If you care about having great sound or better, this is the place you need to go. I came here…read morebecause my audio done by a place with hundreds of reviews and a 5 star rating wasn't cutting it for me and didn't offer active + dsp tuning. Frank (the owner) took a look at my car and gave me options and pricing. He's a professional who has lots of years in the business. We agreed on the price and his workers who are amazing took care of me and offered to have me watch them if you wanted. I stayed a bit as they took apart my vehicle and showed me all the shoddy work the previous installer did wrong which was MANY. They did everything the right way and got my sound system sounding amazing. They are not the cheapest but do it once and do it right. I'm very happy with their work and will always recommend them for my friends.

I brought in a Porsche 911 where I had the sound system upgraded by another shop. The sound quality wasn't noticeably better from the stock system so I brought it in to FS Audio to get their thoughts on why this "upgrade" wasn't netting better sound quality. Frank was able to tell me exactly what was going on, what was done incorrectly, and what he would do instead and why. I decided to move forward and we ended up redoing the entire sound system. The end result is a sound system that sounds 100% better and I am very happy with the overall quality of their work. I would definitely recommend FS Audio as Frank is super knowledgeable, their shop does great work, and they are easy to work with.

Javier and Jason are straight up enablers of musical chaos in the best way possible. The sound quality is crystal clear, even when the volume is up to ridiculous levels. The speakers are loud, the bass hits hard, and 4,000 watts is more than enough to make your ears file a formal complaint. I still haven't turned it max volume. Too scared Lol What impressed me most was the customer service. Javier and Jason had plenty of opportunities to upsell me, but they never pushed anything. In fact, I ended up talking myself into upgrades because they took the time to answer every question and explain everything without any pressure. They're down to earth, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about getting the setup right. They're really good dudes...ones a little intimidating...but super nice. I promise. Best setup EVER. If you're on the fence about upgrading your audio system, stop being ridiculous and go talk to these guys. The workmanship, sound quality, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. My Jeep sounds absolutely wild now, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

Unacceptable Damage to a Brand New Car!…read more I brought in my brand-new 2025 Tesla--which I've only owned for 3 days and was in pristine condition--to Soundz Good Garage in Norwalk after reading positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was a complete nightmare. Setting up the appointment over the phone was quick, but the professionalism ended the moment I arrived. Right off the bat, the guy at the front desk complained about where I parked. After waiting about two hours for the tint job, I looked at the car and noticed visible bubbling immediately. When I went back inside, the staff brushed me off, telling me to "just give it a day or two." They were so dismissive they didn't even want to step outside to look. I had to insist, and when someone finally came out, he gave me the same line: wait a few days and come back in a week if it persists. Trying to be a polite customer, I drove home. However, once I arrived and inspected the vehicle closely, I was horrified. There are fresh razor blade looking scratches all around the vehicle, including severe, obvious scratches directly on my Tesla touchscreen display. To top it off, when I went to check the Tesla Sentry and dashcam footage, all video clips from while the car was at their shop were deleted. There was zero footage of my car even being there--which is completely impossible unless someone manually cleared or formatted the drive, considering Tesla cameras continuously record surroundings. I tried calling the shop nonstop for 30 minutes prior to their closing time to address the damage, but received no answer and no response whatsoever. It is completely unacceptable for a shop to treat a customer's vehicle with this level of carelessness, damage sensitive interior screens, wipe video evidence, and then dodge phone calls. Between the rude, dismissive attitude, sub-par tint work, and direct damage to my new vehicle, I strongly advise everyone--especially new vehicle owners--to stay far away.

Fast forward EIGHT months and I came in person to get an answer as to why this process had taken so long and they told me that a man named "Jacob" hadn't been in to replace the part for me. They told me to try back everyday to see if Jacob was in and every time I called for Jacob he was never there. Im convinced "Jacob" doesn't exist there. Horrible customer service, horrible with following up, and overall just a bad experience for a relatively simple job. Save your time and your money and find another shop.
