Great food, service, and vibe can all be found at this Thai eatery in the heart of Anaheim Hills. We had dinner this past Sat evening with a group from Meetup and it did not disappoint. I ordered the spicy squid, which was sauteed with peppers, onions, basil, and other traditional Thai seasoning...it was spot on. My friend ordered drunken noodles with chicken and it was also very flavorful. This is one of the larger Thai places you will find in S. Cal...so very comfortable and relaxing. Our server was very friendly despite being very busy and the prices were in line with the quality delivered. Give this place a try. read more

I guess Zesty closed down and was replaced by this new Thai place. Orderex thai iced tea & beef panang lunch special. Thai iced tea ($3.00): it was super sweet and I could barely taste the tea. Beef panang lunch special ($7.99): the curry was slightly too sweet and the beef was hard and chewy. You can adjust your level of spiciness of this dish. Lunch specials are served daily from 11 am-3pm; they come with soup or salad and steamed rice or brown rice. Super friendly waitress. She asked if she could replace the dish to something else, but I politely declined because I was starving. QUICK TIP: FREE SOFT DRINK OR ICED THAI TEA WITH CHECK IN 2 stars!! Had the most delicious lunch from Suthathip delivered to a dear friend's house a couple of weeks ago. She ordered a spicy eggplant dish which is stir fried with spicy sauce, onion and basil then she chose chicken; it came with steamed rice. I had the pad see ew which were stir fried flat noodles in brown sweet soy sauce with egg and broccoli...I also chose chicken. Both of us had meat options of chicken, beef, pork, tofu or shrimp (I believe they can also do a combination). My friend ordered our lunch over the phone and it was delivered about 30 minutes later, piping hot and including these delicious accouterments. My noodles were truly delicious and everything in it was fresh/flavorful. For a place that delivers delicious Thai food with no hassle, Yay! I am definitely a fan! read more

Nestled in an everyday strip mall is this oasis of Thai food. Nothing says 'here's great Thai food' like being sandwiched in between senior living and a Fresh and Easy. Moving on, however, this is the place for quality Thai that's absurdly fresh and reasonably priced. Between the pad Thai, drunken noodles, and pumpkin curry there's just about something for everyone. Appetizers include a myriad of fried wontons, egg rolls, and of course, chicken satay. Dinged a star due to slow service, the food is worth it though! read more

We order takeout from here often. The food is always hot and delicious. Some of our favorites are the crab rangoon, pad thai, and pad see ew. We especially love the yellow curry! It is so rich and has so much flavor! We haven't had anything that we didn't like! read more

Been here a few times. Food is quite tasty especially the curry. This past time I got sick afterwards from it. Only reason I know is after a few days I went back to the leftovers, thinking it was a fluke, and got sick again. Might have to take a break for awhile. read more

This place is really a hidden gem in an area with very little diversity in dining options. I initially didn't like some of the dishes because of the difference in flavors from other places I have had Thai food at. But since it is so close to work I decided to give a few dishes a try and I am a huge fan now. Favorites: #39 Sukhothai noodles: it's a great Balance of sour, spicy, sweet and salty, get it with the flat rice noodles and hot, you won't be disappointed. Green curry, great flavor and very satisfying, get this hot as well. The other two dishes I enjoy when eating Thai food are Pad See Ew and Boat noodles, both of them were a bit too sweet for my palate but still made well just not my cup of tea. Service is good and they are friendly. read more

EXCELLENT Covid Safety Guidelines!! Our 1st time finally getting to try this place for some delicious Thai food. I called in our order for pick up and told it would be ready in about 15/20 minutes which was perfect as we have about a 12 minute drive. I arrived to two ppl outside and I got in line (very social distanced). Total wait was less then 8 minutes to get inside and pay. However, I loved that tables were placed to block you from barely stepping foot in the restaurant and on the table was the credit card reader, huge bottle sanitizer, cup for dirty/clean pens, plastic menu, and more. They thought of everything to make your visit quick and safe. Food was packaged, ready, and delicious! We ordered two chicken pad Thai, sweet and sour chicken, and next time I will get the green or yellow curry. I was a good amount of food for the price and all my hungry bellies at home. This place has it all: great flavors, good service, and yummy condiments. I always order some type of rice dish to share, because its not dry and it has so much flavor. I really hate when I order rice and I have to add a ton of soy and chili just to taste something. I've never had that problem here, they are all delicious. And whatever you do, try the soups! I am not a soup person, when I go out and the waiter announces the soups, I usually tune out but this place wow! They have the absolute most amazing, soul soothing soups. They combine lemongrass, coconut milk, hot and sour; all these different fragrant ingredients that just make you feel good all over. My fave is the Tom Yum Koong soup. The pad thai is of course, legit, as is the bbq, which my kids always get. I still haven't tried everything, I hope I can someday if I can stop ordering the rice and soup! I'm having a hard time believing a selected 5 stars above because I didn't expect the food to be this good. I used to go there prior to the ownership change, when it was called Zesty Thai. While my Thai food experience is not extensive I am very pleased with my food here. I just missed the lunch crowds so it's quiet, which I think it would be anyway. It's got a casual but nice atmosphere. I ordered Spring Rolls as an appetizer just because they sounded good. They are good! Fresh and pleasantly presented. For my main I decided to try something new and got the Praram Long Song with chicken. The meat is sautéed in peanut sauce and served on a bed of spinach. They offer brown rice so that's a big plus for me. I'm glad I took the gamble because thus dish is reeeaaaaly good! A bit on the sweet side but a little Siriachi and it's all good. Been here a couple times now. On my current trip we got the pad woo sen, Mongolian beef, egg rolls,tom kha hot pot. I like the tom kha here because they add veggies that most Thai places do not,and its a nice touch. I didnt care for the Mongolian been it was not very flavorful,and the meat was tough. Sutha Thai in Tustin was our goto thai food. When it changed owners I was very depressed. Now I found out the owner opened new restaurant. Honeybuns and I came for lunch today. The plaza was a bit hidden, among all the residential areas. There were several tables of diners. We got the pot of tom kha seafood, som thom and pineapple fried rice, an iced tea and thai iced tea. The som thom came out first. It was medium spicy to me Honeybuns felt it was mild. The taste was good, just more spicy than I can handle right now. The thai iced tea helped a lot, with its creamy sweetness. The soup came, and there were shrimp, mussels, fake crab (which I took out right away), squid, fish, slices of galangal, lime leaves, lemongrass, cilantro, whole red chili peppers, cabbage, tomato, mushrooms, red onions. We had 3 bowls each and drank it all. The pineapple fried rice had plenty of pineapple chunks, cashews, raisins, onions, pork (you can get any meat you like), and mild curry powder. Perfectly seasoned, we both love this. We skipped the lunch combos and decided to order a la carte. We're so happy we did, so we could eat it all. Most importantly, it's 1 hour later and NO gluten reaction !!! (Just remember to throw out the fake crab). I'm ecstatic with the food. This location is a bit out of the way, but we'll definitely be back. Yay! !!! Another place I can eat at without being sick. read more

When you walk in they order you "go sit there" okay master. Then they come to take your order, you ask questions about the menus, ingredients, they just look at you with a blank stare. " you ready to order?" Ordered, food came in with no napkins, we all had to share 1 napkin that one set of utensils were wrapped in. We asked for more and they looked at you as if you asked them to sacrifice their first child. There was a pill and the table and booth got wet. Raised our hands , but no one came , got up and stopped a waitress to get us a napkin, towel, something and their response was "its okay" but the table is wet and so are the seats! Original Thai food in town. Food is nice and spicy they have a big menu with lunch special. They have a lunch special every day from 11-3pm The restaurant looks great clean restroom. AMAZING!!! It's really hard to find good Thai food I'm so happy I discovered this place. Everyone should give this place a try it's a must! I got the fried pot stickers with the best side sauce, and also the chicken chow mein. Both were amazing and had me wanting to get another dish but I'm currently watching my calories, if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would read more

I came here for lunch on a weekday and was not disappointed! I ordered an appetizer and one of the lunch specials. I would highly recommend the Panang curry which I had or the lunch special. For 7.99 you get a ton yum soup or salad and some crispy wontons with sweet and sour sauce and an entree. The curry I had was delicious! I wish there was some more chicken in it but I also ordered the chicken satay as an appetizer and was satisfied with that. I also tried the pork with basil and eggplant. It was so delicious! The staff was friendly and attentive and I would definitely come here to eat again! Much better than the other Thai spots I've tried in the Yorba Linda/ Anaheim Hills area! read more

Now I want to start off by saying that I'd order the food from Suthathip online so that may have affected the food a bit but my food disappointed a bit. Don't get me wrong, the food here is still tasty but it was less flavorful than other Thai places I frequent. The two items I got were the wontons & the yellow curry with chicken. The curry was plane and nothing I'd get excited about. The wontons were fantastic so I'll just assume that the curry was ordered on an off night. I'll definitely be back and will most likely update my review. read more

My new best Thai joint in OC. The prices are reasonable and portions are large, which is why this is better than my previous go to. Definitely recommend the Pad Thai , but this version is not the red kind but more on the sweet side. I recommend u ask for lime on the side to get that perfect sweet sour taste. Drunken Noodles are also awesome. The Spicy Seafood had good flavor. Duck curry is good too with excellent flavor. Will be back often. Update: pineapple curried fried rice is very good, the papaya salad is also refreshing. Place gets packed on weekend nights so be prepared to wait read more

We ordered green curry and it was a white sauce instead of green. When I asked why it's white the waitress said oh you said you wanted mild. I've never seen white sauce regardless of how spicy it was. We also ordered Thai BBQ. Chicken and it was like a regular roasted chicken in the oven- it was like the roast chicken from Costco or SAMs club. When I asked why it wasn't BBQ on a grill she said oh this is our version of Thai BBQ Chicken. It went back. First of all I have to say that I did not expect much when I walked in. I'm so used to Thai Restaurant in a good neighborhood being extremely Americanized. But oh after I tasted their Authentic Delicious Pink Noodle Soup. I was a changed man. If you like Yen-Ta-Fo, this is the Best in the US!!! I am now converted into a regular here. read more

The food here is amazing. I ordered the red curry and steamed rice. It was so creamy from the coconut milk and the jasmine rice was the perfect compliment. I also had a thai iced tea which was equally delicious. My favorite part was the personalized service. Our server was so personable and friendly and made my grandmother feel special. read more

The takeout order came with kimchi and rice, which I think was for the bulgogi. I realized I should have asked for the arrowroot noodles, since that was the one I wanted. Make sure to specify if you're ordering over phone! Overall, everything was good and a good portion for two people. The broth is sooo rich and delicious! My base is always go with the thick cut noodle, which is thicker than your typical noodle and has a wonderfully chewy texture. One of the highlights is watching the chef hand-cut the noodles right in front of you with a knife, adding a bit of an INFORMAL dinner-and-a-show to the experience. So I am finally writing a review here after having tried this place about 10 times now. I am blown away at the consistency of the food. Always fresh, delicious and perfect. By far the best thai food I have ever had ( and I've tried at least 2 dozen other thai places). I am hooked! the Tum Yum soup is sooo darn good and the pad thai is awesome. Even their lunch specials are beautifully plated. Their coconut ice cream was the best I've ever had. They make it fresh in-house and although they call it ice cream, doing so does not do it justice. The texture is unlike any ice cream I've had; you just have to taste it for yourself. I challenge you to find a $6 desert of this quality anywhere else in Orange. This restaurant has been around since the 80s but took a downturn around the time of the Covid shut downs. The new owners, Sam and Coco (yup, we had to ask), have re-created a terrific little restaurant for lunch or dinner. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed. Just a note: I typically order my Thai food "medium" but I did order the salad as a two out of 5 chilis and that was perfect for me. So if you're in doubt, err on the side of caution and start out with a little less spice.

To start, food was delicious and I can understand that a smaller family business may take longer but it literally took 1hr and 20 min to get all of our food and there was only maybe 2 other couples dining. They did apologize for the wait which is much appreciated but wow that's a long time an we were a little late to the hockey game. If I'm in the area again I'd still try it again. Can't complain about the delicious food :)
