Most of our food was good! I would go there again. HOWEVER, one in our party ordered the nabeyaki udon. The udon soup had about 2 cups of sliced onions in it to make it way out of balance. Really liked this sushi restaurant when it first opened, so we of course wanted to come back. Unfortunately our experience was quite different. The waitress did not acknowledge us for at least 15 minutes and when she did, the attitude was negative. It took almost 45 minutes to receive one roll, and when it came it was cold. It had been sitting on the pick up counter for a long time. Why didn't the waitress check often to see that it had been made and why didn't the sushi chefs tell our waitress it was ready!? I guess because the basketball game on was more of a priority. Lastly, our yellowtail was stringy, definitely defines a good sushi bar. I hope they can look at this review and learn from it. read more

The food is fair & the service is terrible. When the sushi dishes that we ordered were finally delivered they had no ginger or wasabi on the dishes. We keep asking for them & never received them. They did not have small plates to divide up the sushi. They told us they did not have enough dishes. It took forever to deliver each sushi dish. I would never eat there again. My family and I finally got a chance to check this place out, we were excited but unfortunately we were let down , we were the only people sitting in the patio area listening to the live music ( which was good ) the inside was not to busy and our waitress took almost 30 mins to take our order, they serve Margaritas I ordered one but they do not advertise that they do not have tequila in them cause they have no liquor license yet, so I sent it back, the waitress seemed to be upset about it, after that our food took over an hour to get, by this time we were all pretty frustrated and just wanted to leave , food was ok nothing special we ordered just a few rolls and the bill was $155 for 4 people, we really wanted this experience to be a good one but it wasn't and unfortunately we will not be back! read more

Walked in , 3 people at register just ignored us for several minutes while chatting with each other. I asked them if we should just seat ourselves since they were too busy to seat us. Girl got attitude and just walked off. Second girl walked us to our table with more attitude. We sat down amd talked about it for a couple minutes. Decided they did not need our business and got up to leave. My wife commented to one of the chefs that they lost us as a customer and he just laughed like he could care less. Worst customer service ever. It took about 10mins after being seated for our server to take our drink order. After, it took another 20 minutes to get our drinks and just because we asked a different server about our drinks. Our food came at separate times. We asked different servers what the status of our food was and none of them checked or gave us an update. I will say the bartender was the only one that actually checked on the status of our food and brought it out to us, thank you. We also asked to speak to the manager and he or she never came out to speak to us. As a sushi lover I will say the food is not the best but, we have dined here in the past and loved the environment. It is a shame to say we won't be returning since their customer service is horrible. We did not receive an apology for it. read more

Great place to get sushi at almost anytime for lunch, dinner or late night. Definitely gets very busy late night and on the weekends. Once you get seated, you have an option of all kinds of items on the menu. The service staff is very good as they take care of all your needs in a timely manner. The sushi chefs are constantly working hard to keep up with the pace and quality of bringing items out. Whether ordering appetizers or sushi rolls they come out very fresh. We will always know what quality you will get as they keep their consistency no matter when you visit the restaurant. Ask for Adriana to serve you! I've only done take out so can't speak to dining in. We've gotten food at least 4 times from here. Each has been slow and past the time promised when we pick up the order. Food is decent. Decor is so pretty. Sushi was fresh with some unusual combinations. We tried tempura shrimp roll with ahi and seaweed salad on top wrapped in soy paper. Service was fast and very friendly. Prices were a couple dollars higher than expected, but everything is going up these days. read more

I came here with my family for the first time to have dinner and let me tell you. It was bad. The food, the service. I was recommended a sushi roll by the server and it just was not good. Tasted funky. I told her I did not like it so maybe thinking she would offer to trade it for something else but no she didn't. Very poor customer service for such a nice looking place inside. We had a bad experience here because of the waitress "Martha". After we were seated and given menus, we never were greeted and asked for drink orders by the waitress for almost 20 mins. It had been so long, we ordered our meal then as well. The food came out (was delivered by a busser) and the waitress still hadn't brought 1 out of 2 of the drinks (wine). When the order was delivered, we had no utensils, no napkins, nothing. So finally got those and the apps were good. Sushi was good, and edamame was good--no issues with the food. The server though never came back to check on us and I finally went up to the bar to order another drink. Then a few minutes later I went to the bar again to order another drink for my wife---still no waitress. We asked a busser to send the waitress because we needed a sauce that was missing, and she finally came and brought it. Then she sat at the bar, on her phone, the rest of our meal. We grabbed another busser, asked them to send the waitress back because we needed a check. She brought that, we asked for a to-go box, but then she never came back! So we had to finally grab the busser again and ask him for to-go boxes. Honestly the worst service I have seen in many years. I leave 20% plus as a tip always, and this is the first time I left less than 15% in 10+ years. The bill was $95 and I left her 100. She never came back of course, so we finally walked out. We will be back, but I sure hope someone fires this waitress or a manager pays attention because it sounds like someone else had a similar experience last week in another review. read more

From the exciting decor and ambiance to the beautifully prepared sushi and a wide variety of other tasteful dishes, this restaurant has it all. I was in for takeout and found Sushi Kitto to be a friendly, welcoming and colorful experience. Once home, the sushi was quite fresh and well prepared. Two negatives: lack of sauces and lack of reasonable prices. But the overall experience makes it worth the visit. read more

One of the worst servers I've ever had. She was good for the first 2 mins until you start asking here for stuff...like ice in our ice water. For lemon and sirracha it felt like a big bother to her...she walked to the back with her coworker and pointed at our table and started laughing like we bothered her to much for certain things. I get it, They had a vision, but it was not executed even remotely close to how it should have been. That addictively sour and sticky sushi rice you know and love? You won't get that here.
