Food was excellent! Good menu choices. Service was great. Very cool place to eat. Lots of interesting vintage motorcycles and memorabilia to look at. It's like dining in a museum. Highly recommend!!

Cool spot to have a beer , they have indoor and outdoor seating , we only stopped in for a flight of beer service was good but not great , beers were ok but the fries were nice and hot and seasoned well .

My running group from Austin went to the Strap Tank Brewery after running the St.George marathon and half marathon. One of our members had done a lot of research and found this to be the best place for a post-race celebration. There was a large room upstairs, with no charge for renting it, and a good menu of food and drinks. It was perfect! I ordered the burger and fries. They were both so good for refueling after the race! The burger was cooked medium rare as I had ordered, and the fries were seasoned perfectly and a bit crunchy. We had the place for 3 hours, and there was plenty of room for our 50 members to socialize, share race stories, and show off our medals. The restaurant is decorated with motorcycle memorabilia.

Nicely decorated restaurant and very spacious. Food was good but nowhere near great. Service was extremely slow and it seemed that our server had better things to do then take care of her customers.

We were there for their soft open night, and the service and food were amazing! Our server was so sweet and took really good care of us! The food had amazing flavor and came out so fast! And the building was beautifully decorated! All of the decorations were super cool and fit the theme perfectly! Definitely recommend!

First time coming here ! This was a recommendation & so glad we stopped here. Staff super friendly, beer was good and the southwest salad and queso and chips were delicious!

We come in a couple times a month, I don't know if this place is undiscovered or a hidden gem... but fail to understand the lack of customers here. The dining space, upper & lower bars, great service, DJ...that's not even to mention the great menu. We love to travel & really appreciate local spaces & flavors, this place is IN YOUR BACK YARD. What are we missing! Love to dance? They've got it. Enjoy good food & creative flavors? Got it. Friendly faces & customer service? Got it. Seriously? If you're in the area or visiting... GO! We just had the ENTIRE place to ourselves! The two of us. It's shameful. Get out! ENJOY!

    Artichoke dip appetizer

Everything we tried was a hit! We ordered the artichoke dip appetizer and was one of the standouts--rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, especially paired with the warm, toasted pita. The salsa on top was a good addition. The fish & chips came out perfectly golden and crispy, with hearty fries and plenty of sauces to mix and match. The Southwest chicken salad was another pleasant surprise. The chicken had a really flavorful, well-seasoned marinade that made the whole dish feel fresh and satisfying. Generous croutons and a tangy dressing tied it all together. I also tried the spicy margarita, which was good and had a nice kick, though it could've used a bit more bold flavor to really make it pop. Overall, a delicious meal with a great variety of flavors, & reasonably priced. Definitely worth coming back for.

It was so good!!! This is all that was left!

Let's start with the waitress, Opal... very attentive- gave great recommendations! Always kept our drinks full! The food was absolutely outstanding!!! Definitely will return!! The ambience is fun! It makes for an enjoyable place to eat!

The atmosphere is nice and clean. Our server was nice, I didn't get her name. When we first arrived nobody was at the station to seat us so it took awhile for someone to help us get seated. The food was good, the french fries were the best thing we had. The mashed potatoes were lacking flavor, they were ok. The pulled pork sandwich was good, the bottom bun was a bit soggy. My husband liked his hot chicken sandwich. The coconut shrimp tasted a little burnt, but was pretty good overall, the dipping sauce was really delicious. We didn't order any beer this time, but we will go back.

This place was great! I loved how they offered a lettuce wrap option for their burgers. I got the sweet potato fries and they were cooked to perfection. The service was great as well very fast and quick. The appearance of the place to is super cool to look at. Overall a great eat and would recommend.

I really want to love this place so I hope things change. I was waiting for Strap Tank to open ever since I found out about it being built. Im all for breweries with food especially here where there are so few. We went opening week but I knew I would wait until my second visit to write a review to be fair. That first week was wild. The waits were an hour or more during dinner and they wouldnt take reservations. Our service was good. Food coming out was slow. Beer was ok. I had the seasonal sour which had edible glitter in it for some reason. Burger is a solid choice here. I didnt care for the meatballs and cheese was sliding down on kids pizza. 2nd visit....no wait inside but we still had to wait for a hostess to come to the hostess booth. Once seated we waited for a server. We continued to wait... we saw the table that was seated after us and another table right before us all get greeted and waited on. We were all seated in the same area yet still no one to even acknowledge us. We waited a bit longer as servers passed us by and then decided to leave. I saw the reviews before my second visit and hoped our experience would be different. Pretty bummed. Im willing to give it one more try. I just have to convince my husband.

Because of that, maybe my expectations were a little high, but this just did not get there. I ordered the souvlaki, and it was the biggest disappointment of the meal. The portion felt light, maybe six pieces of meat, and while the meat itself and the pita were perfectly decent, the sauce was strange and not in a good way. It tasted nothing like what I have had at Greek restaurants, church festivals, or anywhere else Greek food is done right. It threw the whole thing off. The Greek salad was also underwhelming. It was basically cucumbers, small tomatoes, red onion, feta, and house dressing. Simple can be great, but the dressing felt flat and did not bring much flavor to the plate. The surprise star was the fries. Genuinely very good. Crisp, flavorful, and probably the most satisfying thing we ate. The gyro was the best actual entrée item. The meat had good flavor, and I enjoyed it, but even that landed in the "solid, not special" category. Service was another mixed bag. Our wraps came out first, then the salad a couple of minutes later, then the fries another couple of minutes after that. Not a dealbreaker, but it made the meal feel oddly pieced together instead of like a restaurant had the timing figured out. We came in around 2 p.m. on a Sunday, after the lunch rush. There were only two other customers when we sat down, so it was noticeable. By the time we left, the place had filled in some, but it still never felt overwhelmed. One other thing worth mentioning: they were promoting a "leave a review, get a treat" deal, which always makes me a little skeptical when I see a pile of glowing reviews. That does not mean every positive review is fake, but it definitely makes me wonder how candid some of them really are. Overall, this was not terrible, but it was definitely disappointing. When you put "authentic Greek" on the table, I am expecting something with a little soul, a little punch, and a little confidence. What we got was mostly just okay. If you go, get the gyro and the fries, and keep your expectations somewhere south of the Aegean

I also asked whether dogs were welcome, and the hostess was very friendly and confirmed that they were. The wait to be seated went smoothly, and we were seated outside. The hostess provided us with silverware, and everything initially seemed fine. Unfortunately, once we were seated, the service became very disappointing. We spent some time looking over the menus, and during that time, we noticed two additional tables being seated after us. Those tables were later approached and offered drinks, while no one had acknowledged our table. After waiting about 20 minutes, I finally got up and asked if someone could take our drink order or if we were going to be served. The hostess was present when I asked. I returned to our table, but shortly afterward, another table was seated and their drinks were being taken while we were still waiting. At that point, we decided to leave due to the lack of service. The hostess did come outside and apologize as we were leaving, and I appreciate that gesture, but unfortunately, it came too late to change our experience. I believe the waitstaff may need additional training on recognizing and prioritizing tables that have been waiting, especially when children are involved. When I worked in customer service, if a guest had to get up and ask to be served, I would have immediately apologized, gone to the table, and at minimum taken their drink order and the children's food order. Honestly, I would have been completely understanding if our food had taken another 20-30 minutes after placing the order. What was frustrating was that we couldn't even get acknowledged or place an order. In all my years of dining out, I am usually very generous with tips when the service is attentive and the staff understands the importance of taking care of families, especially when children are involved. Unfortunately, in this situation, we never had the opportunity to experience the food or service because nothing was ever ordered or served. No pictures to share because, unfortunately, nothing was provided to us.

The scallops still tasted like the sea and were extremely gritty. The steak...... medium and on the way to well. Not seasoned. The sauces were a horseradish and a chimichuri. Neither of which saved that steak. We literally sent the crab Mac back to the kitchen. Inedible. Tasted like tuna mac that had been left in the oven too long. Solid Seed Oil-Free Spot in St. George…read more Cute spot off Mall Drive with a huge, somewhat convoluted menu full of plates, bowls, salads, and sandwiches. We went for lunch and it hit the spot for clean eating. I originally tried ordering the Donny Bowl but the cashier said it was unavailable, so I switched to the Power Pasture Bowl (tri tip and eggs). My buddy got the Mediterranean plate. We both selected the cheese bread. No drinks -- they have a water dispenser in the dining room. The dining room was about 25% full. Service is order-at-counter, then they bring the food and bus tables, but a few corner tables were still sitting with dirty plates from the lunch rush. The Power Pasture Bowl came out with beautiful presentation, but I found myself wondering, "What the hell do I do with this?" So I dumped the side dressing over everything and mixed it up -- turned into a delicious medley of flavors and textures. Only issue: it was missing the eggs. I went back to the counter and they quickly brought out a hard-boiled egg sliced in half. (See before/after photos.) Once assembled, it was really good. It's built like a healthier Chipotle (which, btw, loads up on seed oils), but don't expect a hot chef-crafted dish -- more fresh, layered ingredients with turmeric rice, etc. The cheese bread was a highlight -- chewy (tastes like rice flour for the gluten-free vibe) but way better than the dry-looking pita our neighbor had. Highly recommend the cheese bread. My friend loved his Mediterranean plate -- the baked falafel was delicious, everything fresh, generous portions, and nice presentation. Total for two: $35.45 (no drinks). Totally worth it if you're avoiding seed oils and inflammation. Fresh Mediterranean-leaning fare with a Whole Foods vibe. Great for bowls and plates. If you're craving something hotter, I've heard good things about Outback Steakhouse, Street Eats, and Buffalo Wild Wings -- they use beef tallow. Aubergine Kitchen has a sign saying to let them know about allergies, but missing the eggs on my bowl makes me wonder how on top of that they are. Still, overall a win for clean eating. Would recommend and go back. See attached photos (before/after bowl, cheese bread, etc.)
