I cannot recommend Sunshine Moving Services enough. They are both professional and reliable! I opened a project on Yelp and sent an inquiry to 10+ businesses for my moving project. I had to pick up a baby grand piano from Carmel Valley to Mira Mesa. I'm not experienced in disassembling a piano nor did I have the muscle or vehicle-space to move it. I booked SMS on Saturday (4/8) for a last minute move by 5pm and had my piano moved into my space by Sunday (4/9) at 2pm. Madi, the owner, is very kind and efficient. He had great communication throughout the move and had much concern for the piano when some parts of it were wobbly or loose. While he was at the pick up location, he inspected the piano and and went as far as sending me videos explaining the issues while he was there. I appreciated that a lot. He called me 20 minutes prior to arrival, 5 minutes prior to departure notifying me he will be en route soon, ETA, and time. If I called, he answered immediately. He offered to re-assemble the piano now or in the future for a reasonable price. Had employees who came and refused to do the job. Yes, some of the items had been in long term storage, but what we were asking them to move had been cleaned and set aside. They didn't even ask if that was or was not the case. Just said was too dirty and called their manager. The manager did offer to try and find another team for the afternoon which I declined because the first two employees had caused me to lose faith in getting moved the same day. Move items : Large sleeper sofa with chaise location was at a high rise with strict rules and a security guard that hovered over us and maxi and his team were not phased and handled the job with delicacy, efficiency and speed. I bought a couch from someone on offerup seller said you can't use dolly in the hotel hotel provided mats to place oen at a time to lay a path if they really needed a roller but maid declined and made a creative technique in which they put a moving sheet on yelp bottom of the moving item and quadruple plastic wrapped to make the item easy to move and slide across the carpet. every time i would be concerned while they moved they always had an answer. any issues or concerns i had were met with quick answers and they were flexible to the situation that was needed. very impressed read more

These guys are willing to tackle any mission anytime! They've moved me 3 times. The 2nd place they easily transported a huge pull out sofa bed over the railing of a 2nd story home, removing the sliding glass door and multiple bedroom doors to get it in place (not a scratch!). The most recent move, I told them the place had brand new flooring and so they literally rolled out red carpet! (heavy duty red mats) to protect the stairs. I have a large electric sofa couch and recliner. The most recent place I moved to doesn't have a sliding glass door and the entry way door wasn't wide enough. They put down protective blankets and took the them apart, reassembling at the top of the stairs and plugging them in, ensuring they worked perfectly! They bag up mattresses, they transport all of my hanging clothes in wardrobe boxes. They bring their own moving blankets which is great because they take them away with all the packaging trash! This was the first time I ever utilized a moving company for relocatating out-of-state. I looked on Yelp and requested a proposal from 3 companies for moving from San Diego to AZ. I contacted Sunshine Moving Services and Madi contacted me right away. Because we were down-sizing before the move, Madi came to our home and took inventory of those items that would be part of the move. The process was seamless and professional. The morning of the move we had 5 men arrive ready and able to pack and load our possesions. Extreme care was taken during the entire process from start to finish. The day after loading they drove the movng van to our new home in AZ. Two of the strongest men unloaded everything into our new place without any issues. Important fact to note: the tempeture was 105 degress. I'm so glad that we chose to go with Madi & his crew for this move. I have a electric bed that goes up and down, same as sofa, and an oversized cabinets that requires taking it apart. I was afraid I will need to do all that myself (and honestly I wouldn't know how). They are efficient and careful. My furnitures are HEAVY and they were able to put them where I need them (second floor). They were on time, efficient, careful, and provide great value! Egor and Andrey were very professional and easy to communicate with as we sorted what to take and what to leave behind.
