Tasty food in a strip mall area in Bellevue. Sign up for rewards program and they will give you free entrees after racking up points which is easy to do. Food comes out quickly and friendly staff.

Reserved through Yelp but were seated later than our reservation time. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, though, which we appreciated. The food came out much faster than at Din Tai Fung. Even though the menu has fewer options, everything we ordered was great. The restaurant was pretty busy with both takeout and indoor seating. I'm rating it lower mainly because the reservation time didn't reflect the actual seating time.

Where have you been all my life?! One word... AMAZING! We stopped by here for a quick bite after grocery shopping and it did NOT disappoint. Sorry but DTF is extremely overrated and this place is way better. We had the regular pork KLB and the spicy pork XLB. Both were delicious and full of broth. My mom who is extremely picky loved all the dishes we ordered. A few other favorites was the Taiwanese beef roll, wonton soup, and spicy pork and shrimp dumplings. I really wish we had a place this good in San Diego. Service was good. We were seated quickly and food came out quick as well. It wasn't busy because we went during a weird hour between lunch and dinner which I loved because of the quick service. I'd definitely come back again!

I liked it. Was meeting up family and decided to try this place nearby. We got Pork Xiao Long Bao, Tan tan noodles, Wild mushroom fried rice and Braised pork belly. The soup in the Xlb was good. Noodles had great flavor. The fried rice was mild and enjoyable with no overpowering flavors. The pork belly was some of the better ones I have had compared to other places. Nothing too crazy here though. Service was fine for the most part and pleasant. Inside was very clean and modern. Private lot in front of store.

I was a bit alarmed after eating here to realize they only have an "okay" food heath rating. I did notice some dust on the decoration I was sitting under. Ambiance is very hip. It's bustling and pretty fancy, with gold silverware and cups and modern water pitchers. However, I was confused that then hot tea we ordered was served in paper cups. That seemed at odds with the rest of the decor. Food was good. Tan tan noodles were the standout, and mini buns are also good. Xiao long bao were fine but din tai Fung's are better. I noticed a lot of people getting non traditional drinks like frozen slushies etc. Rather than hot tea. Maybe I'll try that if I come back. Service was good. Our server, David was very friendly. We were seated right away and food came out pretty quickly.

Came on a friends recommendation. Glad we did. Really enjoyed the XLB options - not just pork or truffle here! Spice Szechuan were flavorful, great texture, and perfect amount of spice for eating many of them. Tan Tan Noodles were peanutty garlicky perfection. The decor here is wild. Felt like we were in 1990s Vegas. Prepare for that 10/10 will return.

I've only seen this in TV before by the likes of my hero Anthony Bourdain(I know he had issues). Soup in a dumpling. How do they pull that off? Delicately it turns out. The dough is thin yet elastic to hold that soup. Yes there is a burst of liquid if you just consume it outright. Thus most people will siphon the soup first - then eat the dumpling. Which BTW is intense with flavor. We had the xiao long bao shrimp/pork and Szechuan spicy. Be warned it is - spicy. We also had Taiwanese cabbage serve hot, a subtle taste. My wife ordered hot and sour soup that was better than average with the extra ingredients they had like chicken and angel hair carrots. So why 4 stars? First let me tell you the quality of everything was second to none. The texture of the dumplings was exquisite. BUT none of the dishes flavors blew me away. Maybe I need to come back and try their other dumplings.

This is quite a drive from our place but we've been here twice already. The place is small but very clean and modern. Staff are amazing! The food is great and the xiao long bars deliver! I also love their tantan noodles! Would definitely come back again and highly recommended!

Supreme dumpling is my go-to for soup dumplings and tan tan noodles! The vibes, ambiance, setup - immaculate! And our server Giovanni was so patient with us! I appreciate when my soup dumplings, where you bite into it, your mouth isn't greeted with scalding hot soup! I would describe the soup dumplings as well-rounded - meaty and soupy. With the tan tan noodles, I love the aldente noodles coated in nutty sesame noodles that is cut with refreshing julienned cucumbers! We ordered just enough for our party of 7! We left feeling full and satisfied! I will definitely be coming back!

Parking is plentiful and easy to find. The interior is quite upscaled and is decorated nicely. Wait time can get long but it's cool to see that they offer rewards for waiting. The incentives are nice but nothing head turning. Food was delicious. The sichuan xiao long bao had a really good kick. I also loved the chocolate xiao long bao. Overall Supreme Dumplings is a good dumpling place. The xiao long bao were very soupy and the atmosphere was great.

Finding this gem was a dream come true. I had a lot of favorites here, but one dish that stood out for me was not only the shrimp fried rice, but also the dumplings I mean dumplings upon dumplings upon dumplings. Service was great, no complaints there. Friendly and attentive staff, which is always something that you want. Everything was well priced, and the food was served at a great pace. Definitely family styles the way to go so if you're bringing someone just order a bunch of things together and share, that's always the way you want to go at a place like this and specifically at this place. The ambience was nice. Is that a very large space but it is large enough for a business lunch or a lunch or dinner date if you're bringing someone out to eat. There's a lot of places in the area that you can get dumplings, but mark this as a must see and must go to location. I can't wait to go back.

We arrived early for dinner. There was a problem with the door as it wouldn't close by itself behind you. People in the waiting area kept having to close it to keep the cold out. There was a short wait, about 15 minutes. Apparently, if you wait over an hour you get an order of XLB's on the house and something else if it's 90 minutes. I'm not sure if it's worth the wait... The decor is nice inside, but we did notice a few stains on the wall. The service is quite speedy as well. I see the tables getting bussed right away within seconds. We started with the Supreme pork XLB's and the mini pan fried dumplings and preferred the former. We also had the stir-fry seasonal greens with garlic and pork chop fried rice. The vegetables were good. I wished the pork chop was more crispy. I also found several small bone fragments, so eat carefully. Overall, I thought the food was good. Presentation could use some work though. For example, the mini dumplings and greens could've been arranged better.

With so many delicious, cheaper options for dumplings in the area with far better service, the high quality of the dumplings here alone is not enough for me to return. But if you have time to waste and want some uniquely flavourful dumplings, this restaurant hits the spot. My family was super excited to check out Supreme Dumplings after several recommendations from our friends and while the food was incredible, there were several major issues with the service we received that I wouldn't have expected from such a popular restaurant. We loved that Supreme Dumpling allowed us to make a reservation on Yelp which made checking in and getting seated seamless. The waiting room was super crowded when we arrived, so we were grateful that we got seated within a couple of minutes of arriving on time for our reservation. For drinks, my dad got a spicy marg that he loved and my sister thought her sunshine lemonade was refreshing. I wanted to order a hot green tea, but the waitress said they were out of tea and offered me plain hot water instead. My family adores dumplings and ordered a variety of different ones and some fried rice. We were surprised at how quickly our mini dumplings came out with much of the food arriving quickly after. For some reason though our shrimp fried rice never made it to the table. For context, our reservation was at 6:45p and it took us maybe ten minutes to order. By 7:40p we told our server we wanted the rice to go. They ended up taking it off our bill which I appreciated, but we were late to our 8:15p appointment because we ordered dessert. The dumplings though, were phenomenal. My family enjoyed the mini pan-fried dumplings so much we ordered a second round of them! The crust on the bottom added the perfect crunch and I loved the savoury flavours in the meat. I've also never had a soup dumpling with spicy soup inside it and was pleasantly surprised at the delicious heat in the Szechuan spicy xiao long bao. It ended up being a little too spicy for me, but the rest of my family enjoyed it immensely. My favourite dish was the shrimp and pork wontons, I loved how perfectly cooked the shrimp was; each bite was heaven. Our server was super kind and apologetic about our missing food, and we appreciated that she took several items off our receipt and gave us a coupon as an apology, but our bill was still over a hundred dollars and for that kind of price I would expect exceptional service and better kitchen management.

We went on a Wednesday around 6:30pm and had no wait to get seated. The restaurant has parking that is shared with many other vendors along a line, and I can definitely foresee parking becoming a issue during busy hours as there aren't a ton of parking spots - just to note during peak business hours. We were the only diners during our visit, so service was focused entire on us - I personally felt that the service could have been better as the waitress made us feel a bit rushed when ordering. The ambiance is casual dine in, with Chinese inspired decor. The lighting was a little bit off as it was pretty dim with a fluorescent color - unfortunately felt a bit like they were at closing time with the ambiance vibes. We ordered three dishes, which I'll review down below: Lions Head Meatballs ($25): I've had lion's head meatballs at another Chinese establishment on Eastside, and these are decent meatballs in comparison for very slightly cheaper. Tender and nice light flavor, it is nice that they are supplemented with bok choy as they are quite hearty. Salted Egg and Shrimp Tofu ($20): I think this was my favorite dish out of the three. Better quantity and the salted egg gives a nice creamy and subtle savory flavor, and goes nicely with rice. Tofu is cooked well, and there is a small scattering of shrimp throughout the plate. Shanghai Style Braised Kaofu ($15): A cold Shanghai kaofu is a classic dish that I've tried many times, and I think a restaurant should serve if they are Shanghainese. The kaofu has nice flavor - not too sweet and not too salty with a pleasing spongey texture. I only wished that the quantity was bigger for $15 - the spoon for scale really gives the impression of how large the plate was, and underneath the initial layer of kaofu you see in the picture, there unfortunately wasn't any more, just other components like bamboo shoots and woodear. Though most of the dishes had good flavor, the pricing was steep considering the amount of food you get for the price you pay. I left still feeling a bit hungry as Shanghai dishes are usually lighter and don't fill you up as much. Though there aren't too many other Shanghai restaurants to compare to on Eastside, I'll probably put Shanghai House at like a 3.5/5 in all things considered.

From the moment you walk in, the cultural atmosphere stands out--many of the patrons are Asian, and on my visit, a few were even dressed in traditional garments, which added a vibrant, lived-in feel to the space. It's the kind of detail you can't manufacture, and it speaks volumes about the restaurant's credibility within the community. The interior itself is fairly average--nothing particularly modern or upscale--but it doesn't detract from the experience. If anything, it keeps the focus where it belongs: on the food. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. There were only two servers handling the floor, and they were clearly stretched thin. Ordering is done digitally, which helps streamline things, but you can still feel the strain during peak times. That said, the food started arriving quickly--our tofu noodle dish came out almost immediately, while the beef dish lagged behind a bit. Presentation leans traditional in a charming way. The plates and chopsticks have that classic, no-frills aesthetic that complements the overall vibe of the restaurant. Now, let's talk about the food. First, a word of caution: spice levels here are no joke. If you're sensitive to heat, you'll want to dial it down. But if you can handle it, the flavors are absolutely worth it--rich, bold, and deeply satisfying. The tofu was exceptionally soft, almost silky, and clearly freshly prepared. The noodles matched that texture perfectly--tender, well-cooked, and comforting. Pricing is another strong point. For the quality and portion sizes, it's very reasonable, making it an easy spot to revisit without hesitation. Overall, Nine Noodles is a great pick if you're looking for authentic flavors, a culturally immersive atmosphere, and solid value. It's not about fancy decor or polished service--it's about good, honest food. I'd definitely come back.

The space is small and a little narrow, so seating can be pretty limited. My parents and I were lucky enough to grab the last table, and we ordered 4 items: the dry noodle with scallion oil and braised pork chop, the secret dumplings, large wonton, and salty soy milk (dumplings and wonton aren't pictured). I was most curious and most disappointed by the scallion noodle and pork chop. The portion size seemed too small to justify its price point, and I felt the pork chop tasted dry. The noodles however, had a great flavor, so if I were to try the place again, I'd only go for the scallion oil noodles. The dumplings were amazing. They were a little pricey but worth the cost, and worth the restaurant name. The dumplings were larger than most dumpling places I've been to, and the meat and soup inside were super flavorful. The wontons were also good, though it can't beat the pan fried dumplings. The salty soy milk was a very unique experience- it was thicker, rich and flavorful than other salty soy milk soups that I'm used to. It almost has an umami, seafood-ish taste to it. Though I'm not a big fan of soy milk, I enjoyed this dish more than expected! After our meal, we got to choose some magnets to take home, which was a creative and sweet gift. For the overall price point, I don't think I'd be coming here regularly for a meal. I may drop by for choice items like the pan fried dumplings!

The chili oil sauce is legendary--I always order a side of Noodles with Minced Pork or Fried Rice just to soak up every last drop of that sauce. * Sautéed String Beans with Garlic: Seriously, how do they make green beans taste this addictive? They have that perfect "snap" and are loaded with savory garlic bits. The U Village Vibe: The space is beautiful--high ceilings, modern decor, and that iconic glass-walled kitchen where you can watch the "dumpling masters" at work. Even though it's always packed, the service is incredibly efficient. It feels like a well-oiled machine. Pro-Tips for Seattle Locals: 1. The Waitlist Strategy: This location easily gets a 90-120 minute wait during peak hours. Check in on the Yelp app before you even arrive. You can walk around Amazon Books or grab a coffee at Zoka while you wait for your text. 2. Parking: U Village parking is a labyrinth. Save yourself the headache and head straight for the North Parking Garage (near the Apple Store)--it usually has more turnover than the surface lots. 3. The Bar: If you're a party of 1 or 2, try to snag a seat at the bar. You get the full menu with way less wait time! Still the best dumplings in Seattle. Period. Din Tai Fung at U Village is easily the most popular spot in the entire shopping center, and for good reason. Whether it's a rainy Seattle Tuesday or a sunny Saturday, this place is consistently buzzing. It's my absolute favorite spot to refuel after a long day of shopping or wandering around the UW campus.
