Never again! We got here when they just opened for the day. We were greeted by the unfriendly crew (my daughter said we weren't even greeted). Went to this place with a friend for a quick lunch in between shopping and loved the place. The Chicken Teriyaki and fried rice we ordered were very good, the meat was very tender and flavorful. Food was horribe ! I didn't even get to go to my car when I threw it up . I ate it cause I was hungry BUT the chicken tasted like horse ... never ate horse but if the smell off a horse had a taste , that's what It'd be .. I asked the lady to please make me a fresh plate because the first plate the chicken tasted old and when I glanced to my left, they had a big bowl of premade chicken already out in the open , no cover or anything . The lady when to the back another girl came out and looked at me kinda upset and then the original lady said ok give me about 10 minutes . I stood there waiting for my chicken to be done without any "extra" ingredients (if you know what I mean ) but any way it appears as if they don't clean the black stone my meat had a lot of black burnt residue I showed the lady all the black I took off . My veggies were old and soggy. The broccoli had black spots showing it wasn't good any more . And my rice had a bug! The noodles were in the back out in the open and again no lid . They brought it to the front to grab some for a customer & they just left it there unattended. It was a bad experience over all ! I don't think I'll be coming here anymore . Horrible. I never use that word to describe a place but THIS place earned that word in my book. Coming in I was greeted by a nice man at the front who was handing out chicken samples. Coming inside though was a whole different vibe. After my cousin ordered I was ready to order next. I came up, the man at the register looked at me then walked away. Didn't say anything just walked away. When he finally came back he took my order. I ordered the salmon, I also asked for noodles. My sister ordered after me and when I got my drink he handed it to me, you would think he would hand her drink to her? He left it on top of the drink station without letting her know about her drink and she didn't get it until she was eating her food. My sister also asked for noodles but tell me why she got rice with noodles but I didn't? We ordered the same thing. That definitely makes no sense. On my receipt it said the man's name is David. And the whole time we were eating he just kept yelling out for orders, but when I say yelling he was YELLING. It even made other people that wanted to come in to eat just walk away completely! Would never recommend this place. And not to mention I got food poisoning after once I got home, if I could give 0 stars I would. Don't ever come here!! (P.S. They should definitely get rid of David. Not entirely sure of the guys name or his status (wether hes the owner or just working there), but he gave horrible customer service. I have ARFID (so what i say could sound exaggerated but its how i truly feel) and unfortunately the food looked terrible, truthfully it ruined my appetite, I attempted to let him know I couldnt eat it and he immediately went off, raising his voice, yelling (which also caused me to become overstimulated and anxious) about how theres no refunds, trying to convince me to eat it. I attempted to explain my disorder and he ignored me, continuing to go off about no refunds. He remade the meal but I still could not bring myself to eat it as he plated it very sloppily and I do fear he mightve spit in it or something of the sort. read more

Rude service! Food mediocre at best. Place was empty and the cashier still managed to pretend he was too busy to do his job. Maybe our experience would have been decent if it was a different person at the register, but that guy was just rude for no reason! Like bro just quit if you hate your job so much. Paid $15 plus requested tip at counter for chicken teriyaki plate and a refillable drink. Food is typical mall style, the chicken was a little dry and they did provide a little xtra sauce when requested. I noticed most patrons were asking for soy sauce or teriyaki after tasting their dish. Comes with rice and a small serving of steamed veggies. Food is adequate. Only finished half the meal which is served in a styrofoam dish. Requested the small plastic bowl with cover. He would only allow the server to provide a styrofoam bowl with no cover. I offered to pay for the bowl with cover. The gentleman who I assume is the owner just didn't want to do it so he said the container would cost $1. Forget it! They didn't charge me for a plastics bag so took that. It was obvious I was not happy. He insisted on explaining himself. Told him it was already resolved so no need to explain. Said the container comes from China so he's paying huge amounts for everything. Guess he just had to make his political statement and views known. Politically. They just opened this place at the Block next to Rubio's and now we eat here instead of there. My man says that the chicken and rice is hands down the best chicken and rice at any fast food place he's eaten. I like it so far it has been good every time we come here which has been about five times now. There was one time we had to wait a long time but there were a hundred people here so it was okay. I went here today and got a chicken plate and a shrimp plate. My chicken plate came out cold so I told the cashier that my chicken plate was cold and she told me no it's hot as she touched it with her finger they did make me a new one, but the rice that they gave me it was about to spoiled.
