The tow truck got my car (and myself- thanks to James for the ride) to the shop around 3:30 PM. The pros there took a look immediately and were able to isolate the problem to the battery and had a replacement delivered to the shop and installed REALLY fast. They gave me a very reasonable price for the battery and service and I drove out of there before 5:00. I would absolutely do business with this shop again.

Another representative--David--kept me updated about the delivery date then met with me when the car came in, honoring my request to keep the delivery process expedient. Although the price was higher than I was originally told by Clayton, David assured me that all was right and finalized the details of the car while I met with Nate--the paperwork guy. Nate definitely was a hero in the process. Writing a check for a new car after 200,000 miles in my old Outback was daunting, but Nate's personable approach and clear expertise about options put me at ease. I have underscored for many people that Nate's interaction with me never felt rushed or "scripted" as some sales associates can be. We talked about the car, but we also shared a few personal stories. Over the next two weeks, I received follow up emails, calls, and thank you gifts from Subaru Corporate and Germain Subaru. To a fault, the team was collaboratively working to make sure I had all I needed as I adapted to this new vehicle. He recruited Dave to install them for me while I waited. I highly recommend Germain Subaru, with gratitude and respect. Quick follow up. Three weeks after purchasing my car I got a flat in Pennsylvania. The team was great in getting help to me and assuring me that I could drive on the spare back to Ohio. I left a message to order a tire for me so I could come in on Monday to have it installed, but the tire wasn't ordered until I followed up Sunday afternoon. When I arrived on TUESDAY, I had (falsely) anticipated a quick fix and, perhaps, some concession on the price. I learned that there is no incentive to go to the dealership for tires. "At least I'll get a good car wash out of this," I thought, but no dice. They didn't even wipe out the trunk where the dirty tire had been. Pros and cons, like any business, I guess!

They donated great job not just on the gas vehicles but they really know their EVs too, and they have chargers in the parking lot via blink. Today I had my 30k mile service and I can sum it up by saying in the waiting room I had a nice chat with a Lady from W. Va, she wasn't on a trip or visiting, she drives 150 miles one way to have Nissan North service her car and has been doing it for years! That lady drives 300 miles round trip because Nissan North service is that good.
