The place is adorable. Thankful there is ample parking across from the building. The first time, we felt like kids in a candy shop! The pastries are amazing! We tried their cannoli...omg...delicious! We went back to order cannolis for my mother's birthday. 8 cannoli & worth every bite! The next time, the chocolate cupcake. No big deal, right? NOPE! Every bite was delectable! First things First ARRIVE EARLY!!! Waited about 30 minutes outside before opening to insure I was able to get top picks from the inventory. When I walked in there were about 50 people in line. The place is popular. I purchased several items out of everything I bought the Cinnamon Roll and Lemon Raspberry Mini Bundt cake are my favorites. Yes, I recommend this business. I recommended so much that I don't even have to go there from what I've seen in a review. I'm going to be heading out there soon, very soon. I'm not too far away but those delicacies look phenomenal...imo way better than Porto's. So, I can't wait. I would like to get to know the people there by name and I'm sure that'll happen. The quality of the pastries here rivals anything I've had in high-end spots in DTLA or even the Bay Area. Every item I tried was clearly made with love, care, and real skill -- and the prices are more than reasonable for what you're getting. A small note for the pastry chef: the ham and cheese croissant was delicious, but the ham used tasted a bit too familiar and slightly salty. A different ham could elevate it even more. I love this place, and so do all my coworkers. I have been here quite a few times, sometimes there's a line and sometimes not. I don't mind waiting for something delicious! And the wait is usually pretty quick, even when the line is long. Some people said that items were hard, honestly I'd be interested to know when they actually got in line and finally ate their pastries, cause this place has always been consistently fresh for me and I've hit this place up even before they closed for the day. I love how the menu has its staple items, and then there may be surprise options - it may not always be the same thing everyday. The cinnamon rolls are great, I love all the bundt cakes, the coffee cake is heaven, the croissants are amazing and oh my goodness the fruit tarts are insanely drool worthy.
