But I felt compelled to write a review for this Oakley location due to the sheer audacity of the workers there. I placed an online order in the late morning around 11:45 (according to my confirmation e-mail) and went to Citadel and arrived at the store a little bit before 4:00 PM to pick it up. It was a simple order; not even an actual pair of sunglasses, just a replacement lens for a pair that my boyfriend already had. Only ONE item--ordered FOUR hours before. Prior to walking into the store, I checked my e-mail inbox for the ready for pick up e-mail, but didn't see anything. I have been having issues with my inbox as of late, so I assumed it just got lost somewhere and I couldn't find it. I walk into the store and there are about 4-5 workers standing around doing nothing, which is fair as there was no other customers in the store but me and a family of 3. I go up to a worker and told him that I was there to pick up my order that I placed online for store pickup. He took my name and headed to the back to find it. Upon coming back, he said that he didn't see anything back there with my name on it, and asked if I had gotten a ready for pickup e-mail. I said I wasn't sure since I had issues with my e-mail, but that I had my official order confirmation with me. He went to talk to another lady worker to help me with, again, my ONE item order. The lady comes back and she says "I have your item" and in a really rude, condescending tone says "usually you're supposed to WAIT until you receive a ready for pick up e-mail, but I'll go ahead and take care of this now for you." So... you're telling me that in the FOUR hours since I placed my order, none of your 4-5 workers could put my ONE item into a bag and have it ready for pickup?? It wasn't even an actual pair of sunglasses! I have done order pickups at actual grocery stores for 20+ items of groceries that have been ready for pick up faster than this. And you have the audacity to be a b**** to me about coming in to pick my order up without the e-mail? Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. For anyone reading this review, do yourselves a favor and get your Oakleys from another location. I recommend the one at Irvine Spectrum, they have been really kind to me in the past.
