating the Priority Pass through AMEX was not accepted at this time. It seemed like service was pretty slow at first, but once our server got our order, we dined and left within 30 minutes to get to our gate on time. We ordered Prosecco and beer - cold and refreshing. We also got the fish and chips (sub onion rings) - great choice, the fish was cooked perfectly. We also got a basket of Parmesan truffle fries - good, a little too crunchy for me. The calamari was very good! Not tough at all. Definitely get the calamari. read more

Agree with all the other reviews - totally overpriced but not bad for airport food, and with the $28 Priority Pass credit definitely worth the stop but not sure it's worth coming to otherwise. I will say that the service was friendly and fast (they told me that all food comes out within 10-15 minutes). Decent. I have priority pass, otherwise it's on the pricy side. Calamari is huge- couldn't finish, and so is the fish and chips dish. On the way back I got a chicken sandwich and the bread wasn't great, but I upgraded to truffle parmesean fries so I had enough carbs anyway hahaha. Overall, not spectacular, but the servers are cognizant that we have flights to catch and are very attentive to bringing our checks and food out quickly, which I appreciate. Before I ordered anything he asked how long until my flight to ensure there was enough time for my meal, and immediately asked if I had any allergies upfront. I've been here a few times and I think it is only worth going if you have priority pass. Portions are quite large and the food comes out pretty quick. Between my husband and I we have tried the Breakfast sandwich, French toast, salmon lox and bagel, and crab cake Benedict's. I liked the salmon lox bagel the most. It comes deconstructed with lettuce, purple onion, capers, whipped cream cheese and a fair amount of smoked salmon which tasted fresh. The bagel was lightly toasted and soft. French toast was also good. Home fries could have more flavor and more crisp. read more

I wouldn't recommend coming here for the service, but as others have said, the Priority Pass credit is well worth it and I really enjoyed my meal. I went with a fresh lobster roll that was really well made and some good crinkle cut fries (slightly overcooked but tasty nonetheless). Clam chowder was good, don't get the mac and cheese unless you like the taste of cardboard and small portions. I personally make a better Kraft Mac & cheese and I won't get a children's portion that costs $26. After returning it, I was offered free food off the menu. Pretty good for airport food. My order: Caesar salad (15) add pan seared steak. (10) cooked medium rare. This salad hit the spot. Very fresh lettuce with no rotten leaves. Steak was perfectly cooked. Con: steak was drastically under seasoned. Though this isn't a problem, as there's freshly ground pepper which was an easy fix. Friendly service (I believe Colin was my waiter?). Came across Stephanie's on a recent layover in BOS and with the power of the Priority Pass, was able to get a complimentary meal for two. Despite the freebies which I wholeheartedly appreciate, the actual food here was pretty bad and not one I would come to actually pay for myself. We came around 10:30 with our next flight taking place in a few hours. They seemed to be transitioning from their breakfast to lunch hour which may be why the food was disappointing. Given our limited amount of time, we went with their bar selections of calamari, buffalo wings, and the fish & chips. You can't mess these up, right? Unfortunately none of the dishes did it for us. The calamari was soggy and drizzled with what seemed to be a mayo dressing. The boneless wings tasted like reheated chicken nuggets bought from a supermarket, and our fish and chips were incredibly salty and chewy. I was surprised that none of the three tasted good for us to ever return. The only redeeming part of our experience was our waitress. She was extremely kind and attentive, and made sure to estimate the amount of time it would take to get our food in relation to our flight. If you decide to come, go for the non-fried options as they really can't do it well at Stephanie's. read more

Pretty standard for your airport dining restaurant but what's great is that they take Priority Pass. You have up to $28 per person to spend while dining here at Stephanie's. I've only been here for breakfast but their menu is 1 page long ranging from two egg breakfasts, breakfast sandwiches, steak and eggs, etc. My food came out super fast, probably within 5 minutes. I think it might be a hit or a miss with this place in terms of service but overall my experiences here have been positive. Staff was friendly and attentive, they even ask you what time you board before ordering your food. Food however is very standard and kinda overpriced but it is an airport and Stephanie's is a little bit of a moderately priced restaurant, even on the Newbury location. read more

Honestly the meal portions are huge and more than enough to share for two people. Stephanie's was our dining option for Priority Pass, which I was really excited for considering their Newbury location. You get $28 per person. We stopped in around 10:30, and as someone who enjoys lunch time food that is when they start serving it. The lunch menu was more varied than the breakfast menu, and got seated at the bar almost immediately. In regards to service, you have to remember that this is an airport location. It certainly was slower than we would have liked but they were busy. We sat at the bar and the bartender was fun, so we didn't mind that some things were slow. We split the Cobb salad and the Stephi's Burger we upgraded the burger to a side of truffle fries and those were delicious. Crispy and flavorful, I could have eaten a whole basket of those. The burger was cooked well, and even though I don't eat mushrooms, I enjoyed it. The Cobb salad was also really delicious and fresh. The avocado wasn't my favorite, but everything else was great. They ask when your flight boards and seem to prioritize timing based on that which I don't mind. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a sit down place in the airport. Pathetic! I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich at 13:45, the sandwich arrived at my table at 14:15. Picture two slices of bread with two chicken breasts the size of half dollars, melted cheese, a smear of pesto, tomato slice and lettuce. The sandwich included french fries. The best part of my meal was the Heinz ketchup. Of course food options at the airport are expensive. Your best bet is to brown bag your meal from home. read more

The burger was a bit better with a thick piece of burger meat that was cooked medium rare (although I asked for medium), and egg and bacon for $20. Another priority pass review. This is obscenely expensive for what it is. $17 for a mimosa? We had already eaten thankfully, so we just got coffee, I tried their executive mimosa which was pretty good but again not worth $17. Side of potatoes and wife got an english muffin. Potatoes were undercooked. They ran out of fruit before 1030am.. Come on. Service was fine, over tipped because you awkwardly pay at the table with the server literally watching over you. After entering the establishment, I waited around 7 minutes for a seat and another 15 minutes for someone to come to my table and take my order. The cuisine looks delicious, and the restaurant itself appears to be extremely beautiful. For the brief time I had with them, the workers were amazing. Their service, however, is slow. I appreciate their approachability (they speak politely), but they were slow to respond and difficult to reach. My dinner (sandwich, salad, and drink) took an eternity to arrive. The cuisine isn't horrible, but it's also not surprising. My sandwich was boring, and the salad looked nothing like it did in the picture. What irritates me the most is that my drink glass was covered in the server's fingerprint. That's disgusting!! I was about to go hungry. I couldn't remain any longer because the food was so bad, so I paid and left immediately away. The meal was below mediocre, and the pricing was outrageously exorbitant.
