We ordered several lattes right when we were seated. Then we ordered food. We were almost done with the food and drinks still haven't arrived so we eventually just cancelled it. It also seemed like there was one server doing most of the work. Many condiments were missing from the table and even after requesting them; they still never came. Love how flavorful the food is! It is a bit on the heavy side for breakfast but we didn't mind that since we came hungry. Tried the HAS omelette, savory souffleg and sizzling stone pot. Out of the 3, the sizzling was my favorite because the rice was so flavorful and I found the HAS omelette a little too heavy. Had the ice oat matcha drink and liked that as well. Ive been to the one in sf by the Fillmore district and the millionaires bacon is just as amazing here. We waited for 30 minutes after checking in at the tablet in front of the entrance. The ambiance inside had sparkly chandeliers and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. I got the frisco scramble which was a nice blend of eggs and sausage with a side of sweet potatoes. The french toast was nice and crispy with powdered sugar. Prices are comparable to sf. Definitely worth trying if you havent been but you may need to carpool or find parking elsewhere around the restaurant because there only 15 spaces surrounding it. Tried the ramyun, omurice and loco moco and all were amazing. Ramyun had really good flavor and didn't just taste like shin ramen. Omurice was savory with a bit of sweetness. Really flavorful and the texture of the egg was soft. Loco moco was unexpected! They have a crust around the beef so it was crispy! That touch was really nice especially since other loco mocos are just covered in gravy. It was also a really big portion so you'll have some to take home. Have been here a few times with my girlfriend and we've had a great experience both times with both the food and the wait staff. Both the inside and outside seating are very nice as well. Amazing food and large portions that left me very happy. The Chicken Croffle was hearty and full of flavor. I was pleasantly surprised with getting 3 pieces of chicken with my meal. I ordered the Millionaires Candy and I don't think I've had worse bacon. It was served cold. It was like a cold greasy piece of bacon that someone sprinkled some granulated sugar on and put in a mason jar and charged $13 for. It was very gross, and not how one makes candied bacon. * The millionaire's bacon on the benedict was better than the candy, but sort of tasted like teriyaki jerky rather than bacon. * The Hot Chocolate was literally chocolate milk that was heated. * Fairly expensive Overall it wasn't like a terrible experience (other than the bacon.. that was pretty terrible), but it wasn't that great. I'm glad I didn't have to wait more than 20 minutes or I probably would have been more upset. So check it out if you want, but I'd just skip to OCK instead. We had to wave someone down to see if her breakfast was coming and to get more water. Then they had an automatic 20% tip added on the bill. We never saw that posted anywhere. I had a matcha mochi waffle (moffle) and the Korean fried chicken. Both of which was tasty. Everyone in my group was happy with our food. We arrived earlier (around 10am) on a Sunday and did not have to wait long to be seated and easily parked. However, around the 40 minute mark the wait staff continued to push us out of the restaurant. At the one hour mark someone came up to us and said it was a busy restaurant and asked us to leave then immediately walked away. We probably weren't staying more than another 15 min or so and I just thought that was very poor service. read more

I got here at 2pm on a Sunday to meet with a few folks and the wait was fairly short despite the restaurant and patio looking pretty full still. Because the restaurant's policy won't seat until the full party arrived, I was pleasantly surprised they still sat us at 2:10pm once the rest of the party showed up, and considering the restaurant was closing at 2:30pm. We ordered fairly quickly and the main dishes also arrived very quickly. I ordered the ube latte with oat milk, the tornado galbi omurice, and split the millionaires bacon sampler platter. The bacon and our latte drinks showed up after our entrees. The latte was nice and perfectly sweet, but I was surprised how chunky and gritty my finishing sips were. I should have mixed the latte before each sip, it would have made for a better experience. While the bacon was nice, I'm not sure I would order the sampler again; call me crazy but of all the flavors my favorite was still the original one. I certainly would order the omurice again though. The beef was tender, the rice was flavorful, the egg was super fluffy, and the sauce, though very tomato forward, was thick and slurpable. My partner ordered the egg souffle. The plate overall was good, potatoes cruchy, the bread warm and buttery, but the omurice still won me over. read more

Hands down to opening this gem in Cupertino. Beats driving to Palo Alto with limited parking and over and hour wait. Came to try this out and it was around 10:30am Sunday morning. About a 23 minute wait it says while constantly checking my wait status. We kept going up and checking with the hostess as our number for lower. There was a party of 5 ahead of us but they must've left so we assumed they would sit us since we were the next party of 5 after they but the hostess did not so I kept quiet and waited. We saw all these customers getting seated that arrived well after us which was not ok. I mean it was raining and it wasn't a whole lot of space indoors either. Finally 25 minutes later she called my name, guess what she said. She said she called my name 3x and I'm like hold up a minute, we have been standing here in front of your podium and even told you we are here waiting. Lord forgive me, "you lied, I even showed her my text I literally just got". She didn't call out anyones name. Food was great as usual. Wish the chair were all uniformed. You have some cute pastel lounge chairs and others were the hard wooden chairs. Very bright lights too. Glad we came before the rush. Eventually we will be back.
