Great food and quick service Lots of great rolls! I would suggest to anyone Hungry hungry hungry hungry

The crispy tuna appetizer. These are sooooo good. I think I could eat 100 of them. Must try.

A small restaurant, so great for a quiet lunch or dinner. Have eaten here many times and the food has always been great. Service too. Nigiri sushi is fresh and the specialty rolls offer an amazing variety. Have been here over a dozen times and never disappointed.

Came here for a late lunch on a Tuesday. It being so late, there was no crowd and I was able to sit where ever I wanted. I was kindly greeted and with a quick review of the menu, the server was there to take my order. I started with a miso soup (very good) and for my meal, I ordered a salmon avocado + Jalapeño roll and tobiko. The salmon roll was super tiny (definitely not $10 worthy +$2 for jalapeños-- totally outrageous as the added jalapeño was the smallest shavings). Tobiko was good, did have as much flavor as it typically does. Service was great, food meh, WAY overpriced.

Ambience: This is a nice location with good seating options and a beautiful patio. Service was very fast and friendly. Lots of options on the menu to choose from, I decided to get the lunch special; three sushi rolls for $20 They were out of the yellowtail due to the Mother's Day, rush the previous day, so I opted for tuna roll, shrimp tempura roll, and Alaska roll. The tuna was not fresh, and even the rice seemed like it had been sitting around a long time. So I did not end up finishing that roll since it was lacking in favor and kind of tough to eat. The Alaska roll was better. The salmon was softer and the cream cheese gave it some flavor however, the rice seemed very dense and old as well. I opted not to eat my last piece. The shrimp tempera roll was good. I think the hotness of the fried shrimp warmed the rice surrounding it, which allowed it to be softer and overall gave the roll some good flavor and the warmed rice was easier to eat. I have friends who like this place, and I overheard the people behind me seem to be regulars as well so I guess it depends on your personal choices and preferences. Sorry to say this wasn't for me, I prefer to drive to Washington Park area for high end sushi; even if it is a long drive.

Sushi has many components, from the delicacy of rice preparation to slicing of the fish to the molding of the finished product by the chef. Uncertain if it was an "off" night but Sushi Mango failed. The rice was the strangest texture and the fish was simply meh. The prices were in line with a sushi restaurant in Highlands Ranch but the quality of food was on par with the local King Soopers (although their rice is better). Again, maybe an off night and your experience might be better.

From bottom left to right clockwise. Sweet potato roll, tempura shrimp roll, spicy crab roll, and avocado roll.

We had a great lunch. Everything was yummy. Service was good and the staff were friendly. It's a small place in the strip mall but seating was comfortable and the atmosphere was nice for a casual lunch. The sushi was great and so was the miso soup. The chicken teriyaki was a little dry. We will definitely be back.

Firstly let me preface this with I don't eat Sushi or any type of seafood because of allergies but my wife is a Sushi lover so I obviously have been to quite a few sushi spots despite how limited my options are, this restaurant however offers a few tasty entrees for people like me who are unable to partake. Very clean restaurant, extremely comfortable seating (which is surprisingly rare in many restaurants) with some pretty cool lighting fixtures which adds a unique, classy feel. Our server Chloe was polite, attentive and patient as we took some time deciding what to order. We had Gyoza, Tempura and Kara-Age for appetizers, all absolutely delicious, my favorite was the Kara-Age! The entrees also didn't disappoint and were sumptuous, the Yaki Soba had a very distinctive flavor, quite different from any other noodles I've ever had. I can't personally vouch for the Sushi but my wife loved it so much, after dessert she tried a few more options! Must also mention we decided to try this restaurant based on other Yelp reviews, thanks to my fellow Yelpers for pointing us in the right direction!

Please note that I tried things that other people have mentioned in their reviews as things they liked. I had the crunchy tuna appetizer, which was essentially several golf ball sized lumps of rice deep fried, with a tiny amount of tuna and I think avocado on top. It probably should have been called the crunchy rice appetizer, and really was not, to me, worth $14. Next up was the Joker roll, which I believe is mentioned by more than one person as their favorite thing here. If you like pepper, it's the roll for you. I have never had such a peppery sushi roll in my life and I did not like it. My final roll was the mango roll. Now I know what mangoes are and I knew what I was getting, so I can't really blame the restaurant for the fact that I guess I've learned I'm not a big fan of sushi rolls with fruit on them. It was well made for what it was, just not my particular favorite. The miso soup was lovely. The restaurant was nice and clean and as I have said, the service was impeccable, friendly, really everything you would want. Which is all the more reason I was disappointed that the food did not ring a bell with me. If you go to this restaurant, I would suggest you avoid the things I've mentioned and perhaps try some others. You may have better luck than I did, and you will be served well in the process.

The miso soup was thin and flat -- barely any miso paste or soy sauce. The salad was plain lettuce, nothing else. A clear step down from what we remembered. Drinks The cocktail menu has been scaled back, and the quality followed. Skip the cocktails -- if you want a drink, wine is the safer call. A note on the lunch deal The lunch discount promotion has ended, but the advertising banners are still up. It felt deliberate -- get people through the door and hope they stay. Not a great look. The appetizers alone are worth the visit, do not skip the spicy tuna crispy rice cakes (perfectly balanced with just the right kick), the edamame (simple but elevated), and the hamachi, which was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. I am still dreaming about that spicy tuna crispy rice cakes!!! The cocktail menu deserves its own spotlight. The rosé spritz was light, refreshing, and dangerously easy to sip, while the margaritas were perfectly crafted and bright, balanced, not overly sweet. Cocktail presentation was A+! The Tajin rim on the margs...next level. For the main course, the salmon was nothing short of perfection, cooked flawlessly and paired with the not-to-be-missed cilantro lime rice, which honestly deserves its own fan club. The service during lunch was extremely slow, even though the restaurant really was not that busy at the time. It felt difficult to get checked on or get simple things in a timely manner. Mentioned to two different waiters that my husband was still waiting on his Arnold Palmer and at end of the meal still never got it and we still had to remind them to remove it from our bill at the end. The biggest issue for me was the albacore sashimi that day. It did not taste very fresh, and when I politely mentioned it to the waiter, instead of acknowledging that fish can occasionally be off or nearing the end of freshness, he responded in a somewhat condescending way explaining that albacore "just tastes different" than other fish. As someone who eats sushi regularly, I understand the difference in flavor profiles between fish -- this tasted more like it may have been on its way out. Not a terrible experience overall, but definitely not one that matched the level of service or quality I was hoping for.

Sushi was good but it was a pretty expensive lunch for my standards. I ordered the Foxy Lady Roll ($20) and a California Roll ($8). The Foxy Lady was a good order from the specialty rolls if you like spicy salmon and some heat with your rolls.
