A great NO FRILLS place!! Absolutely none. You want a friendly attentive server? Not here. You want cute aesthetic ? Not here. You want to eat off a real non-paper plate?? Not. Here. But do you wanna eat as many dumplings as you want and gnaw the pork meat that's leftover on some bones?? THIS IS THE PLACE!! Pork and chive dumplings were my favorite. They also had some side dishes that were pretty tasty. The eggplant and potatoes were yummy, and the pork bones actually had quite a bit of meat left on them!

This place is honestly one of the best spots to eat for the price. You get a ton of variety, the atmosphere is super chill, and the music is calm enough that you can actually talk to your friends or coworkers without yelling. For only about $20, it's a really good deal. You even get a small buffet area with pig ears, lettuce, and a bunch of other sides. Highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area!

This all you can eat dumpling spot is quiet but very straightforward and efficient! The service was quick and the staff were very attentive to me and my toddler. They even offered to help us get the dumplings we would otherwise have to select ourselves. Overall, good dumplings and it's all you can eat!

The employees seem a bit not very welcome, so the service is 3/5. Dumpling is ok, not the best, not the worse, the dumpling skin is a bit thick and most of them taste the same. Super hard to find parking, Im not too impressed

We loved their dumplings, fried rice, and pork meatballs! Great spot for a family with kids. We'll be back soon!

Came here for lunch and noticed they have ayce dumplings for $18.99 per person. We came here on a Saturday and it was quiet. We told the worker that it was our first time dining so she instructed us to grab a bamboo tray, go to a freezer and pick our dumplings for them to cook in the kitchen. To my surprised, there were only four types of dumplings to choose from which were pork and shrimp, pork and cabbage, pork sour cabbage and chicken cabbage. We were limited to grabbing 12 dumplings per tray. So we decided to grab six of each flavors to start off. While waiting for our dumplings to cook, we were able to choose a selection of side dishes from the buffet line. This made the deal so worth it! Overall, we thought the dumplings were mediocre. It was juicy but the dumpling skin was a bit thick. Can't really complain since it was a cheap meal for two people. I do wish they have more variety of dumplings and noodle dishes. I see that they sell bento boxes to-go. Would I go out of my way to come here? Probably not. There's much better dumpling places elsewhere tbh.

    XLB is decent

This visit is from April 13, 2025 when it was still AYCE. The business model may have changed by now, so best to verify. When we went two months ago, there were two price points - $11.99 and $18.99. The $11.99 offers about 5 dumpling varieties and whatever the modest buffet area has, which were largely unappetizing looking. The hot soy milk in the thermos is no longer hot, a barely lukewarm that tasted watery. The $18.99 additionally offers XLB, appetizers, a sesame sweet bun, and a beef noodle soup. Most food items were mediocre. The veggie appetizers were bulk-cooked and delivered cold/lukewarm to our table. We saw steam at other tables, so it's a luck of the draw. Food quality wise, it is 2 stars. To eat like a king for $18.99, I am upping them to 3 Stars. Looking around the dining hall, every group was dining at the $18.99 level. You order via QR code, requesting a multiple of 4 dumplings at a time plus whatever dishes you desire. The food is delivered to your table piping hot, or not... All the plastic dumpling plates are wet with water droplets visible on the picture. The restaurant is modest sized. Parking is plentiful. Service is better if you speak Mandarin. I think only one person spoke fluent English. The Food: Pork and Shrimp Dumplings and all similar dumplings - Thick wrapper with little filling. We drowned them in sauce to add flavor. These were boiled to order, so delivered hot. Deep fried dumplings in the buffet area - Also drowned them in sauce. The skin is thinner. These were cold but not too bad. Veggie dumplings - These have a thinner skin, not much texture, delivered hot, taste ok. Cold broccoli and cold eggplant appetizer that wasn't supposed to be cold. We ate them anyway. Blah. Beef noodle soup has not beef flavor or color in the broth - zero stars XLB is pretty decent. Order no more than 8 at a time. 12 was too crowded in the basket and didn't cook evenly. Fried mini croaker is made to order. Hot and fairly decent. The sesame bun arrived freshly steamed but soggy, which means the lid was lifted incorrectly. The drips deformed the bun shape. To be honest, I think all the dumplings including XLB are frozen and boiled from package. The XLB tip suggest machine made.

I like the concept of all you can eat dumplings and the price point they have it at. But the execution is a little clumsy. It's a little messy in the shop, a little small, a bit cluttered. The dumplings are in containers in the freezer and although theres labels, I don't think i always scooped out what I thought I was getting. I think the concept of boiling your own dumplings is a bit less refined than something like hotpot. Maybe if the dumplings had color coded skins or something then you'd be able to pick them apart in the pot. The dumplings themselves were good but I realized pretty quickly there's only so many dumplings I can eat before they become a bit monotone. I liked the side dishes - they have a buffet line of random homey chinese dishes you'd be hard pressed to find in other restaurants. But they didn't seem to be refilling them when I was there and the small assortment seemed a bit haphazard. Tasted good though. Overall I liked the idea, I see the vision and believe in this place, but they can work on the execution a bit :)

Came here on a Wednesday evening for dinner and was surprised how empty it was - there was only one other party when we came in. When we arrived, the gentleman (owner?) didn't really greet us, just told us to sit down. We ordered from our phone and food came out at a decent pace. The food itself was great! The dumplings were very tasty and at only $11.99 for AYCE, it's pretty unbeatable. The buffet station was lacking, though. They didn't have chicken gyoza or soy milk that I read about in other reviews. But the seaweed salad and winter melon soup were good. You're also able to check out from your phone, so interaction with staff is very minimal. This place is an introvert's dream. I'd come back for sure.

Very good dumplings, very native Chinese dumplings. Don't miss this restaurant if u are a dumpling lovers like me! The service is good, although I wish there are more diff choices to try out!!

On the hunt for brunch food and found this little all you can eat dumpling gem! Dumplings are good and filling. Love the mapo tofu side dish and the stir fry eggplant. They have a cute little snack bar with soy milk and various other dumplings like potstickers! A 4/5 only because my friend had a mysterious shard of something in her noodles but our waiter was very nice and apologetic about it. He did take away the evidence but ended up comping my friend's meal and explained the situation to us which was very responsible with them. The food was a 10/10 tho! The deals are pretty good and they have claw machines.

Ok listen. This place is crazy good quality value for the cost. $12 for 3 types of pork dumplings, 1 type of chicken, and 1 egg type. $19 for that plus dishes like noodle soup, stirfry chicken, sweet ribs, fried fish, Xiao long bao and more. Free sauces, tomato soup, house made soy milk, and chicken gyoza at the bar. Staff was really attentive and friendly. You can see them making the dumplings up front. If you want unlimited home made quality boiled dumplings, this is it. I'm surprised there was not even a wait for dinner. Only things I though missed the mark were the beef noodle soup and chili chicken from the premium set. Is the $19 worth it? Yes. Will you fomo if you only got the $12du sling set? No they are the stars of the show.

Some of the dishes. Looks just like the pics.

All you can eat dumplings? Had to try it out. It really is all you can eat. You just order through your phone and they're pretty fast. Dumplings are decent quality but not much thrills to it. They do have a 'buffet station' where you can get your sauces and some pan-fried pot stickers. They even had congee there. There's 2 'levels' you can get. The lower tier is $12 per person and the higher is $19. We just got the $12 and it was decent. Don't think these are XLB style or anything fancy though. Just your standard ling ling style dumplings. I tried all the flavors and even got a few extras of some that I thought I liked but ultimately just got tired of it pretty quickly. Overall, you really can't beat it for the price. It's worth a shot if you like dumplings. I'm trying to cut back on my carbs though so can't really eat all that I can here. Not for me, but maybe for you.

Yup - all you can eat!

First thing I noticed when I looked at the menu was that the prices are very LA, but before you let that deter you, hear me out: the portion sizes are significantly larger than what you'd get for the same price back home. So in terms of value, you're actually getting a much better deal out here in Redmond. One thing that genuinely caught me off guard; they let me bring my puppy. If you're from LA or the 626, you already know that's basically unheard of. Redmond, Washington is on a whole different level when it comes to being pet friendly, and I loved every second of it. As for the food, it was great overall. The mala wasn't too numbing, which I appreciated, it had just enough kick without overwhelming everything else. The garlic a-choy was perfect, honestly no notes. The braised pork belly was good but I wished it was a touch softer, and I personally felt like my dishes could've used a little more salt or soy sauce, but that's an easy fix and purely personal preference. Would definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

Lean-and-fat marbled pork is wok-fried to render aromatic lard, developing subtle caramelized sweetness. Dried deer antler mushrooms absorb meat gravy to deliver a distinctive springy, woody chewiness unique to this wild fungi. However, when both service and food exceed expectations, a restaurant becomes an industry benchmark. Service: The service here was truly, exceptionally outstanding. A friend brought me here today--he had only been to this restaurant once before--yet every single staff member remembered him, and even remembered what he had ordered last time! They were genuinely thrilled to see him return. The pacing of the dishes and the check-ins during the meal were both spot-on. Ambiance: A classic Cantonese restaurant atmosphere--full of character, dignified, and rich with Chinese design elements. The seating is comfortable, the restaurant is impeccably clean, and the management is clearly top-notch. Food: Great value for money, with very reasonable pricing. The fried rice was loaded with rich ingredients and seasoned to absolute perfection. The seafood tofu was mild in flavor and made with fresh ingredients--perfect for children. The green beans were fresh and had just the right level of spice. As one of China's Eight Great Culinary Traditions, Cantonese cuisine is defined by its freshness: fresh ingredients, vibrant flavors, and fresh execution. Preparing Cantonese food is far more trouble than people realize; because of the complex preparation, strict standards for ingredients, and a low yield rate, true quality is hard to achieve. Since this restaurant is run entirely by a team of Cantonese chefs, I believe it is ultimately their passion that drives their success.

I really liked the filling in the football, which contained ground pork and mushrooms, not so much the flour for the outer layer. I also liked the tripe, pea tips, and chicken feet. They were delectable. Other than that, it seemed a bit plain. I didn't really like the chili oil they used, it was more like a sambal. I'm glad we ended with the mango pudding for dessert. The mold for it was so cute. Hopefully next time I come here they change up the chili used.

From the moment you walk in, the cultural atmosphere stands out--many of the patrons are Asian, and on my visit, a few were even dressed in traditional garments, which added a vibrant, lived-in feel to the space. It's the kind of detail you can't manufacture, and it speaks volumes about the restaurant's credibility within the community. The interior itself is fairly average--nothing particularly modern or upscale--but it doesn't detract from the experience. If anything, it keeps the focus where it belongs: on the food. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. There were only two servers handling the floor, and they were clearly stretched thin. Ordering is done digitally, which helps streamline things, but you can still feel the strain during peak times. That said, the food started arriving quickly--our tofu noodle dish came out almost immediately, while the beef dish lagged behind a bit. Presentation leans traditional in a charming way. The plates and chopsticks have that classic, no-frills aesthetic that complements the overall vibe of the restaurant. Now, let's talk about the food. First, a word of caution: spice levels here are no joke. If you're sensitive to heat, you'll want to dial it down. But if you can handle it, the flavors are absolutely worth it--rich, bold, and deeply satisfying. The tofu was exceptionally soft, almost silky, and clearly freshly prepared. The noodles matched that texture perfectly--tender, well-cooked, and comforting. Pricing is another strong point. For the quality and portion sizes, it's very reasonable, making it an easy spot to revisit without hesitation. Overall, Nine Noodles is a great pick if you're looking for authentic flavors, a culturally immersive atmosphere, and solid value. It's not about fancy decor or polished service--it's about good, honest food. I'd definitely come back.

This restaurant is mostly self service; there are two kiosks right in front for ordering and a table full of prefilled drink cups. I think the only upside to this restaurant is the free cups of mango tea, which are slightly sweetened and fruity. I wouldn't say they are very mango forward though. Hot Oil Biang Noodles ($13.99) - The biang biang noodles here aren't very good. They seem to be stretched somewhat, but then I feel like they take shortcuts. Instead of being almost completely stretched via bouncing the noodles on the table, they only stretch it probably half as much as normal, then they cut the dough lengthwise several times - this is why I can see multiple clear corner pieces in the noodle instead of it being relatively straight. They also don't care to make it consistent in thickness. This causes major issues because the thinner parts are soft and mushy while the thicker corners are doughy and slightly undercooked. I don't know how, but the noodles also clump together, so in some bites, I'm eating three strands of mushy noodles right on top of each other. The sauce here isn't much better. It's supposed to be aromatic, blistering hot oil mixed with chili/vinegar and aromatics poured directly on the noodles. The problems here are multifold. Firstly, they don't drain the noodles properly, resulting in an excessive amount of water diluting the sauce. Secondly, they use far too much vinegar, making the sauce overly acidic. The vinegar is by far the dominant flavor in the dish. While the dish seems like it will be spicy due to the red color oil, it's almost completely diluted out by the vinegar and noodle cooking water. The dish is basically not spicy at all due to these factors. (2/5) Spicy Cumin Lamb Biang Noodle Soup ($14.99) - This dish suffers from the same noodle issues as above, but the soup format improves some aspects slightly, but worsens other aspects. Since the soup is hot and the noodles are soaked in the broth, they soften more readily, so the soft portions are even more mushy than the "dry" noodle. The thicker portions are nice and bouncy though. The soup itself is relatively flavorful, slightly gamey, and tastes like it actually is a lamb bone broth, but it doesn't really have depth of flavor. Again, it's not really spicy at all. The lamb on top seems like thinly sliced hot pot lamb, pan fried until very dry. If not for the fact that the lamb is sliced thin, it would be extremely tough. It does have a nice fragrant cumin flavor though. (2/5) Those were the two worst bowls of noodles I've had in a long time. I wasn't particularly impressed with the noodles at the U District location of Xi'an Noodles either, but they were far better than these two steaming piles of excrement. Bathrooms - Two unisex room shared with Snowy Village. One was locked though
