I just ordered foot long sub online it was $15 toasted. It was so hard to eat cause the overcooked it. Then you add the toppings, and they put like one tomato, one piece of onion it was stupid. It was the worst sandwich i have ever eaten. I get the price because of all the toppings but if your ask for everything and you add what you want there should be more than one of each on the sandwich. I will never go to this one again. These servers couldn't care less how they are making sandwiches. 1/2 sandwich was almost $10 and the girl plopped a fistful of cheese in the center of the bun, two skinny stuck together pieces of bacon, two small chunks of chicken and toasted it. All cheese was in the middle, chicken on one end and bacon on one side. She slapped it together and called it good. If I had the nerve I would have walked out after staring at that thing in disbelief. I will never visit this subway again. They do not care how they present their food, they have no customer service skills and they sure don't appreciate that as food increases in price it darn well better be appealing. read more

Went in the store with my boyfriend and a person with pink hair and another girl working which the other girl helped me , I will absolutely never go here again and neither will him or his family . We got our sandwich's and I asked for the sand not to be cut bc I had a feeling she was going to cut my sandwich (as a picky person) with the same knife as my bfs which had the full fixings on it . I specifically said don't cut it and she proceeded to look at me and then cut it . This is getting ridiculous. I don't normally write reviews but in the interest of saving another hungry soul from disappointment, I felt it was necessary. I have twice now placed an order for pick-up. And twice now, my order has been messed up. The first order was several months ago and, as is usual for me, I requested the oil, vinegar, and mayonnaise to go directly onto the bread. That way, it soaks into the bread and I don't get a greasy hand full of yuk while I try to eat it. Apparently reading was a challenge because not only did I NOT get the oil, vinegar, and mayo on the bread, I got so much oil, vinegar, and mayo on the top of the veggies that it oozed out when they wrapped the sandwich up and I ended up with a horrible mess. OK, I chalked that up to a one time occurrence and gave them the benefit of the doubt. After all, anyone can have an off day, right? Flash forward to today! I again ordered online and included the same note (sans the oil) : Vinegar and mayo on the bread first. I even wrote "please". I requested no onions but made no other changes because I thought that would be easier. I was so wrong. What I got was a a dry sandwich, absolutely no vinegar to be found and a small spattering of mayonnaise found only at one end of the sandwich. Not sure why only one end got mayo, but what ever... To make matters worse, they forgot my provolone cheese. If the errors had stopped there, I'd be pissed but not writing this, but it doesn't. It seems that when you don't request extra lettuce, you get virtually none. And when I say "virtually none", I mean virtually none. I have less lettuce than I have banana peppers and I specifically requested "less" banana peppers. The Spinach is the equivalent of two (yes 2) large spinach leaves. the "less" banana peppers outnumber the "regular" spinach and lettuce combined - and that is crazy. I shudder to think about what a "regular" order of banana peppers would look like. Would you taste anything besides the banana peppers? Moral of the story? Don't order on line with these yahoos. They could care less about getting your order correct. Make them prepare your food while you watch and you will likely get your order just the way you want it. I know I won't be ordering online again from this store. read more

We went through the drive through order 12 inch Roast Beef with White Bread and took it home. We asked for tomato, lettuce and pickles. This was acknowledged by the attendendendant. Constantly under-staffed. I have attempted to eat here twice. The first time was around 1pm. After waiting in line for 20 minutes while the only worker in the place tried to take care of customers, I left. Today, I waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes at lunch after the lady said she would be "right with me". I left once again with no food. It's lunch time. There should be more than one person staffing this restaurant. I'm done trying. read more

I ordered online, paid with PayPal, and waited until they said my food would be ready. Upon arrival, I was first ignored at the drive thru, then told there were four other people ahead of me inside. She then turned off the mike leaving me waiting for 10 min while my sandwiches got soggy sitting. I finally went inside, and was again told that despite my order being ready and paid for, the people inside getting fresh food were "ahead" of me. Why even offer online orders? read more

Really great customer service, I was pleasantly surprised. My sandwich was great and the chocolate chip cookies were the best I ever had.
