I attended an event on New Year's at Pedro Point Brewing, which Sunset29 provided food for. The food was delicious. The tri-tip was seasoned to perfection and super tender; not like any tri-tip I'd had before. This was sooooo good. The potato salad, I could eat by the bucket full (not. even. kidding). But can we please just talk about the shrooms?! I'm a full fledged carnivore but these mushrooms are out of this WORLD!! They are packed with flavor. My advice: even if you are not a big fan of mushrooms, give these a try!! Mike and his team are very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. Beyond his BBQ being fantastic (which it definitely IS) he is incredibly easy to deal with on the scheduling, planning and business side. He is easy to get ahold of, clear in communicating and direct with making decisions. He has a ton of options and is flexible in making things work for your group - from small to huge! Also, our event was hosted at the Giants ballpark tailgate area which comes with a lot of rules and regulations including usually a visit by the Fire Marshall, which hadn't gone well in past years, and Mike handled it with no issue. He had all the right equipment, was ready to answer questions and we were cleared in no time. Did I mention the BBQ being great?
