I received a text and email alert from the San Jose Water Company notifying me that we had a significant water leak overnight. Between 7:00 PM and the following morning, nearly 1,600 gallons of water had been lost in an eight-hour period. I searched all over our property, checking the exterior water lines, main house, and ADU, but found no evidence of a major leak. After eliminating other possibilities, I concluded the leak had to be somewhere in the crawlspace beneath the house. Unfortunately, I can no longer crawl under homes myself, so I called Kiet for help. To my surprise, he was available and arrived within 20 minutes of my emergency call. That level of responsiveness from a licensed plumbing contractor is almost unheard of these days. I truly lucked out. Kiet quickly diagnosed the problem, located the leak, and completed the repair in approximately 90 minutes. Dylan and Mike were able to get the rusted screw fragment out so it can be replaced.
