Feel of the restaurant was good. Crab cakes and bisque amazing. My husband ordered a 52 oz bone in Rib-eye and potatoes and could barely eat either. It was pure fat but somehow still had no flavor. Potatoes were over cooked so we're just mush. My Strip was very tough even though cooked to medium, and also had absolutely no flavor. It was very disappointing. I learned about this spot from a cousin, and it appears to be very popular. Had dinner here Sunday evening with my sister and we made reservations. I'm glad we did. It is a little on the pricey side, and parking is ample in the Cumberland Mall parking lots. That made parking very easy. This food is stellar! Everything we ate had flavor and was so delicious. The steak rolls looked so good on-line that we had to try them. They are decadent, rich, and so delicious. They almost melt in your mouth, but those Poppy Seed rolls which is there signature dinner roll took the cake. One can describe them as having a hint of sweetness with the consistency of a doughnut. They have to be the best dinner roll I've ever had a restaurant. They are so amazing, and I could just eat those all by myself and they just slide them on the table like they are nothing special and you are immediately wowed when you take that first bite. They are almost addictive. The portions are large. I ordered the salmon, broccoli, and garlic mashed potatoes. I couldn't finish it all. We had a feast in here! The ambience of this restaurant is what you would expect on a nice steakhouse; it is more upscale than traditional steakhouse chains like Longhorn but not as much as Marcel. Service was really good. They are not practicing social distancing seating but they did sit us on the last table per our request, more than 6 feet apart from anyone else. The server quickly came to us to ask what we would like to drink, and brought us some of the best pregame rolls I've had (they're more like tender donuts than bread) with some butter (honey butter I believe). My wife had some of the lobster bisque soup and she liked it. If you like sweet stouts and haven't tried the Crumbling beer from Orpheus Brewing (local Atlanta brewery) you definitely must. Its made of Imperial Stout with Graham Crackers, Vanilla, and Cinnamon flavors! Super delicious! I ordered the Ribeye Steak (14 oz?) because I like the more flavorful fatty steak and it was very good. It comes with some garlic butter on top and I got the parmesan fries the side option. My wife got the Trio Medallion which is 3 medallions with different toppings (encrusted blue cheese, asparagus and mushrooms). My wife loved the blue cheese one but said it was all good. She also had the potatoes au gratin which were nice. For dessert we got (and we should not have... portions are very generous and we were full by then) the Blondie Chocolate Chip Cookie. When I was finally seated the waitress never acknowledged our party not even to offer water. The soft pillowy poppyseed bread came with our meal and honestly, it is amazing. All of the steaks were medium rare. And it had a nice crust to it. Jada was my server and she was excellent. She portrayed a very welcoming and courteous demeanor. She was sure to obtain the details of my order and ensured that it was correct before bringing it to me for dining. She, also, kept me updated on the progress of my order while I waited and ensured I had plenty of rolls with butter. When my steak arrived, I started smashing the Gouda mac n cheese (which was delicious). Jada politely asked me to check the temp of my steak to ensure it was to my liking. In fact the eggs tasted as if they'd been in the fridge for awhile. I found the food mediocre at best. There concept of a loaded baked potato was a lot of butter. Cheese, chives, bacon bits? My steak was cooked to order. My wife had a salad. My Long Island Icetea was presented as "top shelf" - it wasn't! I've ordered the same drink at other restaurants, so I know the difference. I'm new in town so my home girl suggested this spot. Me and two of my homegirls dined in. As soon as we walked in we were greeted quickly. I host was very friendly and welcoming. As we sat down the waitress came to the table less than 30secs which i noticed and liked. She then suggested her favorites. For starters we started off with alcoholic drinks. Both homegirls got a lemon drop martini and I got a peach Bellini which was so delicious btw. We came around lunch so we only ordered appetizers. Came across this restaurant while visiting the area on the weekend with family. The hostess upon our arrival was friendly and professional. We were seated and orders were placed within 10 minutes. Six of us were dining. We all enjoyed our meals. The French onion soup 10/10 came steaming hot how I like my food and was absolutely delicious. Lobster roll and Parmesan fries 10/10. The chicken tenders and coleslaw 10/10. Steak and fries 10/10. The biscuits warm and delicious. Server was patient and came often to check on us. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is it is dark inside and I don't like servers serving in front crossing over with food or drink. I was here yesterday evening at 4 PM 2/24/24 for a birthday party. We had reservations for 4 PM, and got there it was at 3:30 PM. We decided to sit at the bar, wrong mistake! The bartender Rose was the worst service I ever received at a bar. To begin with, some of us asked for drink suggestions, and this upset her. I had the lemon drop mojito, it was delicious. My niece paid for her drink and gave rose a 20 dollar bill, she never gave her the change or receipt. When my niece inquired she said "oh I thought you were starting a tab, let me ring the drink up. When she rang my 2 drinks with my debit card, I watch her take her cell phone out her pocket, as if she was scanning my credit card. When I confronted her, she walked off the bar for about 5 min if not longer. I got the manager, and I can't find the manger card, but she was very nice and very accommodating, and I appreciate her. We went to table, and they were extremely accommodating same manager card that I can't locate. We had a new server that name I won't mention, but I was so baffled why they would give a new server a table of 13. It took the server 20 minutes to bring waters, and over 45 min to take only our drinks and appetizers. Our appetizers came a hour and 20 min after we sat down, and our dinner took forever also. A lot of the table had steaks that were not cooked properly. The male managers watched the server leave dirty dishes on the table for over 45 minutes, which caused us not to order desert. Managers- you set this new waitress up for failure, she should have had assistance. We did stop a server walking Ariel, and she made the rest of the dinner great! Thanks Ariel! I've always had good experiences here, so I decided to bring the bf here for his birthday dinner. This location is at Cumberland mall near Costco. There's plenty of free parking and the mall has valet for a fee. I made reservations through Opentable and we were seated immediately. The restaurant is very dim and has a cozy feel. Our waiter greeted us promptly and acknowledged my bf's birthday which was a nice touch. My bf was indecisive about a beer on the menu and the waiter graciously brought him a sample. We decided to start off with an order of their steak rolls. The rolls were filled with generous amounts of Philly cheesesteak style meat, onions and cheese and served with a ranch dipping sauce and chimichurri sauce. These were a hit! For entrees, I got the ribeye steak with a loaded baked potato and he got the New York strip with fries. My steak was cooked medium as I requested and was very flavorful. The baked potato was huge and topped with sour cream, cheese, bacon and green onions. I also ordered the "El Matador" cocktail from their seasonal menu that was refreshing and delicious. I really appreciate that their entrees come with a side. Most steakhouse's sides are a la carte and can be pretty pricey. We both enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning. read more

This place was a delicious way to end a business trip with coworkers. The location was awesome since it's near the mall and they have valet and free EV Charging stations. The staff was brilliant and funny. Hunter made our night. If he ever needs a job we all offered to hire him that night. The food was amazing and plentiful. I should have gone with my gut and passed on those but I didn't. I got them and they were not my taste at all. They seemed more suited for some place a lot more casual or just flat out fast food. I also tried their Ahi tuna salad to see if it was better than Houston's. I hate to compare, but it WAS NOT. The ambiance was what I like, but the food didn't impress me at all.
