Cool new spot in Corona across from Walmart on McKinnley. Place is big and the food was great. Lots of different choices and they use a QR code specific to your table/party, so easy to order food and drinks. Service was great as well was the ice cream they serve after. Sushi was really good! Good portions so you're able to try different rolls! It did take a bit for us to get our rolls but majority of staff was attentive and came up to us seeing if we had already gotten our food. The only thing is that we asked if we could switch tables when we first walked in since we were underneath a vent and we were cold but the server told us no since it was reserved but most of those tables we're empty even as we were leaving. Surprised to see this sushi spot open up here. It used to be a Korean restaurant. I have tried Sushi One Spot at their other location. This place was nice and clean. AYCE for $30. You order from your phone which was super convenient. Sushi pieces were small but it's Ayce. I went for lunch and food came out pretty quick. Service was good. Went on Labor Day dinner and it was packed. Understandably they were so busy but our server was accommodating despite the delays. The AYCE was the best deal for $30. Fish were fresh and enjoyable. Local resident that went there for the first time this past weekend. Started out ordering the spicy edamame and drinks, they brought out regular edamame. Asked the waitress what was written on the order ticket? Spicy edamame. Not a big deal, moving forward. Girlfriend orders her food, a combination platter. She never received the soup. No issue with food. I order Tuna and Yellow Tail Sashimi that is supposed to be 7 pcs each. I get the Tuna but NO Yellow Tail. Instead I get Salmon. Not only the wrong sashimi but order came out as 5 pcs for one and 4 pcs for the other. I again asked the waitress, what was written on the order? Tuna and Yellow Tail. And I asked about the quantity from the menu for Sashimi, it says 7 pieces. Not sure, what the deal was with the incorrect numbers? Too many other places in the area that bring out the order right and can count to 7. Find it very hard to believe that we are the only ones to experience this type of service. read more

What a great spot....hit my spot, and wife's spot...and our family loved it too!. Best sushi in the IE right in our backyard. The staff greeted us on our way in AND on our way out with an enthisiastic greeting of "Happy New Year!". The service was prompt and curteous, and the rolls tasted like they were ordered as a la carte meals rather than the typical AYCE sushi which usually would include tiny pieces of fish rolled into rice tires and panko.
