We ordered lamb sheesh wrap and chicken shawarma plate & a combo sheesh plate. 1) None of the meat ( lamb, chicken or beef) were cooked properly. All the meat were rubbery and couldn't chew. 2) Rice and the chicken was flavorless. Waste of $$ and bad food. If I had a choice I will pick 0 rating. read more

We went here with a group of friends. The ambiance is amazing, the outside patio feels like you are some where in Europe! Came in on a Sunday with the family. Wanted to give this place a try, as I'd read good reviews about it. Since all of our party wasn't there yet, we wanted to start with appetizers and drinks while we waited. You have to order up at the register and then it is delivered to your table. This was sort of confusing at first because they brought us menu to the table when we sat down and we thought we were going to order from the table but then we saw other people going up and ordering. The falafel sample was really good. Their wine selection is limited, would like to see a lot more Livermore wine on their menu. Something other than Wente lol. The first glass of wine I ordered was a bit oxidized like the bottle had been open for a while. I did tell the server and so when I ordered a different glass of wine with dinner, he let me taste it before hand, which was appreciated. When the rest of our party got there, we ordered our main courses. All the food was delivered pretty quickly, was hot and delicious. The chicken casserole was a specially abundant and flavorful. For dessert we ordered the tea and pistachio baklava. WOW, the tea is very strong and the baklava was just OK. We'd like to come back and try some of the other things on the menu. read more

We used to like this place but never going back. A while ago found a hair in our food. Then this week we got some food to go and desserts . The red velvet cake was so old we couldn't even stab it with the fork. It wasn't a little dry etc. was completely solid dried out two week old kind of thing so disgusting. read more

Sultans Kebab was so, so good. I loved their chicken and beef kebabs. We got our food quickly and it was amazing! We would definitely go there again. Their drinks were amazing too. Blueberry Margarita was especially memorable. read more

Phenomenal - Best in Class My father & family have long been Sultans Kebab fans, this place is very special. After my fathers passing we decided to cater his favorite food: Lamb Schwarma in his name. Each & every soul involved at this restaurant was extremely respectful, determined, & benevolent to cater our request. So sad to say that the food was sub-par for me. Ordered lamb shank over the weekend and meat was dry and the rice was horrid, soft and wet/sticky on the outside but severely undercooked on the inside. Every bite was gritty. In hindsight I should have brought it up to someone to replace the rice because my relative had rice that was not hard-- although it was also soft and wet/sticky on the outside. Someone in the kitchen was given a task they clearly did not know how to do. Service was good though, everyone was very sweet. read more

Food was overcooked and overpriced. I paid $25 for 6 pieces of lamb, some rice, a tiny salad, and a piece of bread. Normally kebab restaurants give you at least 3 skewers but not this one. Do not recommend. read more

Decided to try this location as it's closer to us. The location is in downtown Livermore close to other shops and bars. Food was overall decent and fresh, yet the quality does seem a bit better at the Pleasanton location. This location does have a full bar. The ambience of this location is darker yet still beautiful, indoor/outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. read more

Been here multiple times and it is definitely hit and miss. The chicken is rubbery sometimes, and other times it's not. I got the mixed kebab with beef last time and it was good. Hoping they can work on getting the cooking time right with chicken, otherwise a solid spot. read more

This place typically has great food and super friendly people. I will always go back but tonight was bad. i ordered a beef schwarma wrap to go and it was bad. The steak pcs were all shoe leather and uneatable. I will pay more if you use better quality beef . Next time i will stick to chicken which is always fabulous . read more

10/10 highly recommend!! We went here for my dad's birthday. The kabobs were so good and flavorful. My plate came with hummus and pita, it was so delicious, I honestly could have just eaten that for dinner. We got the 4 yr old the cheese flat bread and told her it was pizza, she loved it. Hubby got the salad, it had a ton of meat, veggies and avocado on it. We also got the wings, the meat was peeled off the bone, I haven't seen that before, but it was cool because it was so easy to eat. We had some cocktails too that were really good. I had the basil collins, it wasn't too sweet and had a good amount of alcohol. Now that I've talked about the food I have to tell you that even if you don't want to eat dinner you HAVE to stop by for dessert. They have this chocolate mousse, oh my god I inhaled it. The cheesecake was really good. My sister got a bunch of the other desserts and we all enjoyed trying all the flavors. We got takeout, the beef and chicken combo kebabs, and a dozen falafels. These are the best falafels I've ever had! The hummus was also the best I've ever had - very smooth and creamy. The chicken was good, but the beef was dry, which takes away one star. I think I would go back even just for the hummus and falafels! read more
