I thought this place was just OK and would have given 3 stars, but my wife and daughter liked it quite a bit. We did not know the format because from the outside it looks like a nice upscale restaurant but when you go in, you realize that you order first and then take your seating to wait for your food. We eat here often and I love this place. We order the chicken stimulus that comes with a pizza breadsticks a whole chicken and a salad feeds 4 for 26.95. Where do you go wrong.... The seating situation is fully irritating here. It would probably be a lot easier just to have first come first, served seating like every other place you have to stand in line to place your order. So after the whole group of seven was packed together to order family style, you have to find where they want you to seat. Whatever you do, don't sit in the wrong seat. If you do, the staff is guaranteed to make it an embarrassing experience for you. Had half a rack of baby back ribs. The ribs had more fat on them than meat. Very disappointed. Especially since I paid $16.00 for it, with one side. For that price, there should be two sides and meat on the bone. read more

We ordered the family style meals, that feed up to 6. The Tri tip and the chicken. The meat was tender and the chicken succulent. With 11 people I figured we'd have to order a 3rd meal. We were in Valencia for the weekend and we had to stop at our favorite place. We so excited to try the roasted cauliflower and guess what just like everything else it was so amazing I can still taste it!! Since we move to HENDERSON NV 3 years this one of our favorite places that we miss. My experience started off a little rocky. I ordered online for curbside pick up. After submitting the order, I realized I had selected medium rare for our meat preference when I should have selected medium. I called right away to see if I could change it but was told that I needed to cancel my entire order and resubmit (which was a little excessive considering it was a $100 order and minimal mistake). Then I was told I could call 15 minutes before and remind them which I tried doing but nobody was answering the phone cause it was busy. I finally headed to the curbside pick up location to see if they could assist me, but I was told to talk to a manager. After being sent in circles, I finally talked to someone who could assist me in this small order change. Edgar is amazing!!! He got my order resolved right away and was extremely attentive, kind, and understanding. Couldn't have appreciated his customer service more. I found a hair IN my sandwich and our salad was underwhelming. The Tri Tip sandwich is usually good but the HAIR grossed me out... I looked in the kitchen area and was surprised no one wears hair nets. The South of the Border salad with Tri Tip didn't have much meat at all and had a bunch of the "bad" lettuce and not much else! Very little other ingredients. It wasn't very busy so that couldn't have been the reason. We will probably not be going back!! read more

Don't come here . Got my order wrong and by the time my chicken arrived - everything else cold . Ordered plain rolls and they came drenched in butter ??? What the heck . Ordered skinless chicken and came with skin . When I finally got the chicken it tasted like it was dropped in smoke . Yuck!! LOVE LOVE LOVE StoneFire!! I don't mind eating there but to be honest, it can get very loud if you eat inside (For some reason it echoes in there). On a sunny day I love eating outside. Take-out has always been a success. I sometimes order it to pickup and everytime the order is perfect. They always verify the order there and it is always ready on time. Staff is fantastic and the manager is always walking around asking how everything is. They care and it is noticeable. :) As for the catering...once again OUTSTANDING! I have had two cousins use them for their weddings and it was honestly the best food! Most of the time at weddings the food is..ehh..nothing special. But with Stonefire, guests walk away feeling satisfied and full :) Food is so yummy! So happy to have Stonefire close by! YUMMMMY! read more

Most mediocre meal I have had in a long time. Both the ribs and the garlic tri tip had a weird flavor. The best thing was their bbq sauce which we used to douse our meat with to make it bearable. The Greek and house salad was ok, not great. The breadsticks were bland, as was the chicken tortilla soup. Very sad about this experience. read more

I was planning a family gathering a few weeks ago and chose to order our food from Stonefire. I had dined there once before and fell in love with the food and quality of service. I went into the restaurant a week before my event to look over a menu, find out pricing and place my order. I was immediately greeted by an employee named Wilmer. He was extremely helpful and very patient with me. He went over some of the options they offer for a large party and helped me decide on something within my budget. On my way out he gave me a menu to take home and said if I needed to make any changes to my order to give him a call and he would be happy to do that for me. I picked up my order on a Saturday. The restaurant was busy, but restaurant staff was helpful and attentive. I paid for my order and was told it would be a few more minutes. Wilmer went over everything to make sure I got everything I ordered. He even helped me out to the car so I wouldn't have to make two trips. I almost never leave a tip when I order take out but I felt the need to do so this time because of the great service provided by this gentleman. read more

Honestly I do really enjoy Stonefire grill but after what happened today it made me never want to come again. Well what had happened was I called a order for takeout and they told me that I would be able to get a military discount if I come fully dressed in uniform. I am apart of the U.S. Airforce so I come fully dressed in my uniform and they tell me that I can't get the discount because i order the stimulus package. I mean come on you know what I order when I talked to you on the phone and you guys said that you had a discount.
