I had an incredible experience working with Jeff Cruz, the manager at Lincoln of Stevens Creek. Since 2024, Jeff has been one of the most knowledgeable, informative, professional, patient, attentive, and trustworthy person I've ever worked with when purchasing a vehicle. When I first walked into the dealership, I was searching for an SUV that could comfortably fit my family of six, along with our parents or friends when they visit. Jeff approached me and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. We discussed both the 2024 models and the brand-new 2025 options. He encouraged me to test drive the 2024, but as we talked more, I became very interested in ordering the 2025 Lincoln Navigator. I left that night to think about it, but Jeff made such a strong impression that I returned the very next day. I could have purchased any SUV I wanted, but Jeff was incredibly transparent and truly believed in the Lincoln Navigator. He helped me place an order for a brand-new 2025 Lincoln Navigator Reserve Long with no down payment and explained that it would take about 6-8 months for the vehicle to be built and delivered. About six months later, I was notified that the vehicle would be delayed until summertime. I let Jeff know that I would be out of the country during that time, and he immediately reassured me not to worry. He personally made sure the vehicle would be kept safely in storage until I returned. When July came, my SUV was delivered to Stevens Creek. Since I was still abroad, my husband picked it up and drove it home, where it stayed in the garage until I returned in August. Unfortunately, within a week of driving it, the SUV began having technical issues, including non-functional screens and other glitches. I contacted Jeff right away, and he immediately sent a member of his team to my home to pick up the vehicle. They repaired the issue and returned it to me within a few hours. When the same problem continued over the next couple of months, Jeff was genuinely concerned on my behalf and determined to make it right. He advised me to contact the Lincoln Concierge department. Within a few days, the company reached out and agreed to take back the vehicle and provide a brand-new replacement. Throughout the entire process, Jeff stayed in constant contact with me by phone and email to make sure everything was moving forward smoothly. I truly feel lucky to have had Jeff as my advisor. At one point, the process became overwhelming for me, and I asked Jeff if he could help communicate with the company directly. He stepped in, handled everything, and advocated for me every step of the way. Because of Jeff's dedication and support, I was able to exchange my 2025 Lincoln Navigator Reserve Long for a brand-new 2026 Lincoln Navigator Reserve Long at no additional cost. I am going to update this since its very clear management gives 0% care for their stellar employees. Buy your car here with Radek and Frank ONLY. Then run far and fast as this place is the definition of slimy when it comes to doing what they agree to. We love the car, we love Radek, and Frank genuinely tried to help. But I was told by Lincoln HQ the GM would call me to sort this out last week and I still have heard nothing. Note to management-Treating your employees like they should take the fall is a really distasteful and I genuinely hope your hard working good employees find an organization that is less greedy. So I bought myself a chalk raptor late last month for my birthday one day after driving it got pulled over for a tail light out took Truck to dealership. Explain the issue they replaced. The tail light in the process broke something inside. The dealer told me they would fix it no charge I said OK got the truck back making horrible clicking sound Whenever I'm driving took the truck back. They told me that's normal so I took my truck to Fremont Ford to get looked at come to find out my pinion seals were leaking transmission was slipping and a bunch of other problems with my truck. If I didn't get extended warranty, I would be out of pocket $8000 so far. Truck is still in the shop where it has been for the past 3 weeks. Called and asked for a loaner car since extended warranty only covered 10 days they said nothing they can do! Make sure you get a separate inspection if you buy a car from them!! read more

Used car dealers have a reputation for being shady, but Stevens Creek Lincoln was worse than I could imagine. I used CarGurus to sell my 2014 Toyota Prius. Carfax valued my car at $16,000. On CarGurus, I received five offers in a ranging around $9,500. I chose Stevens Creek Lincoln because they were supposed to be the most dependable. Here's what went wrong: 1. At the dealership, their actual offer was $8,000. 2. After I signed my car over to them, they said wouldn't have the check until the next day. 3. The next day I texted Hossein that I'm coming to pick up the check. When I arrived, a salesman told me the check wouldn't be ready until early afternoon. I was angry beyond words. Stevens Creek Lincoln doesn't show up on Yelp as buying cars. I can see why. Their business tactics are reprehensible. Shame on you! read more

We own a Lincoln Aviator Black Label so were in for routine service recently. I also own a 2018 Shelby GT500 that was having oil consumption issues (known Ford issue on some cars) and the car was in/out of numerous Ford dealerships doing various tests to prove the problem. I mentioned this to the Service Manager Katie and she recommended bringing the car in so her technicians could do a "blow by test" to confirm the issue. I brought the car in and later that day Katie informed me the car failed the test on half the cylinders confirming an engine replacement was warranted. Within 2 days, the dealership had the long block replacement onsite and technician Clayton began the process of removing and replacing the engine. The job was completed 4 days after the engine was received! Clayton also kept me updated on progress taking a host of photos and videos. When I picked up the car, both Clayton and senior tech Jeff went over the car with me and as picky as I am, I could not see anything that looked out of place, or would give a clue that the engine was ever out of the car - it was meticulous in the engine bay! AMAZING experience and job done by Katie, Clayton and Jeff!!! We are bringing not only our Lincoln, but all of our Ford vehicles to this dealership for our service needs from this point forward. read more
