Thurs. March 30, 2023 | Picked up @ 4:25pm PST We always order pick-up, whether it's curb-side or inside, at any Subway that we go to. Either way, this was a mistake to order online from here! We moved from a different state, and wanted to get something "healthy", hence the Subway cravings. First time ordering from here. Ordered the usual, "Spicy Italian" with toppings. My wife ordered SLICED AVOCADO as an extra & the Roasted Garlic Aioli. NONE of those were in her sub when she bit into it. It was bland without any sauce or sliced avocado. I wanted something different, so I ordered the BLT foot long, with EXTRA bacon/protein. Didn't come with extra protein, not enough lettuce, & a few pieces of bacon. We were not satisfied at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT ORDER ONLINE/FOR PICK-UP!! If you really want Subway from this place, please go inside and see them make it yourself to save you the trouble! The staff at this Subway always has attitude. Every other time we come in we have to deal with some worker who's got major stink face, as if coming in and giving their establishment business is an annoying imposition. This certainly doesn't apply to all staff, in fact, we've gotten fantastic service on occasion. However, more often than not it's dirty looks and snide comments. I get this is a Subway and I'm not looking for a 5-star experience but basic courtesy isn't too much to ask for. Food is fine - you can't really mess this stuff up. But whoever's doing the hiring at this location really needs to do a better job of vetting potential employees. read more

Came and dropped my 14 year old son off to go inside for a sandwich. Had to wait in an 20 min in an empty line garbage not coming back here. Last time I came here there was a bunch of trash left by somebody in front of store that my car ran over some aluminum cans and chicken bones on the passenger side and garbage bag on the driver side and nobody bothered cleaning it up. I work nearby this location and order from here often and have had no issues. I ordered from this location today and I was confused as to why it was taking so long and why my dasher kept getting reassigned. Finally one of the dashers was kind enough to inform me that the store was closed due to no air conditioning. I wasted 20-30 minutes of my lunch only for my food to never be delivered. I work in the food industry as well and this is extremely unprofessional, there is a way to stop receiving orders on the doordash app so I don't understand why they are still receiving orders and wasting people's time... read more

Extremely slow and rude staff. If I'm the only customer in there why does it take 15 minutes to make a sandwich? Had paid for my order and was waiting for the employee to hand me my bag of food since she was holding it but she was too busy socializing. I reached over the counter and took it from her and walked out. Got home and my bread was so stale it fell apart once I bit into it. The previous time I came to this location they were taking so long to help me I just walked out. I don't know what it is about Eastvale but all the restaurants suck here, the food and the service. Been coming here several days now. It's on a small shop but line moves quick. Friendly and helpful staff here, cashier an scan reward via cell phone and if linked with pay-pal, you can complete payment altogether. Sometimes the scanner does not work but using phone number should link back to your reward number. Subway App can also order ahead for take out. I have come to this Subway location many times and I'm never very satisfied with the cleanliness and staff however today on 12/5/22 at around 1:30pm I was greeted and the staff was busy but they were fast and checking accurately at the online orders. When it was my turn the young, bilingual lady that worked there switched to CLEAN GLOVES and that made me very happy! She and the young man working with her were fast and clean making the sandwiches. I go here almost every day for lunch and while some have perfected my sandwich, some get it wrong even though I say it correctly. That means they don't pay attention and don't care about their customers. They willingly remake my sandwich but that also eats up in my time. It can get really busy and I've seen the line go out the door. Not much seating available inside and the outdoor seating is a walk. They don't clean the tables or floors as often as they should. The beverage section needs more attention. I would go to a different subway, but this is the closest to work. read more

Oh, this store... One of the few establishments that raise my blood pressure almost every single time. Careless, is an understatement. I swear my sandwiches come out looking like they've been dropped, like whoever made them hates their job. Every now and then you'll get somebody nice but those employees are hard to come by. Went in during lunch this week. While the staff is very friendly, this shop is very unorganized, and not too tidy. There were crumbs and sandwich bits on the tables and chairs, with paper wrappers on the floor. When it comes to ordering food: From one employee to the next, the communication on your order gets diminished/lost. I paid for two foot-long specialty sandwiches, at about $9 each. 4 employees touched these sandwiches down their service line. Got to the 5th employee, who was the cashier. I paid via credit card, gave me my bag, said have a nice day, and told me to fill out a customer survey... When I was on the road, luckily I noticed that he didn't put my complete order in the bag! I guess I'll have to keep a better eye out for my own orders in the future. One of the sandwiches I got was the Rotisserie Chicken sandwich. The chicken is shredded to the consistency of tuna. In fact, I thought initially I was eating a tuna sandwich just on consistency alone. But the worst part of this sandwich is that it was a huge wet mess. See the picture I posted for half of that mess. The bread was soaked and everything was falling out. Stick with more conventional sandwiches with little liquid ingredients so your sub doesn't fall apart. I definitely don't recommend the Rotisserie sandwich. As for this Subway store...Sorry. I may head back sometime, but for awhile I'll probably head to some other sandwich place. read more

I was out in this area to watch a fight at a friends house and this was the only place to eat in the area that wasn't greasy or fast-food. The place is kept very clean and the gentlemen working, made sure he greeted eveyone that walked in. I ordered the steak and cheese on wheat bread. As I was putting the toppings on, he recommended a few things that he liked on top so I took his little tips and tried it out. I reached out and spoke to Justin, who works at this location, and he apologized and said to call tomorrow and they would remake the sandwiches. Today, however, when I called I had the displeasure of speaking to a very rude woman by the name of Noemi. She shouted at me that I was lying and I was essentially just trying to get free sandwiches. Clearly she is unaware of how many times I've purchased from this location and now due to her horrific customer service I won't be back. I love this location because I always get greeted very nicely and I am served promptly especially during the busy times they always get my sandwich right and it always tastes great!
