Horrible management and rude woman that answered the phone when I told her the problem about me not receiving my complete order and she refused for me to speak to the owner saying she is in charge. My Husband ordered Chicken Pho and Shrimp Spring Rolls for me from DoorDash and I was amazed at how delicious the food was. Even though it was take out the food was displayed so beautifully in a styrofoam box, who knew? We came here because I had a site visit nearby for work. Not sure if it was random, but the whole neighborhood really stunk. The server was very nice and prompt, but the food wasn't that good. I ordered the stir fried eggplant with tofu and I asked for it Thai hot. I was disappointed that they don't offer brown rice and all of their souls have chicken in them. Our food came out as it was ready rather than all together. Didn't bother us, but I know some people that would hate that. My food wasn't even a little spicy and the eggplant wasn't fully cooked. I was a bit skeptical about this place, (first time) We ordered Mongolian beef and orange chicken As we're more familiar with Chinese food than Thai. But when we tried the food oh what a surprise, The BEST orange chicken I've ever tried as well as the beef was excellent. A bit spicy hot but that's the way we like it !! Also tried spicy basil fry rice it's good but not for my taste. Of course not the restaurants fault. BOYCOTT this Restaurant!!! I went in and heard 2 women in the back yell "fuck that customer" they where referring to the women who was waiting before me. When she left they started yelling at an employee saying to "charge the customers extra because everything is going up." This restaurant does not know how to treat customers and employees. The cooks at sticky rice are so rude and the owner needs to fire them or else they will go out of business. When they do fire them I may buy from there again. Super friendly staff!! And my pad Thai was delicious! Very thick sauce and peanutty (which I love!) We went at lunch time and there were only a few tables occupied but I think it's the location. The food is good though and if it wasn't so in the middle of nowhere and deep East on Hatch Rd I would go more often. The papaya salad was on point as well with only two peppers which was still just a tad bit too spicey for me but flavorful. We also ordered Thai iced tea with pearl balls to go but I have to say the pearl balls were a little to smushy for me. Has nothing compared to Lollicup and I wouldn't order another pearl drink here. Although the ambiance is non-existant, if there is such a thing. I mean, plastic chairs, with pleather coverings, along with plain square tables, and a few booths can make one just turn around and go to the nearest fast food restaurant. But I'm glad I gave it a chance, and tried the food. If it wasn't for my Laos friends I probably wouldn't have tried it any other way, but now if I'm in the area I will definitely return. The portions were large, one dish could easily feed 2-3 people. As a tip, the cooks were serious about their spice, we asked for medium spice and my eyes watered only a little. Our waitress warned us that they can sometimes get out of hand when you ask for "spicy". Their specialty drinks were also very tasty, we tried the Thai tea, blended taro and mango smoothies. I came back for my birthday to this delicious restaurant to celebrate with friends and family. My fiancé previously weeks prior was emailing the owner on arrangements for a party of 12 people. We were upon the first ones to be seated in the entire restaurant and shortly after it got really busy. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes for several plates to come out and nothing came out at the same time. they brought out family size portions garnish with all kinds of lettuce , mix greens and other flower arrangements to make up for the lack of portions. You can't go wrong with duck tho. Honestly the bad reviews on here, they don't know what southeast asian authentic food taste like and they're too critical. Don't rate only on an individual. Really. Asked and received a refund after making a phone order to go. They told me 35 minutes I arrived about 30 minutes, they told me wait in the car and they'd bring it out. Waited another 30 minutes in the car, went in, nobody else eating in the restaurant and was told another 5 to 10 minutes. I said nope give me my money back.
