Hannah honestly made this entire dining experience so memorable and enjoyable. I came with a large group for a birthday dinner, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we were taken care of all night. The food was amazing. Every appetizer we ordered was delicious, but the pasta and steak were definitely my favorites. And the bread? I'm still thinking about it! It was that good. Between the great food, fun atmosphere, and Hannah's incredible service, this is definitely a place I'll be coming back to. I came for a birthday dinner, but next time I'll be back for date night for sure!

I stopped by Stoney River at the Cumberland Mall location for a solo dinner and it was such a great experience. I sat at the bar and my bartender Jill was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and made the visit feel welcoming. I ordered my go to meal which is the meatloaf with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. Pure comfort food done right. And I have to mention the rolls because they are hands down my favorite restaurant bread. Soft, warm, and absolutely addictive. For drinks I tried the Strawberry Fields cocktail and loved it so much that I ended up ordering two. It was refreshing, perfectly balanced, and paired well with my meal. Overall Stony River remains a consistently great dining option whether solo or with a group. Highly recommend this location for good food great service and a relaxing atmosphere.

I had the bistro chicken at Stoney River, and honestly it just didn't have much flavor for me. I pretty much finished it because I was hungry more than because I really enjoyed it. On the bright side, the steak egg rolls were absolutely amazing and easily the highlight of the meal. I also really appreciated that the bar could make cocktails from just about anything they had on hand, because a lot of places can't do that. I'd still come back, but next time I'd definitely try a different entrée.

Visited on Friday night for the first time to celebrate a relative's birthday. Our server Mía was very patient, friendly, and attentive. Family friendly restaurant. Plenty of parking. The rolls were magnificent. The spinach artichoke dip was a wonderful appetizer. The food was fresh and flavorful. Prices are reasonable. Would love to return.

Entree special: bone-in pork chop with a cherry brandy sauce, mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli.

Another great meal at Stony River (Cumberland Mall). Service at the bar was exceptional. I've been served twice by this bartender and each time he's made excellent recommendations. Everyone from the host to the food expeditor/runner were professional and really great at what they do. The pork chop special was very good. I wish they would do something other than just steaming the broccoli, because that is the most lackluster portion of the meal. But overall, it was excellent.

This was my first time here and I was very happy with it. The service was great and the food was delicious. The drinks were good as well.

One of my favorite places to go for great appetizers and drinks. Stop being midday and was able to sit at the bar with no weight. Izzy was our service/bartender while we were there. She was absolutely amazing. We ordered the cheesesteak rolls the whiskey shrimp on toast and deviled eggs. Izzy gave us amazing recommendations for an old-fashioned and a new raspberry lemon drop that they have....perfection. Izzy was attentive, our food was fresh and delicious. It wasn't too busy in the restaurant, but still great energy and easy to holds conversation. All the staff were absolutely amazing and attentive.

The food was great and well seasoned. I got great recommendations from my server. The eggrolls weren't anything special but they were great. The French onion soup was great as well. Everything came out very quickly and hot. Also I got the steak salad which was amazing, I would come back just for that! The vibe is really lively.

Location: Cumberland Mall Area Time: 1:00pm 1/3/25 Ran some errands this morning and decided to go to lunch at Stoney River. Not too busy, you can tell just your normal work lunch crowd. Great customer service. Very clean, including the restroom. Steak salad was excellent $26 (used to be $19) It had two deviled eggs in the salad which were really good. Very nice portion, I ate half and took half home. Steak Rolls were a nice yummy appetizer. Topped off with a ginger ale. Ahh Everything is expensive nowadays but for me it was worth it. Really good Happy New Year Yelp!

I didn't order this but I did taste it. Its shrimp on a garlic bread bun. Super tasty!

Originally being from the south, it's hard to find Shrimp and Grits that is up to my standards, but Stoney River didn't disappoint. The flavor pops in your mouth. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and flavorful. Staff was professional and friendly. The restaurant itself has an upscalr byt homey feel to it. I would recommend reservations though. We got in early, but before we left, they were full. I really loved this restaurant on my recent visit to Atlanta GA.

As someone who is a big fan of French onion soup, this was one of the best that I've had in a long time. So good in fact that I came back again tonight just for the soup. Great bar service tonight from Courtney during a very busy Saturday night.

We had reservations for this place. We were greeted immediately and promptly seated. The restaurant was really nice more in line with a high end steakhouse. The food was delicious from the complimentary bread to our main entree's. We ordered Caesar salad, steak, eggrolls, lamb chops, and salmon, and everything was prepared nicely. This was my first time at this restaurant, but without question it will not be last.!

Free small parking lot in front. Free extra parking across the street. The total was about $150 for 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 drinks, and a dessert. Pros The quiet, intimate, and classy atmosphere was exactly what I needed for my family. When we first arrived, our table was not ready and we had to wait outside. However we were given continuous updates on when the table would be ready, they apologized, and they were very understanding. Considering we were a large party in an intimate space, we understood and only waited about 20 minutes before the table was ready. You could tell the food was fresh, the orders came fast, and the service was amazing. The fresh in house pasta took everything to the next level. It was the perfect night out. Cons The establishment is intimate so I do not think it would ideal for extra large parties. I had a party of 8 at 8PM but I dont know if they could have accomodated us if it was any earlier during prime dinner time. I wish they had a better parking situation but its not bad and its free. Would I Recommend: Absolutely! I will be returning! No complaints. Follow me here on Yelp and @jessreviewss on Tik Tok/Instagram for more.

Food: 5/5 We decided to try a leisurely lunch. The menu is not large, but it has enough variety to be interesting. Everything we tried was delicious. The smoked salmon appetizer portion was large, but the best part was the great flavor. I can see why this choice has been on the menu for years. The Vidalia onion soup will be a surprise for the non-Georgians who expect it to be similar to a savory beef broth like French onion soup. Georgia's onions from the Vidalia area are sweet and tasty enough to carry the soup without the help of a meat broth and the green pesto sauce offers a nice additional touch. The salmon on fresh salad was done perfectly. The panka-crusted cod with mashed potatoes and spinach was outstanding. Both were seasoned so lightly that the true flavors shone through. The portions were generous enough that dessert at the time would have been too much, but others can do as we did and take home one of the dessert choices. Next time we plan to try their sandwiches which looked yummy at other tables. Service : 5/5 Service was excellent from the pleasant greeting, through the entire meal. Our server, Clayton, couldn't have been more helpful with the menu, as well as being very efficient and amiable. He made sure our food was served promptly and our beverages glasses were full, and our requests were met quickly. Facility: The facility lends itself to the riverside experience from the canoe in the entryway ceiling to the flowers and bird feeders just beyond the patio tables. The white tablecloth ambiance informs you that this isn't a fast-food experience. There are tents set aside in a more private are of the garden as a lovely venue for special events Location : This isn't a quick roadside stop next to a 6-lane highway. Even though the restaurant is convenient to dine in an Atlanta suburb, the roads to the restaurant wind and meander for a short distance through one of the prettiest neighborhoods, with a canopy of large old trees, with lovely fences, hedges, and gates lining the road. There is courteous valet parking at the front door. The restaurant is not inexpensive but it is well worth the prices paid, in our opinion.

Let's start with the catfish: perfectly crispy on the outside, flaky and tender on the inside, and seasoned like somebody's grandma whispered the recipe in the chef's ear. Honestly, it was so good I almost asked for another plate just in case I missed something the first time. This is a 10/10, no notes kind of dish. Now, the collard greens? Whew! These greens deserve their own standing ovation. They were hands-down the best I've ever had--an 11/10, slap-yo-mama, text-everyone-you-know level of good. Perfectly seasoned, just the right amount of smokiness, and with a flavor that'll make you question every other batch of collards you've ever eaten. The mac 'n cheese was solid--cheesy and definitely satisfying. The cornbread? Sweet, moist, and the perfect sidekick to all the rich flavors on the plate. Everything was served hot and fresh, and the service was as warm as the food. The only catch (besides that incredible catfish)? It's a bit of a drive from the highway, so plan accordingly if you're popping in for lunch. But trust me, The Manna House is worth every minute of the detour. We had to make a fast decision if we would leave or stay, but since it was Friday We honestly considered leaving, but we were starving and didn't feel like going somewhere else, so we stayed. However, after that, we were really surprised that there was very little follow-up from the manager, no effort from management the attempt to recover the experience. Our server, Skye, was very apologetic and did what she could, but overall the customer service from management was extremely disappointing. At Pappadeaux's price point, finding a bug in your food is already unacceptable, but the lack of proper service recovery made it worse. This should have been handled very differently, and quite frankly, the entire meal should have been compensated. What happened to making sure guests actually have a good dining experience? We chose not to escalate things in the moment, but I can say confidently that I will not be returning to this location. I would strongly encourage others to double-check their food.
