Food was good and service was quick. This is a great place to get a quick, reasonably priced meal, that won't break the bank. The general tso fingers were on point. I had been watching for the opening of Sticky's Finger Joint and when I passed by the other day, I realized it was already in full swing. I got a copy of the take out menu just to see what was available and to make an educated choice when I got to the counter. After perusing the menu, I decided to get the poppers [no fries] and i was entitled to one sauce so i got the sassy BBQ. I was hungry but not that hungry and I didn't realize how much food i would be getting. It was delicious. The staff was accommodating and the food came quickly. It is a fairly small place but there is adequate seating and there is also a counter along one wall. i would recommend and return. read more

My son L O V E S this place. Everytime we go outside he wants their poppers and fries. He likes their bbq sauce and I like their spicy honey sauce and their general tso sauce. Not brave enough to try the other weird ones lol. But best by far either way. And the staff is always so nice. read more

Yeah Baby! The Sticky's Finger Joint is one of my favorite "go to" places after I've come from an event. Like I usually do on a my first visit to a fast-food restaurant, I order something for myself as well as for my husband and son! On my very first order, the food smells so good, I decided to get a second order of their classic fries for myself. I'm glad I did! Those fries were so delicious, I practically finish most of them on the bus going home. I also, love their variety of sauces to choose from! Like someone mention in their review the chicken fingers are very big. I'm able to finish one chicken finger with their classic fries. I've recently tried their Bacon Mac Fries, I couldn't finish them. I took the rest home and made them into an omelet the next morning! Even as leftovers, those fries were so delish! read more

My love affair with Sticky's began when I visited their first location on 31st street ... Finding out they had opened a 3rd location I was excited since this location is easier for me to visit. In comparison to 31st this location is nicer , this one is bigger & has a more comfortable seating area. Fun decor , love the colorful mural. I've tried my share of the Chicken before this time around I decide to try the Thai fiesta & the Chicken poppers with the vampire aoli & mac sauces. The Thai fiesta fingers were very good , nice big pieces of chicken covered in a sweet Thai sauce this was great. Chicken poppers seem to be new to the menu regular fried pieces of chicken these are meant to be dipped the vampire aoli is very good nice garlic taste , the Mac sauce was interesting at first ? Not bad tho taste like Mac & cheese of course taste good on the chicken. New food additions to this menu sandwiches, wraps & salads not bad looking forward to trying then in future visits. Sticky's is so close to my heart. I love this place. I try to eat here at least twice a week. Fried chicken is so so good. If I had to choose between sticky's and music, it would be hard to choose. Good for a fast bite, but I don't think the chicken fingers/poppers are spectacular. They're a little on the dry side with not much flavor, so you have to use a lot of the sauces. However, they do have a bunch of sauce options to choose from, so that kind of makes up for it. The cajun fries are actually pretty good, so that's the only thing I get from here now. They are very moist and have scorch marks from a grill. The assortment of salad bar toppings were awesome. I opted for the blue cheese crumbles. They place the chicken on a bed of spring mix lettuce, then your toppings of choice and then you can pick a sauce. I chose aioli garlic sauce. I'm was very good combination to my liking. If the chicken was dry this would have been all bad, but it's juicy and NOT dry. You have the option of all kinds of French fri toppings like Mac and bacon. But I didn't have any of those delicious looking items. Also the health department gave it an A rating and it's posted on the front window. This review is about service, not the food. I ordered a fairly large order for our crew who is working this weekend. When our order was received, nothing was labeled and items were missing. I had hoped that during a HEALTH CRISIS that containers would be labeled so they would not be opened needlessly and touched by someone who it didn't belong to. I attempted to call about the missing items, the number offered on my order confirmation went nowhere (3479550091). Called a different number I found after a google search, but no one answered and the automated answering machine was not able to take messages. I emailed, but have yet to receive a response. Finally reached someone, they gave me an email address to order from. Email bounced back to me. Called again, they said they were busy and would call back. They didn't- I called again and finally placed my order and was given hassle saying catering had to be placed 24 hours in advance (which had never been said in al the prior phone calls.) they say they can make it happen- they hit me with a never before mentioned (or written about on their menu!) $25 delivery fee. This place is pretty great for what it's trying to be. Service here is consistently quick and friendly, chicken and fries are cooked properly, the sauce selections are decent, and prices are fair. If you get the signature sauces, they sometimes put too sauce on, but I just scrape off the excess and toss it or mix it with the fries. I love being able to be in and out in 5 minutes with consistent quality. Another plus - it's just far enough from time square that it's usually not cluttered with tourists. Came here at least 5 times since I moved into this neighborhood, and I'll probably continue to go to this place as long as it keeps doing what it does. read more

The chicken fingers are all white meat and pretty thick. Lots of sauces to choose from I tried the vampire aioli, barbecue, chipotle mayo, sweet chili, and sticky sauce which were all good. My preference is the vampire aioli, but there are tons more to choose from. read more

This place was such a good find. I absolutely love their poppers! When I went there, they recommended a poppers basket which is basically like popcorn chicken and it was really good. Not sure what this new sticky's experience is, but I hate it. when the first sticky's opened in greenwich village it was addicting and delicious--I couldn't stay away. anytime friends or family visited new york city it was once of those places I had to take them and they always left flavor blasted. There never use to be regular or large fingers, there was one size and you could order 1 of each differently flavored fingers. now you have to choose between 3 or 5 fingers and you can only choose one signature flavor (unless you choose 5 fingers then you can choose up 2 flavors). and the worst part; the quality of their fingers has seriously declined. I use to complain about how long it took to get my food after I ordered, but now I realize it was because they were made to order and freshly made and I felt they had an art form for perfecting their signature fingers. now they have pre cooked chicken under a heat lamp (much like KFC), they do a little zig zag over the finger with sauces, and "bada bing" the sticky's finger is created. tisk tisk. sticky's is now commercialized and tasteless. read more

Chicken is good but I'm pretty pissed that the workers had to make more poppers and are joking around the whole time I'm waiting and then they forget to put the sauce in my bag. I wouldn't say this is a chicken shop. Its more of a sauce shop. Yes, they have large chicken strips and nuggets (popcorn), but the real choices are the sauces. Spicy, sweet, savory, they got it. Marshmallow, got it. Mac'N'cheese, got it. Then of course they have a few meals involving chicken and sauce, like sandwiches and wraps. Finally, they have fries.
