Drunken noodle with Shrimp, lunch special portion... PLENTY!
    Kay S.

Drunken noodles have lived up to the hype I played over in my mind from 15 years ago!! I used to get my hair done around the corner and being steps from the LIRR WOODSIDE stop this Thai food always hit the spot before or after that 5hour process of hair torture! Just today I took a friend there. We landed in LGA, took the FREE Q70 to Woodside and were in awe on every bite of the drunken noodles! A rated for cleanliness, and A++++ rating for flavor, service and simple ambiance. The lunch special MON-FRI 11-4, includes fresh spring roll and salad with the most refreshing sweet yet light peanut dressing! We jumped back on the LIRR to Jamaica and headed to JFK. The multiple modes of transport, walking, bag lugging was all rewarded with the most scrumptious comforting drunken noodles!! We also had the Calamari and boy was it fresh, lighting fried but crunchy and delicious!

Literally steps away from the Woodside LIRR Stop, I had a very tasty Drunken Noodles with Pork. The service is very fast, ideal place to eat before or after a commute.

The food is delicious and flavorful! The service is fast and efficient and the staff are sweet and friendly. The ambiance is a little ethnic and romantic with slightly dim lighting and vintage cold accents throughout the decor. My go to is the glass noodles.

Great choice for Thai in queens. We tried a few things, all had different favorites. Alll very flavorful and fresh, a bit spicy the drunken noodles. Great service, quick, well priced. Cute inside!

We happen to be in the neighborhood and decided to give the restaurant a try. The papaya salad was refreshing but very small for the price and way overdressed as the fish sauce was extremely overwhelming. The curry noodle soup had good flavor but a little too sweet and although the noodles were perfectly cooked, the chicken was so dry that I found it inedible. The green curry with chicken served with rice had great flavor but again the chicken was so dry. I'm pretty sure we made the wrong choice in protein but unfortunately I won't be back to try another protein.

I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!! Their food is absolutely authentic Thailand food! I'm really obsessed and moreover it's very cheap! But everything so great so far!! I love Larb Chicken Salad, Yum Woon Sen, Pad Gra Prao and Pad Kana!! Of course Pad Thai is my favorite as well :) And stuffs are always nice Hugely recommend this place and its really calm! Around here have so many Thailand restaurants but you should try this restaurant out then you will like it!

Quiet place to chill at, food is well seasoned and taste amazing, but the chicken is a little overcooked.

It is my first time eating here and it was great! It is a smaller intimate setting with adorable pillows on the bench seating and these beautiful leaf imprinted table tops. You would expect them to play more traditional music but the jazzy music is calming while you eat. We ordered the vegetable dumplings, fried, and they were really amazing. Even though they were fried the dumpling skin was thin enough where you didn't feel like you were stuffing your face with grease. I'm not sure what all the ingredients were but there was something soft/saucy inside that gave the dumplings a different texture than regular vegetable dumplings but were delicious regardless. I got a Garlic Sauce dish with chicken and my bf got the Chicken Pad Thai. You can't go to a Thai restaurant without getting a Thai iced tea! I love when you can really taste the tea in the drink. It was very rich and it really hit the spot. My garlic sauce dish was really enjoyable. I'm slightly obsessed with ginger so I would have liked a little more ginger, but for the average person it was the perfect amount, the ginger pieces were small enough not to shock your palate if you don't like a lot of ginger. The veggies were nicely cooked so they weren't too hard when you bit into them. The pad Thai noodles were slightly under cooked so they were a little more tough than usual but the dish was still very flavorful. I would definitely recommend coming here or even ordering out! The staff is super friendly and prices are not bad at all!

Order came out to about $55 dollars.

Ordered thru DoorDash cause my regular spot I am Thai was closed. And I'm glad I got to try it out. Every we ordered was delicious esp the crispy pork belly with veggies. Sauce was amazing. Only thing was that the portions were really small other than that I'd highly recommend this place.

The restaurant is spacious and clean, and I'm glad there is finally a place to get soup dumplings on 30th Ave. We got the 6pc Chicken Xiaolongbao which had a warm, soothing, and aromatic broth. My biggest issue with this was the dough was super thick and made it difficult to really taste the chicken. I expected the dough to be thinner and almost melts in your mouth like others places do. The Crystal Shrimp Dumplings were decent but nothing to write home about. The flavor comes from the added soy sauce, chili oil, and ginger on the side. I will say the pieces are large & filling but flavor-wise, it didn't quite hit the spot for me.

The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was so friendly and charming. I went with a small group and we were able to be seated rather quickly. We ordered so much and ate every bite of it. There were some things we enjoyed, but overall we left feeling that the quality and portions didn't justify the prices. We ordered the chicken curry puffs first. They were much sweeter than I'm used to, and instead of the traditional cucumber relish, they were served with plum sauce. It wasn't terrible, just not what I expected. The roti with Massaman curry had good flavor, but the curry was so thin that it had the consistency of soup rather than a rich curry. It also came without any potatoes, carrots, or onions. I wasn't expecting meat, but I did expect a more traditional Massaman curry. The grilled beef (nuea yang) was cooked well and very tender, but the beef itself was lacking seasoning. Thankfully, the dipping sauces added some flavor. The beef short rib khao soi was another dish that felt underwhelming. The short rib was excellent--fall-off-the-bone tender--but the curry broth itself tasted too light. I personally think it needed more curry paste and more depth of flavor, especially for a dish that's around $40. The biggest disappointment was the kua kling chicken and the Hat Yai fried chicken. Both portions were surprisingly small considering the price. That's where I really felt the value wasn't there. Unfortunately, the service didn't help either. It wasn't rude, but it felt inattentive and lacked the warmth and hospitality I usually associate with Thai restaurants. I always want to support fellow Thai-owned businesses, so writing this review honestly makes me sad. I'm not trying to discourage anyone from trying the restaurant--this is simply my family's experience. Everyone has different tastes, and yours may be completely different from ours. For us, though, the combination of light flavors, small portions, and lackluster service left us disappointed, especially for a birthday dinner.

Service was lukewarm, I got my order in but the two workers inside weren't too receptive and the menu itself is kinda barebones with most of their food being a bit more than I would like to pay for so I just settled on one order of Singapore Mei Fun. After waiting 10 minutes for my food to arrive, the Singapore noodles which are usually spicy were kinda salty but it was nothing a bit of duck sauce wouldn't fix. This one order cost $17 while not the worst Singapore Mei Fun...well technically it is, even though it's not horrible but I've had much better from other places for a stable price of $12. The dandan noodles my friend ordered were maybe my favorite, they were the perfect level of spicy and so flavorful without being overwhelming. I'd go back just for my own plate of those. The service was quite fast, and it's a cute little shop that feels like a small town Chinese restaurant. Very reasonably priced as well.
