Stonefire used to be so good, quality. Just ordered from here on Doordash and paid almost $22 for a FAMILY SIZED order of roasted veggies and paid extra for feta cheese. And got the most meager portion and no feta. Honestly they way they are trying to play in my face about this is absurd as you'll see in the photo the vegetables BARELY even covered 1 layer of the bottom of the container. Let alone actually filling it to the halfway point or even full, like you would think you would for VEGETABLES for $22. Absolutely absurd. I know grocery prices are high but THIS is bona-fide highway robbery. They should be glad Doordash did the right thing to accommodate me. But Stonefire needs to be held accountable. Period. This was my first time visiting this location. We came to order food to go. The food itself is good, but the service here is terrible. Not only were the people taking our orders unfriendly and not smiling when we arrived, but the wait was incredibly long. I waited for my food for an hour. At first, I thought it was because it was dinner time and they were busy, but honestly, no one seemed to care! They saw me standing there for a long time, and at the very least, they could have had the courtesy to ask if I needed help. I had to ask twice, 15 minutes apart, if my order was ready. The third time I asked, when they said not yet, I finally gave up and asked for a refund. The manager apologized and gave me a $40 gift card. I decided to let it slide and give them another chance. Today, I went back and used the $40 gift card, but guess what? The card they issued to me a week ago didn't work, and they said it was empty. Unbelievable! They gave me an empty gift card. The lady who took my order just said, "Sorry, but the card is empty." Ridiculous! I will never go back to this location again. Two bad experiences in a row. read more

Stonefire is good, but I made my own "Chicken Noodle Soup" at home today, save a little money.. The customer service at home was 100%, best I've ever had, the waiter was very good looking "in the most masculine way" very well spoken, and was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how I like my plate served without asking me. "He must be psychic" I got free refills "on the house" and when I was finished, the waiter let me fall asleep right there at the table, and when I woke up, I walked back to the kitchen and made myself another bowl, and the staff at home, "didn't say a word"...! Very professional.. and when I tried to leave a tip, the waiter told me to keep it. It was like he tipped ME...! I love this place,.... I'll be eating at Home more often. read more

Came here on a Friday night because I really haven't been in the mood to cook and this was my first option. It was so nice and not too crowded, I think the construction behind the store gives the illusion the whole retail center is closed. Currently, The special promotion is $55 comes with 20oz chicken breast, your choice of garlic butter or bbq; it's never dry always super moist, a 16 inch pizza. Your choice of cheese or pepperoni, a salad, we chose the house, a pasta, my kids love the Mac and cheese here it's shareable portion and lastly, 8 breadsticks! Very good family meal deal! We got a lot of food for Memorial Day. Ribs, chicken, salad, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes...... To say it was sub par would be generous. The Mac and cheese was not cheesy at all. Terrible experience! I was meeting my mom for Mother's Day & arrived 20min before to secure seating. I got there at 5:40 and was told to take seating on the patio. My mom & sister arrived & I escorted them to our table. I hopped into line to order food and waited 15 min before being told once we got to the counter that we could not order food. We were told that there was a 45min wait to order. I explained we had already been seated for 20min, had waited another 15min in line & asked why we were not told this when I arrived or via a general announcement. They were only telling customers as they reached the order counter one by one...wasting everyone's time! They said they couldn't serve on-site customers because they were too busy with phone orders. They again reiterated that they couldn't take dine-in orders & asked everyone in line to leave, even my family whom they had already seated. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I can't believe they refused service to so many people who had been waiting patiently for over 30min to accommodate orders for people who weren't even there. It was poor communication, poor planning for a holiday, and poor prioritization. read more

It comes with your choice of protein- we went for the tri-tip (half bbq, half garlic butter), the pesto pasta, we upgraded to the bbq chicken chopped salad, mashed potatoes and we ordered an extra half chicken bbq style (because this is the best left over food for dinner!). They are running a special now if you order this new FEAST you'll get $10 off. It's a great value for the amount of food! The food was out in record breaking time! We waited about 15 minutes and they brought everything out. The food is tasty and fresh. The pesto pasta needed some salt, the meat was cooked to perfection, I'm not much of a potato person but the rest of the group loved the masked potatoes. Honestly we didn't even get yo the chicken so we'll be enjoying it for dinner tonight! It can get a little cold and loud inside but otherwise the inside of the restaurant is kept clean and orderly. There is also an outdoor seating. You can help yourself to bbq sauce and other condiments. Honestly a great family dinner spot. Also, would like to thank Sal who took our order! Delicious food, easy to pick up, they have everyday good deal. Really like Hawaiian pizza and carro cake.

It used to be the restaurant we enjoyed eating in. Now, the price has gone double for 1/2 of the meal portion. They used to give us extra bread sticks if we asked for them. Now for $26 meal, we get 10oz of meat, a bowl of mashed potatoes & 2 bread sticks. The personal salad is a small bowl for $15. So we spent $45 including tax and leave the restaurant still hungry. read more

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH INSTACART. The resturant said 6:15pm delivery time, but they didn't deliver till nearly 7pm. Not sure if it's an Instacart issue or restaurant issue, but that need to be clarified. My kids were hungry and I ended up whipping something up and dinner was pointless. read more

I've eaten here before, and I've never been disappointed. I've had their chicken, their beef, their bread sticks, salads.. their bbq sauce is soo good. I definitely enjoy eating here. And their breadsticks are addicting, so good luck with that one I've eaten take out which is good, but anytime I order from a restaurant Togo, its never the same if you eat in house. The service always is good. And inside the restaurant is nice, it can get super busy at times but I guess it depends what day and time you go. But I enjoy eating inside as well. Stonefire is perfect for any occasion, but was great today for Father's Day, I got to enjoy BBQ, but I did not have to spend hours over my own BBQ. I was able to relax and just enjoy. I do like get behind the grill and BBQ, but it is also nice to have a day off. We ordered ahead of time to get food to go. (Recommended on Holidays) There were a lot of people getting take out and many people waiting, so it was good we ordered early in the day. Although it was busy, the staff was very nice and kept everything and everyone organized. We got the Mega Feast, which $175 as of 6/2023. They advertise that it is enough for 12 or more. We had 8 people and had plenty of food with quite a bit of the sides left over and a small amount of Tri Tip and chicken. Ribs were toast though, 1 rack went fast. The Mega feast comes with 2 while chickens, a rack of ribs, 1 whole Tri Tip, 24 breadsticks, a half pan of pasta, half pan of salad and a half pan or a side of your choice. A lot of food and sooo good. I love their food, the chicken is so tender and flavorful. The Tri Tip is excellent, but order medium rare or medium at most or it will be done too much. Ribs fall off the bone. I really like and enjoy their BBQ sauce as well, can't get enough of it. We got the regular garden salad with a side of ranch perfect, our pasta was rigatoni with meat sauce, a bit of cheese and meat over large round pastas, yum! Lastly our side was picked was the peanut coleslaw, which is a must, love it. Although we got this order to go, it is nice to eat in as well, a lot of space and clean.
