Honestly one of the best sushi places I've been too and haven't been disappointed. I make sure to always grab a few rolls when I'm around!

I really loved this spot before COVID but the takeout I have received has not been the same sushi I am used to getting from this place.

Good service and very good sushi. The sushi was good for its price. We got a variety of rolls and shared them. We were not able to split the check between two cards which was a little frustrating. Server was nice but a little hard to understand. We didn't drink but they had reasonably priced alcohol. They had a birthday guest which resulted in loud singing, background music and disco lights. It was a little to loud for my liking, so I would not recommend for a peaceful quiet meal. Took some sushi home and it travelled well. I would definitely go back if I was in the area! read more

This place is the most horrible sushi place i have ever EVER been to. The music is very loud and booming. Its like they want the place to be like a rave or a poppin bar but its just not. Its people sitting and trying to have a meal with their children or date and screaming over the music just to be heard. The food is meh. Not the absolute worst but pretty bad. What it's good for: crazy nights at PB with friends. Located near Backyard and Johnny V's, if you need some cheap af food and drinks, Sushi Kuchi got your back. It's pretty crowded with tons of college students at night due to their awesome happy hour. It's 50% off sushi most of the time and the portions are pretty good for the price. The only think I ever ordered was the Philadelphia roll, which is avocado, salmon, cucumber, cream cheese, and rice. Salmon was not raw salmon but smoked. But obviously, it's not the sushi you should come to PB for, IT'S THE DRINKS. Opt to order like 3-4 sake bombs for each person there and it's wayy cheaper than ordering pints and sake separately. Literally wtf? Their waiting for a tables system is a catastrophe (have been waiting for 30 min while staring at multiple empty tables?!), and if it's somebody's birthday you'll have a seizure from the flashing lights. Really enjoyed this place. We came in to grab some sushi on the weekend and it was definitely packed in here. It took us about 20 minutes or so to get seated. Food came out pretty quick. We didn't get too adventurous with our orders. We got the California Roll, the Crunch Roll, Dragon Roll, Rainbow Roll, and the Philadelphia Roll. All of them were great. absolutely no complaints. We also did a ton of the Sake bombs here and I have to say, they were really fun. Downside is half of them were with definitely warm beer. That just didn't sit well in my stomach after a few of them. Not sure if that was how they were supposed to be or not (warm) but yea, not fun haha. Overall though, a definite solid place to go to for some sushi. Totally recommend coming here! read more

We ordered 3 rolls to-go, ordering was easy and the lady on the phone was pleasant. We got the super dragon roll, Star Wars roll, and Kuchi roll. The Star Wars roll & Kuchi rolls were more flavorful but it was all delicious. The rolls were a tad small in size for the price, but it's PB so you kind of expect it to be pricey anyways. Had the sweet hawaiian roll and it was good, i would get if again. My family tried the mango roll and liked it. Service was good , the place is loud so be prepared for that , i didnt mind because i liked the ambiance. Its a lot of young people and everyone's having a good time. Food was okay, found a couple hairs in the speacialty rolls but didn't bother us much. The service was pretty good too, had my girlfriend and I sat in less than an hour and only waited 30 or so minutes to pay the bill. I really enjoyed seeing all the underage kids taking sake bombs too - I haven't been in a party environment since college. The wait on a Friday night was 2 hours. In that time, we were able to eat Ramen next door, then go to another bar for drinks before they called our name. Obviously we were there for the $1 sake bombs. We also ended up getting sushi since it was 50% off. We ordered 30ish sake bombs and 8 or 9 rolls. Our total ended up being $180 and that was NOT bad at all. In my opinion, the rolls were decent. I ordered the yellowtail roll and felt the fish to rice ratio was off.
