Long wait about a hour+ then when notification that table was ready and to see host alert came to phone host was not available at station then ignored and did not acknowledge or seat for another 10-15 minutes. Atmosphere was nice decoration wise but very very noisy. It was difficult to even have a conversation with the person next to you. Our server was friendly and nice. The food was ok not great pretty disappointing. It was plated well and looked very nice. But the actual food was not so good poor quality in the cuts of chicken. The waffles and potatoes seemed old or as if they had been sitting in the back along time before being plated not freshly made. So all and all I felt like this place was ok but over hyped and not worth it. I won't be going back or recommending. read more

went twice it was that good my husband had the grand Marnier stuffed French toast, Once I had the Blueberry Cloud French toast very yummy blueberry filling inside and blueberry cream dipping sauce on the side it was so light and fluffy and so flavorful the second time I tried the Mango sausage soufflé with tri colored roasted potatoes with toasted bread the potatoes were delicious my first time with a soufflé it tasted good but not my favorite toast was toast only ate 1 bite I would Highly recommend Sweet Maple and we did to friends and family will we were in Walnut Creek reservations are best which we had and were seated right away both times read more

I left a little disappointed with this place. The cleanliness of the location was great - no complaints there. The food on the other hand really let me down. It was mid at best. I'm sorry, the French toast was the saltiest thing I had ever had. I had to drink so much water to get it down. I spent time just to scrape away the salt to be able to finish my food. I had ordered the lie first Benedict on their menu and I was.. okay. There was no wow factor. The bread base was ciabatta and with the potatoes on the side it made it very chewy. Forgot about the hours as they are 8:00 am-2:00pm, as we snoozed on their new opening. Went in today and experienced Top Shelf Food and Service! I had called yesterday and spoke with Bee, one of the owners, she is sooooooooo beautiful and pleasant. Told her I'd be in today. Pauline was our server, and for,her first day on the job, she Killed it. Had the crab egg Benedict, the Million Dollar Bacon assortment, Marnier French toast with Crème brûlée crust and real maple syrup. Coffee was outstanding! Had lunch here a week ago. The food was delicious and tasty. We had the sizzling rice with shrimp And I had a soufflé egg with fried rice and Kaylin beef. We also Try the billionaire bacon $15 - it was good but too spicy. It taste more with brown sugar than maple syrup. Next time wil try the noodles. Such a great experience! We were running late and it was my friends birthday. They sat us down immediately at a nice table and I'm pretty sure we had our food within 15 minutes of sitting down. We drove all the way from San Leandro to try Sweet Maple on a Sunday, and it was a huge disappointment. When we arrived, I politely asked the owner if we could sit at a slightly bigger table that seats three people. He told us no, saying it was for parties of three. A few minutes later, we watched a party of two get seated at that exact same table. We ordered the French toast, stone pot, scramble, and two drinks. The table we were given was so small that once all the food arrived, there was barely any space left and when the stone pot came out, it was literally steaming right under my face. It was so uncomfortable that by the end of the meal, my makeup felt sticky and gross from sitting in the steam. I told the owner how upset I was, and he clearly didn't care. Our server was gloomy and didn't bring any energy or warmth to the table. The whole experience felt cold and dismissive. I didn't even bother to finish my food or pack it up, that's how disappointed I was. We made a special trip just to eat here and left feeling completely disrespected. We will not be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

This place is great to eat at because the food truly was impeccable but the service was super trash. I went there with my fiance for brunch and the wait was more than 30 mins so my advise is reserve a table if you know you are looking to dine here because you'll do a lot of waiting just showing up. We ordered some fresh toast and some waffles with some eggs and sausage and BACON; our food was brought to us about another 30 mins after ordering it which I felt was too long, and when the food was brought, it was incomplete because the bacon wasn't there. They ended up bringing the bacon about 15 mins into us eating already and when I tried the bacon, I didn't like it so I told our waitress that I didn't like it and would appreciate if I wasn't charged for it. In the past when I would make a complaint to a waiter/waitress about a meal, they'd switch it up for something else or they'll just take it out of the bill. But our waitress whom I can't for the life of me remember her name now, decided to double down on it by saying I still have to get charged even though I only took a tiny bite from it. Her lack of consideration or even talking to her manager about it to see if it could be done was nothing short of unprofessional and when I saw how adamant she is about the whole thing, I dropped it and paid my bill. I had a bloody Mary for the first time it's just not my cup of tea, but I can see how it's really good like it had bacon, a celery, onions and an olive, but it's just not me. I've tried it. I'm one and done, but I'm sure it's a really tasty one because it was good but it's just like oh to me. I had the veggie burger. It was absolutely disgusting and there was no yeah if you want a veggie burger, there is not the place to get the veggie burger, she had the blueberry I think French toast with the purple stuff in it. She didn't really like that it was OK. What else did we get? I think the french fries was amazing. They're really good. Our waitress was really really nice all she was sweet and she was all peppy so that was really that was good to know everybody in there was really nice. Way over hyped. Shame on you influencers for saying this place is amazing, but thank you for justifying your paid testimonies. I am disappointed in myself for getting into the hype and seeing great looking photos of their food. Essentially they're trying to be some upscale michelin-esque brunch spot. They are no Four Chairs in SF. For food we got the Korean fried chicken, the blueberry cloud french toast and the tornado galbi. For drinks I got a rose flavored latte and the bf got a coffee. The Korean fried chicken was disgraceful. It had some weird pancake batter on it, kinda like what you would use for pakora. It wasn't crispy either, felt like frozen nuggets. The french toast was only soaked into maybe 2cms of the bread. So basically it was eating dry bread stuffed with cream cheese and blueberries. Though the blueberries were good. The tornado galbi, SMH. It was awful to point that it's rude to the word awful. It was room temp to almost borderline cold. The rice was hella bland and and mushy, probably because it was just sitting under a heat lamp waiting to be ordered. Straight up world record for the least of amount of meat on a plate. It was literally just a small chuck on the short rib, a one biter portion. The egg was cool looking but really bland and there was too much demi glaze. They really shouldn't list flavor options, it totally threw off our waiter. Rose latte?!?! *malfunctioning waiter*. A latte with rose flavor, oooh(smh). Overall hella overpriced for food that is already preprepared and sitting under a heat lamp. So it gives the allusion of fast service. People are just enthralled with getting 2 pieces of candied bacon. Located in a guess it's downtown/foodie area of Walnut Creek. Street and lot parking. Nice area to walk around. Very disappointed due to their no substation rule. Exceptions should be made for people with food allergies. Menu is very limited. Will not come back again. Updating this review: I had the chicken croffle, chicken is cooked through well but there isn't a drop of seasoning. Tabasco and ketchup is a MUST!
