The interior was thoughtfully appointed, with a full bar and pleasant lighting, so refined that I think it would also be a nice place for dinner and drinks. However, the setup is casual: patrons seat themselves and place orders at the counter. This informal arrangement suits the setting perfectly; one doesn't expect tableside service at a kebab restaurant. My companion and I ordered a combination kebab to share, along with baba ghanoush and hummus. We were given plenty of pita. The portions were generous and quite sufficient for two and we even got to take away part of our meal. We finished our meal with Turkish coffee and baklava. The food quality genuinely impressed me. I'd rank it alongside the best kebabs I've encountered during my travels in Europe, comparable even to what I've tasted in Turkey itself. The staff was amiable and relaxed, consistent with the counter-service model. I'll admit, the experience exceeded my expectations considerably. It's just an another overhyped Mediterranean place which cannot deliver quality food and service. The service needs soo much work, everyone were trying to see the server or someone to help them the were not present. Wrong orders were taken or the food was presented delayed like we ordered ice cream with kunafa we got ice cream when we were done with kunafa. No one was around. The food was a joke seriously they focused on the presentation for photos but it doesn't make sense it's a flat plate where they served rice how do you expect to put the rice in a plate you need to move the entire wooden plate I donno I wish they focused on taste than all this stuff. The bread didn't seem warm or fresh. I wouldn't waste a penny on this place again wouldn't recommend anyone else too. The decor is very good they tried put some effort. read more
