However this allows the staff to be more directly invested in your experience and keep the same level of quality in each dish. The fish is always fresh. The sushi rolls are creative enough to stand out from your local sushi restaurant but not over the top that the flavors get so mixed up that you're not sure what you're eating. The star of the show is their truffle escolar. I can't say more than if you are a fan of sashimi, then you will want to get this to be the first and last dish you order.

The rice tastes cheaper and the fish and fruits are unrecognizable. The Baja roll and Primo rolls use to be my favorite rolls anywhere. I ordered both and I honestly couldn't even finish the Baja roll. Cheap fish, canned fruit, almost no sauces. I'd honestly rather pay $25 a roll to have the old rolls back rather than these new versions. Sadly, I probably won't ever return unless they go back to the old level of quality for their rolls.
