Tuna Tartare Taco*
Corrina Q.

Happy hour review incoming!! I absolutely love their happy hour deal. $9 craft cocktails is a great price for disney springs! My fav drinks were the espresso martini, strawberry cobbler, STK mule, and cucumber stiletto. The crab and corn fritters for $3 is an absolute steal!! The short rib quesadilla was also one of my favorite food items on the happy hour menu. I wish the tuna tartare tacos were bigger, but they are delicious high quality little bites. Our server was very nice and quick with our drink orders. I'm actually surprised there weren't more people here for happy hour. I'm coming back for happy hour for sure!

Came here foe lunch. Couldn't hear the waitress over the loud music. Ordered the filet and frites. The presentation looked rushed and the entree was squeezed in. The steak was cooked unevenly. I ordered medium and more than half of my steak was well - chewy and flavorless. I didn't make a stink and send it back because it was my girlfriend's birthday and she wanted steak. Took a chewy unappetizing one for the team. The frites were okay. Staff were nice but we had long periods of waiting for them to check on us, clear plates, etc. we were all done and they cleared one person's. Then they waited before clearing one and a half more. We got the check with two and half places still needing to be cleared. And waited forever for them to get the bill. Definitely overpriced and not worth coming back.

STK Orlando at Disney Springs is one of those places that's all over social media, so I had pretty high expectations going in. Honestly, I wasn't all that impressed. It's a beautiful restaurant with a fun, upscale atmosphere, but I think it's another place that's a little overhyped. The highlight of the meal was definitely the 6 oz filet. It was incredibly tender, melted in my mouth, and the garlic butter they poured over it tableside took it to another level. The real star of the night, though, was the Wagyu fried rice..I would go back just for that. The cocktails were also strong, which I definitely appreciated. On the flip side, the calamari wasn't for me (I only had one bite), and the lobster tail just didn't live up to the expectations. Overall, I'm glad I experienced it once, but it's not somewhere I'd feel the need to visit again. Cute spot, great ambiance, but I think there are better places to spend your money at Disney Springs.

For a quick stop to refresh in the afternoon heat, STK was the right move. The appetizers were filling and the drinks were great. It's a nice, cute spot where you can still sit and experience being in Disney Springs. Will definitely return.

Last night was a fun night with Yelp Elite Squad! We had some small bites, my favorite was the quesadillas. Then some drinks they offer during happy hour. Yum! Service was friendly, and felt like the servers were all over, but they were doing their best with everyone moving all over the place. I like the vibe on the roof, and now they made it better with a cover and misters to keep it a little bit cooler. It'll be nice in the Fall! Ha!

We were at Disney Springs looking for a bite to eat and decided to give STK Orlando a try. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. We arrived around 3:00 p.m., so I'm not sure if it was because it was happy hour or if they were simply short-staffed, but the service left a lot to be desired. It took quite a while before anyone even brought us water. At one point, my husband ended up going to the bar himself to get me a straw after I had asked our server twice and eventually gave up waiting. We ordered a mojito, which was very good, the tuna tacos (two small tacos that were tasty), and two cheeseburgers with chips. The food itself was decent, so no complaints there. The biggest disappointment was the service. It felt like we were constantly trying to get someone's attention. Ironically, we were warmly greeted when we arrived, but when we left, no one acknowledged us or even said, "Have a nice day." It's a small gesture, but it makes a difference. Overall, the food was fine, but the lack of attentive service kept this from being the experience we were hoping for. I hope that someone actually cares enough to read this because they didn't seem to care when we were in the restaurant.

Visited this location after a round of mini golf at Fantasia Gardens. The perfect place to people watch! While I understand the pricing is to reflect the tourism, the value itself wasn't all the way there. Our meal was good, but not world renowned. The best part was the bleu cheese bread. The cheesesteak egg rolls were tasty, I had the miso glazed sea bass which was also delicious. My date enjoyed a 12 oz ribeye that he says was "so so" and we shared asparagus (that neither of us ate) and Mac & cheese which was decent. I had a Don Julio & club soda to wash it down. The don was off - but because I've been experiencing it at every establishment in the area, I think it was a bad batch and I'd caution them to check their beverage guns as well because the club soda was flat. Service was great, very knowledgeable and friendly and stayed on top of cleaning the table after each course. If you've ever attended STK in other locations, you know what to expect. But here specifically, account for the tourism price for the same quality of food

Walking in it looked like a very high class restaurant, but there's a DJ PLAYING PARTY MUSIC. It was like a party but with extremely over priced food!! Now don't get me wrong the food was all amazing and delicious but some dishes are more than Michelin star restaurants I've been to. The service was OK. We often had to wait a while before we saw our server and asked for what we needed. He wasn't constantly checking on us, but he was nice knowledgeable and friendly.

Crab & Corn Fritters Mushroom Arancini

We decided to check out STK before a concert and saw they had a great happy hour on weekends. Note: you have to be at the bar for the deals. There weren't any spots at the bar downstairs so the hostess told me to go upstairs and I waited a half hour before going back downstairs and getting a seat with my friends. Staff at the downstairs bar didn't seem to want to serve us which made the whole experience super disappointing. Some of the bites were tasty - mushroom arancini and crab corn fritters- and the cocktails were good. I've never had a bartender act so uninterested in serving us which is the main reason for the lower rating. I would like to come back and try a dinner to give them another shot as the food was pretty good. We hopped over to Enzo's bar after this which illuminated just how poor the service was as they treated us amazingly. Their staff reported many guests come over to their bar after bad service at STK sadly. Hopefully they can fix this for future patrons.

Another location I popped into this evening to check out their Happy Hour. Oysters, Wagyu tacos, jalapeno pickled shrimp cocktail, stk+frites and a watermelon cocktail? I call that a pretty decent HH evening! The only dish that didn't land all that high on my list was the STK*+frites. The jalapeno pickled shrimp cocktail may have been my favorite, but the tacos were nice and flavorful as well.

Great spot for a happy hour hop while at Disney springs! Signature cocktails are $10 and this spicy watermelon tequila based drink is the perfect way to cool off this summer. The lil'brg & truffle fries ($6) is the perfect bite for a happy hour base. Be prepared for a loud experience- music was quite loud and at times made it difficult to have a conversation with my guests.

Alexa took amazing care of us. We enjoyed great drinks, and calamari and potstickers for appetizers. Both were amazing. Then we shared the cowboy steak and it was so well cooked and seasoned. So good!!

While in Disney Springs this is a nice upscale option compared to other food nearby. Made a reservation weeks in advanced but they also take walk ups. Pros- good food, good quality, excellent service Cons- price point is high but it's expected for good food. I had the Lobster pasta and it was delicious

STK Steakhouse Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - STK Steakhouse

Do they serve chicken tenders and fries for the kids?

No, they don't sell a "kids" menu. We ordered smaller portions of food for my son, or he just ate from our plate. Although, the Orlando location was horrible. It wasn't worth the amount of money wasted here.

What's the dress code? Can I wear jeans, hat, and tshirt?

If you are going for breakfast or lunch, then I don't see a problem with it. However, I would not wear the hat. If you are going for dinner, a pair of khaki pants and a short sleeve polo shirt would be more appropriate. Hope this helps.

Can you bring an infant (1 year old)?

Yes you can !

Can 17-19-year-olds dine here, and do they serve non-alcoholic beverages?

Yes . They can dine in and yes to non-alcoholic beverages

Does the rooftop have music?

Yes! The speakers can be quite loud, so ask to be seated away from them if that's not your preference.

Has anyone had their brunch? Any thoughts? Good/bad/ok?

It's great!! Quick service and tasty options. When we went, they had a DJ there as well.

How much is their Easter Sunday brunch?

$22.00 for children 12 and under $84.00 for adults…

Do you take reservations for the lounge?

Yes

Can you still order off the regular dinner menu at brunch time?

You can order via the lunch menu which is almost exactly like the dinner menu. Check out on their specials too.

Is this good for kids?

It depends on the kids. I personally would not take my 13 year old. I think she would rather a nice burger and fries and she would not appreciate the setting and music.

What are the hours for Happy hour?

Hi Catherine, We offer Happy Hour in the Bar & Lounge Mon-Fri from 4pm-6pm.…

It looks so small on the outside but it's a big establishment. Based on aesthetics it looks really amazing. Our bartender was really nice and charismatic, talking to everyone at the bar table. My girlfriend loved the smokiness of their drink and I liked my espresso martini. They weren't too strong, and a bit on the pricier side. It wasn't one of the best espresso martinis I've had, but decently tasty.

As the hostess walked away from our table, she commented that our group was going to be "nothing but a problem." The basis for that assumption? One member of our party had simply helped clear and organize the table to make the seating process easier and faster for the staff. Yes, we were a lively group. We were on vacation, having a great time at Disney, laughing and enjoying each other's company. What we were not was intoxicated. The situation escalated when one of our friends was accused of being drunk and our entire party of 10 was asked to leave. The problem is that she wasn't intoxicated at all. What makes this especially troubling is that our friend has worked incredibly hard to maintain her sobriety and recently celebrated 12 months alcohol-free through AA. To be publicly accused of being drunk after reaching such a significant milestone was humiliating, heartbreaking, and completely unnecessary. When we brought our concerns to the General Manager, Scott, we expected leadership. We expected someone who would take a moment to assess the situation, listen to both sides, and use his own judgment. Instead, he simply stated that he trusted his employees and made no effort to independently evaluate what had happened. A manager's job isn't to blindly accept accusations. A manager's job is to gather facts, assess the situation, and make informed decisions. In this case, Scott failed to do that. As a result, the restaurant lost a party of 10 customers. More importantly, they deeply hurt someone who has spent the last year fighting for her sobriety. That's the part of this experience we won't forget. Everyone makes mistakes. Great restaurants acknowledge them, learn from them, and treat people with dignity. Unfortunately, this experience was defined by assumptions, poor judgment, and a complete lack of empathy from both the staff and management.

The cocktails and bar on the first (2nd technically) floor was really great and affords you some great views. The lower level is where all the dining and live music happens and it is well done as well. Where things get mixed is the food. We had the gigantic pretzel, corn bread and biscuits, two Edison Burgers, the PBB sandwich, and our table mates ordered the steak and salmon. In general the burgers were good, though one of ours was missing half the bottom bun and the rest of the bun was really stale, and the sandwich lacked flavor and was a bit one note. Our dinner guests mentioned the steak was really good but the salmon was just okay. Our waiter Garret was pretty good, it wasn't overly busy but he did seem to struggle just a bit keeping up with his tables and there were times when we had to reach out to passing staff for silverware or refills. But, in general it was an okay time. In the future I'd probably skip the food and stick to drinks and enjoying the atmosphere.

And whatever the game count, it goes up by 60 because they have at least 1 multigame rig (packaged in a Ms. Pac-Man cabinet). I'd say that at any given time, 5 to 10 percent of the games are down. Not too bad. Located just up the street from Sofrito Latin Cafe, this place is well worth a few hours of time time. 5 stars!
