This location is amazing the girls there are always on point with greetings customer service they always have the place spot less clean they always using gloves and cleaning after every sandwich they make. Came in at around 9:15 pm. There was about 5 people in line with a 20 minute wait. I placed my order and all they had was wheat bread, but just had a batch of bread come out of the over. I told the employee, uh I see freshly baked bread. Stood in line for 20 min for nothing and are also out of meatballs. This is the subway that we always go to. Tonight we went here again and got food to go, like we always do. The people that work here have always been nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I always order a 6 inch turkey on white. Unfortunately, the last several times we have been in here, I get home only to find out that my bread is flipping hard! It honestly feels like it has been toasted! I never order my sandwiches toasted, so I guess it is because it has sat there for so long that it had been allowed to get hard! After tonight and this happening AGAIN, I am truly frustrated and even a little angry! I would go back but I am not driving across town to do so! This review is from Wednesday evening after 10pm. My family & I live nearby & usually have excellent service. 3 visits ago an employee suggested the new "Ultimate" Spicy Italian. Had an excellent taste with a garlic spread & special cheese melted onto the bread. 2 visits ago a gentleman who they say his name is Hustler provided horrible customer service. I asked for a new sandwich advertised & he flat out told me he didn't know how to make it. So I had to choose something else. He seemed to have a bad attitude period. I thought perhaps a one - off. I decide to get a wrap. He says just so you know on wraps we only give you half the meat like a 6 inch. I respond on your menu it says you get footlong portion in a wrap. Is that incorrect? He says he doesn't know & that all he knows is you can't close wrap with footlong worth of meat. So I still order it & just let him be. Fast forward to tonight. "Hustler" is working yet again. The gentleman ordering a sandwich in front of me & my 2 boys gets into it with Hustler saying I got this today at a Subway for lunch. Hustler states they are different & seems to have attitude. He takes order for my 1st son, then Audrey starts making sandwich for 2nd son. He asks if I'm getting a sandwich & I tell him I am still debating. Then when I ask for a bread listed on chart, he states they have every bread except that one they don't carry. So I choose another...& he says he doesn't know what that is. So I select a 3rd bread & he makes my sandwich. Another guest enters the store. While Audrey rings up the sandwiches she is engaging with my boys & I and is making conversation being friendly & jokes that she didn't make my sandwich with love as she did the other two. I joke back that I missed out. She says she will put a smiley face on mine as well. So all of us share a laugh waiting for my card to process. All of a sudden, Hustler yells loudly, 'can you all be quiet, I cannot hear my customer!" Very loud & rudely. We are all in shock. Even Audrey softy responds something like ok Hustler, now it is awkward. As we leave, I say to the guest who is waiting for her food, I apologize ma'am if we were too loud & she says gesturing, waving & shaking head, 'oh no you all are fine.' I told Audrey I was still going to give her a 5 star review despite the antics of her co-worker. I am a VP of Sales for a multi million dollar Company, we were not loud & I've managed 100's of store, District Manages, Store Managers etc. & his behavior was one of the worst I've seen now on multiple occasions. I want to give Audrey 5 stars & all of the other employees I have encountered other than this gentleman. Alysha ways amazing! She went above & beyond to give excellent customer service. I had trouble placing my order in the app, she told me to come in & she would help me. I came in and she came out from behind the counter, wrote down my order and made it herself. She had the best attitude. Most people would act bothered. Lady that was making my sandwich was acting like she was in a hurry. Just slapped my food on there. Then they toasted my footlong with my girlfriends footlong and it wasn't toasted at all. Dumbest thing is that its a 24hr Subway, I never seen this before, its a Monday and you close when its dinner time? I asked for a refund and stood there for ten minutes until i said something again and the dude closing the register got all defensive and mad telling me "bro, i dont work here, its not my store" after telling him to take that 24/7 sign off because its not. Go here probably once a week. Sometimes the line is long but it's a popular place. The employees are very friendly if you are friendly to them. I come to this Subway every Wednesday with my son, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff. There's a group of girls that work the mornings usually and they are all always so kind and personable with me and my son. They always remember our order! We ordered our sandwiches on the app. We chose all the options we wanted and deleted the ones we didn't. It was ready as st the time stated on the app. When we got home and unwrapped them, my sandwich had banana peppers, green peppers, and cucumbers on it I didn't order. Your basic everyday Subway. It is a smaller store location than some others so it can get crowded in here pretty quickly. Pretty much the only reason why I am giving this place 4/5 stars is because of their "customer service." Of the several times that I have been there, I've only experienced one instance where an employee there felt like they enjoyed their job. Of course I guess it could be hard to enjoy this job, but it's better than no job right? Fast service. It gets busy sometimes during lunch hours but they usually get it done pretty quick. After getting off from work at the odd hours between 3-6am, it's not crazy to find myself hungry as I'm going home. Stopped here for the first time as I learned they were open 24 hrs (that's awesome in itself)! And upon arrival, the 2 guys working warmly welcomes me. Great part is it wasn't that "it's company policy to greet each customer" welcome. Came off a bit goofy but fun and genuine. From then on, the good spirited duo maintain the same energy/positive vibes and seemed like even tho they were at subway at 4am they enjoyed their work. Got the new subway coupons yesterday on December 3, any subway for $5.99. Decided to utilize these coupons with my wife. Coupon said good for any sandwich except the cheesy bread one. I tell the person the brisket one is not excluded, I would like that one. They explained to me that is excluded, so I show them the coupon and it only excludes the cheesy bread one.
