My first visit here was great. Rachel is an incredible hair stylist and super friendly-however-my second experience was not as good. I normally won't review stores/shops, etc...but this was bad. After waiting for 20 minutes while one of them finished their co workers hair-she came over (a Hispanic or Filipino lady with a thick accent) and collected me. Mind you-she didn't clean up the area on the floor and shelf of all his fresh cut hair. I mentioned that I was uncomfortable with it all around me and she pretty much rolled her eyes and swept the floor. Then she took the hair dryer and partially blew the shelf -and the hair came at me. I should have walked out. I really should have but I was in a hurry and needed a quick haircut. She basically argued with me about the pictures I was showing her and cut my hair completely opposite of what I asked. I showed the same pictures to Rachel the previous visit and she said 'got it'-and cut my hair perfect. I actually had to straighten my bangs out when I got home because they were cut crooked-and she didn't layer my hair all the way down as I had requested. I know you get what you pay for-and this was not even close for what I paid for. I actually went to a REAL hairdresser and had it fixed the next week. My regular hairdresser actually asked who butchered my hair. I don't know if she was mad because I was grossed out about all the hair and called her on it or if she was slightly racist? Not exactly sure but her attitude was completely unacceptable. What I am sure of -is that I won't be going there again. I think Rachel should open her own shop-I would go to that. read more

I came in to get my hair fixed & they did just that! I had Nora & she was amazing! First she sat me down & asked me exactly what I wanted & allowed me to asks questions & the whole time she talked me through the cut just to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I would definitely recommend her she is amazing! I will definitely be coming back here for future cuts. read more

The response from guest relations is inaccurate. Maybe she missed the part I called at 3:35 And that I left at "4:21" once I realized I would not be helped. They confirm they were BUSY at the time and they failed to disclose all the people who were waiting to be helped before me. Avoid this place and pay for service/quality elsewhere. read more

Rachel was my hairstylist and she was fantastic. Was afraid (w my red hair) that if I asked someone new to replicate the color, it would come out terrifying and wrong. No Need to Worry! She cast the color correctly and followed exact instructions on the cut. (I completely disagree with the bad review below.) I came here not expecting the best but ready for a shorter 'do. As soon as I walked through the door, I was welcomed and sat in a chair. Mirtza gave me the cut I asked for and gave me styling tips and alternate looks with my hair cut. It was great and really inexpensive. I paid $15.50 PLUS a 20% tip and walked out under $20 for a cut the hubbers loves. read more

My first time at a super cuts and it definitely won't be my last. Everyone was really nice from the time I came in to when I left. My stylist Rebecca was really kind I recommend her. I came in just wanting a simple haircut but she convinced me to do the deep conditioning and I don't regret it one bit. I'm so glad I came in today and I love the way my hair looks! read more

Jack up hair cut and jacked up brows omg I thought i would give supercuts another try since I had a free haircut card from a hair cut another supercuts stylist ruined, Big mistake! at least i still have hair this time but looks like a chopped up mess nothing like the cut I had I just asked for a trim and showed her how my hair looked in the recent photo on my phone such a joke I had rachel cut my hair and I know they just whip through the hair cut since they are timed on each cut so they are taught to cut a certain way to be fast its def not a place for woman to get a nice hair style, The Brows Omg she def jacked up my brows she waxed them to far apart an one is farther in away from the corner of my eye Horrible never again !! read more

Update: I greatly appreciate the owner of this supercuts responding to my review, although I can't find how to private message the owner as requested on yelp. In response to the comment, I asked him if he had said he was satisfied, and he said he felt there was not much else the stylist, Taylor, could do besides cutting it shorter or off, which he did not want to do, if he told her he wasn't satisfied, so he said it was fine so he could leave. He also said that she had asked him if he wanted to "trim" the hair near the front of his hairline, and he said okay thinking it was going to be scissors to shorten to go with the rest of the cut, not buzz off his widows peak. This is not the first time something like this has happened on our first visit. It was the same thing only they said that the person had a prior check in.... so they would go first.. I understand that it's to help but not when they walk in seconds before us.... like I said we will not be going back until the manager who is on maternity leave is back in 3 months. Went in for haircut, cut was excellent, but the most amazing thing is the way the stylist handled a older gentleman with a strong smell of urine, the bad part was the stylist that did my cut was pregnant , they kept their bearing and stayed so professional as the gentleman's attendant requested a haircut and shave, he had a full beard and was serviced 4 ft away from me, those ladies and their professionalism sold me let alone their expertise. read more

Just went in there for a haircut and a stylist named Rachel just messed up the back of my head. She cut too far on one side. Rather than tell me she just tried to hide it by not showing me or offering the mirror to look at the back of my head at the end of the haircut. She should focus more on the task at hand and cutting hair properly rather than conversing with her customers and boring them with uninteresting facts about her personal life and other crap. If I do go back you better believe I'll go back with another stylist and not Rachel. Wish I could the tip I left back but that's not going to fix my haircut. STAY AWAY FROM RACHEL!! My husband and I love this Supercuts. It's really hard to find a place where the stylists will actually listen to you. A lot of them just cut the hair the way they want it. So many times I've gone in to somewhere just to have them chop my hair to my shoulders when I only wanted an inch or two off because I'm trying to grow my hair out. Not here. Rebecca is awesome. She's super nice and always listens to exactly what I want. She wants to make sure I'm happy with how it comes out. My husband comes here too and same deal. His hair always looks great. Rachel is also really great. She is always so friendly when I come in. I totally recommend coming in. read more

I have been to many barbers and hair salons and have never found someone quite like Rebecca. The first time I got her, I did not like the way she cut my hair but then I realized it was my own fault. I was not specific with what I wanted and she listened to everything I said and did exactly what I asked for (which was a horrible wannabe 2002 Justin Timberlake style.) The next time, I showed her a picture and she went above and beyond from what I expected and I loved it so much. Not only is she a great stylist, she's not awkward like most and actually keeps a conversation going. Definitely down to earth and overall an amazing person. If you need a haircut and you go to this Supercuts, DEFINITELY ask for Rebecca. read more

The white lady with the glasses is the worst at customer service. She really knows how to make customers feel dumb when they are unsure what to do with their hair. She was rude to my mom and kept talking over her when she was telling her what she wanted. Hate to say it but I think it's cause my mom speaks minimal English. Run, don't walk to another salon. Worst haircut ever! Not a single hair on my head is longer than one inch from root to tip. And I'm an older female. The person cutting my hair suggested that she would leave it longer so that she could make adjustments later. Then she proceeded to chop it all off. Can't glue it back on now. And I'm going on vacation in two months. Not enough time to grow out before my trip. This has been a horrendous experience. And it won't be over for several months!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! read more

Took my daughter there for a trim and a conditioning treatment. They were very nice.

I rarely ever cut my hair, but when I do I choose an inexpensive place. I walked into this Super Cuts expecting a quick in and out cut. What I got was far greater, excellent friendly informative service. Linda did a great job greeting me and telling me about the services that they offer. The conditioning treatment that she recommended was a dream! I never would have thought that a treatment so inexpensive would work so great. Donna cut my little ones hair, very sweet and gentle. My 3 year old loves her hair cut, she makes it known every time someone walks into the room. Nora did an awesome job cutting my dry ends while still keeping my length. She gave me a boatload of information to help me tame my crazy hair, which I am grateful for. All the while Linda was practically babysitting for me entertaining my daughter with balloons and toys. What a wonderful experience! I will definitely be cutting my hair more often. read more

Went to get a simple style of bangs, waited 20 minutes just to sit down in the chair for 10 minutes and walk out with an uneven cut. Lady was very rude, she seemed annoyed with the suggestions I wanted and said "it would look ugly" , did not try her best what so ever first and last visit. read more

Went there to dye my hair and no one consulted me on how much it would be. Then they asked me if I got consulted .then consulted me when I was in the chair and looked annoyed when showing them what I wanted. Then MARITZA came in the conversation and said it would look ugly with out layers. Then they gave me dirty looks when I said no that's what I want to the picture. Then gave me the price and gave me dirtier looks when I said no and still had the nerve if I still wanted to go cut my hair. overall it was the worst service I have had, and I am never ever going back.
