Tried my first omakase experience and loved it! Chef was very friendly, but without a set menu it was hard to keep track of what we were experiencing. Apparently the offerings change weekly based on what's fresh, but the staff didn't necessarily seem to know what we were served. There are 8 seats total in a private room. If you're early or on time you'll wait in the lobby until a hostess seats all parties at once. You can order drinks from this "lounge" seating, but it's a little awkward with the hostesses doing other tasks as well. The bar was reserved for another experience, so I'm not sure if this is always the case.

Overhyped. Good for sure but not amazing. Service was fine and interior was nice. Didn't try the whole menu but what I had didn't make me want to come back. The hand rolls were good.

A friend of mine is obsessed with Sushi saint, and I can see very clearly why. This is not my first time eating at sushi saint, I think it's around my 10th. It has quickly become an obsession of mine as well. The ambience inside is casual, yet elevated. They play fire electronic music, but at the perfect volume that it doesn't overwhelm any conversation you'd have. They also have a screen playing different family friendly anime's going. They have a few different seating options, tables, bars, booths, as well as omakase which I have yet to try, but it's on my list! The service has always been above and beyond each time I have gone, and this specific time was no different. Our server was very polite and delivered everything in a very timely manner. Our reservation notes included information about the birthday we were celebrating, and the table had a cute birthday message on it upon our arrival. So cute! Now for the food!!! Each bite was better than the last, my friends and I did the bite 30 pre fix course (which is a STEAL btw, you get one appetizer, to Temaki hand rolls, one sushi roll, and one mochi dessert) but also ordered a few things additionally to share. Some stand outs for me were the blue fin temaki; I cannot get enough of this temaki! It is simply delicious. The Wagyu nigiri, its melt in your mouth buttery smooth! The szechuan cucumber salad, so good you won't want to share it! I love cucumber salads and this one is my favorite one I've had. The cumber is crisp and refreshing, but the true star is the szechuan sauce. A hint of spicy with a whole lot of flavor. And last but not least the tempura shrimp and tuna roll. It is a must order for my friends and I, can't visit without getting at least one! You cannot go wrong with anything you order, I have yet to try something I didn't fully enjoy. The bite 30 also end the course with a yummy mochi dessert, and it is the perfect way to end your feast. I have tried both the mango and strawberry, and both are equally delicious. A special shout out to Kin, he has always gone out of his way to provide exceptional service, he pours a lot of love, knowledge and passion into the restaurant and the food, and it shows with every bite. Thank you Kin for treating us so well and for sharing your love of sushi with us! Sushi saint will always be highly recommended by me, and is a must have if you enjoy amazing sushi!

The food here is so unique and everything we had was so fresh and delicious! We sat at the Temaki bar and it was perfect for two people. Nice ambiance and vibe inside. Also the drink Yu so spicy was sooo good!

Sushi Saints get a lot of love around here. They're owned by some pretty popular people around town. They even have some hype behind them for being on the Michelin Guide. So one evening, we decided to come see what all the fuss was about. No regrets, as it was a wonderful evening. Ambiance is super swank. This place is the epitome of upscale lounge. The food prep area was open concept, the shades were all drawn, and the chairs were real low. You couldn't help but relax here. Service was also top notch. We had a very friendly fellow who was very attentive all night. He was good at reading the room. He started off a little stuffy, but relaxed a bit when he learned we were chill and not uppity mucks. Good guy. Now for the food. We got quite a few items. We indulge as much as we can. Sichuan Cucumber (Persian cucumbers in a honey chili garlic glaze with lime). These were nice. The cucumbers were star of the show, super crispy and fresh and bright. And glaze adds a little hot, little garlicky kick. A very lovely start. Tako Hush Puppies (Crispy fried Octopus made into a soft yet crunchy ball with black garlic aioli, bonito flakes, togarashi, scallions). These were lovely! The octopus was cut small enough to where there was a good perfusion of meat throughout the ball. Very satisfying crunch outside, along with that super soft interior. Perfection. We got like six Temaki. This is what Saint is famous for, so we wanted a good variety. I won't list them all to exhaustion, but the truly unique ones were the scallop one, with that luscious brown butter, and that crab one, with the miso butter aioli. Wow, these were just super memorable little bites. We finished off with the Crunchy Shrimp Roll + Unagi (Shrimp tempura and avocado topped with rich eel and bold black garlic aioli). This was a good roll. Pretty standard, nothing super memorable about it. I would personally just get more temaki. But if you're just into rolls, you will not be disappointed. Overall, this place lived up to the hype. Lots of style, and lots of substance. I would definitely return here.

Pros: Ambiance is very nice. Feels like a bar in a big city, which is what I want Orlando to start being considered. Service was very nice. The guy was very personable, and the food came out at a good pace, allowing for very little downtime. The food was delicious. A temaki bar is a very new and unique concept for Orlando, and they executed it very well. Every flavor combination was on point. Cons: No real cons. The chairs were real low, so after a long time of sitting, just prepare for a great effort to stand. Lol. Tips: Don't worry about getting rolls. There are more than enough temakis to keep you satisfied. Also, the apps were in comparison a little lackluster. So again, prioritize the temakis. I think .

Sushi saint is truly such a gem! Hidden in the cutest little corner in downtown Orlando, you're sure to leave satisfied every time! Their yellowtail sushi is incredible, but you literally can't go wrong with any of the options. Must tries are the corn, the chili crisp edamame and that miso soup? Truly one of the best I've tried in town. Can't not discuss the ambiance, the decor, even the music! And they're always playing a Studio Ghibli movie which is a plus because I love those movies. Every time I leave, I'm already planning my next visit!

Sushi Saint was amazing. The honey chili garlic edamame and miso soup were our favorites both full of flavor and the perfect start. The restaurant is beautiful inside, and playing Studio Ghibli movies made the atmosphere even more special. Definitely one of our new favorite spots!

Such a fun date night! The Bluefin Tuna Set was our favorite, but the Chef 3 set was also great. The cool part about the Chef 3 set is that it is designed for 2 people, so it comes with 2 of each piece. Also had the Ave Maria set, but didn't get pictures, because if you sit at the bar, it is handed to you as it is ready. Our favorites from that set were 3. Truffle Mushroom Jam, and 5. Scallop, brown butter, yuzu. I really liked the way that soy sauce is served, in a dropper bottle! It made it so easy to use the exact amount you want!

The ambiance, the service and the food here were PHENOMENAL! I cannot express more how I will definitely be back. The happy hours on Mondays are such a nice way to have a date night on a budget or a girls night out. I am so happy that I was able to try this place out since we have tried it at Yelp Elite events but never at the restaurant! Absolutely incredible and I will be back!

This place has been on my radar since it opened, and I FINALLY was able to try it :) the staff were very friendly and seemed happy to be there, and the decor was very modern looking (I forgot to take pictures of the inside). They were playing Jujutsu Kaisen on a projector screen (one of my favorite animes) so that is a major plus for me! I will say the restaurant gave a bit more of a casual vibe... but that's what made it so relaxing and nice. Let's start with the parking situation: you will probably have to pay for parking in the lot right next to Sushi Saint. It was hourly rates and pretty cheap. They only have like 2-3 spots in the front for free parking. We started with our beverages (sake and cocktails) as well as two appetizers: the Sunomono and the Shishito Peppers. The Sunomono was refreshing and delicious. The peppers were quite savory and not spicy at all (thank God because I have zero spice tolerance). Overall the appetizers were very light and delicious. The drinks were great too! We ordered two temaki and three rolls. The fish here is very fresh. The soy sauce dropper was actually a genius idea. It allowed me to put soy sauce on the temaki without having to angle it and dip it in a little soy sauce bowl. My favorite roll that we had was the Truffle Salmon. We actually ordered another Truffle Salmon after we finished eating because it was THAT good. I do think the prices were a little high, but the quality in the fish is definitely there. One thing that I didn't really like besides having to pay for parking is that it was really warm inside. I know this is Florida, and it's summer so I'm gonna give the benefit of the doubt with their AC system. That isn't deterring me from coming back though. I definitely want to try out their happy hour next time!

I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH! My favorite restaurant ever! The first time I visited this place (not pictured), we did their omakase with caviar bump. BEST OMAKASE IN ORLANDO FOR THE PRICE!! I love how interactive the chef and his assistant were!! Second time, I went for their hand rolls since this is what they are known for, I liked the hand rolls it was very tasty and good balance of all flavors. It is a bit pricey, but definitely WORTH IT

Made a reservation for 8pm. Arrived and our table wasn't ready. Were told we could wait or sit at the bar. Asked about an empty table and were told it needed to be cleaned and didn't know how long that would take. Decided to simply sit at the bar. Glad we did. Our server was fantastic. All the food we ordered was amazing. Would definitely return. Continently located next door to the downtown Marriott.

They had interesting seating arrangements, like bars and window seating can only be sit by parties of two. Getting a space was not easy. Hostess was kind and helpful. Food: fried chicken was a bit dry. Not the Japanese crunchy puffy shell kind. Not bad. Yakitoris are all excellent! Nothing to complain. We ordered everything on the menu. All are good. All cooked to American perfection. Gyoza was good. Nothing to write home about. Ramen: tonkusut black was excellent. Broth was done with time. Tori was good. Also thick broth! We almost always have Asuka as our server, and she's seriously the sweetest. She's always so welcoming and somehow always recommends something that ends up becoming a new favorite. They've added more ramen to the menu since my last review, and the Tan Tan ramen has quickly become one of my favorites. The spicy sesame peanut broth is rich, flavorful, and has just the right amount of heat. If I'm not in the mood for ramen, I always go with the shiso butter yaki onigiri with a side of pork chashu. They torch the butter right at your table, which is such a fun touch, and it smells incredible. The mentaiko fries are still a must order every single visit, and for dessert you can't skip the matcha tiramisu or the taro ice cream with the hot green tea. The ramen, grilled meats, addicting appetizers, fun drinks, awesome atmosphere, and consistently amazing staff are exactly why I keep coming back. Easily one of my favorite spots in Orlando.
