Emily saved the day. I needed a gluten free cake for some of my guests, and Sweet Oak Bakery was extremely accommodating with a variety of choices. This is unusual for a bakery. Usually there is one choice and a macaroon. I opted for the Berry Vanilla GF cake, and it was beautiful and delicious. The non GF guests were tasting the cake because it was so pretty, and everyone was very impressed with the flavor and the texture. I ordered my husband's birthday cake from Sweet Oak Bakery because I needed a gluten-free cake so that I and other guests with gluten issues could enjoy it at his party. It was a two-tier chocolate cake with chocolate frosting outside and vanilla frosting between the layers with lovely decoration of leaves and flowers and a Happy Birthday message. Emily boxed it perfectly and her instructions on when to take out it of the refrigerator so it could warm to room temp before the party were exactly right. The cupcakes were perfect, super moist and not as sweet as sprinkles or Vanilla bake shop, which is a good thing.
