Stopped in for a quick bite as we were in the area. My daughter liked the grilled cheese and fries, I enjoyed the tacos. The waitress was quick, polite and service was good. Our food came quickly and tasted good. All around solid meal.

Club soda? AKA their seasonal mojito.

Stopped in yesterday for lunch. Not greeted/acknowledged, we had to say "two for lunch" to the hostess, who was busy chatting with another staff member. Matthew was our waiter and he was great, friendly, and helpful. No complaints there whatsoever. Ordered drinks and he told us the bar was super busy, there would be a wait, not a problem at all. My husband got a beer, I ordered a mojito. The drinks came about 15 minutes later, after we had ordered food. The mojito had no simple syrup, it tasted like club soda with lemon and lime. Bitter and bland. My husband tried and said the same thing I was thinking. Let Matt know something was wrong with the drink. He apologized and brought another, which sadly was made the exact same way, and undrinkable. At the end he offered to take it off the bill, thankfully. Twice we had to go to the bathroom and waitresses were blocking the way. It's so narrow between tables you awkwardly have to wait. As for the food. I ordered the crispy chicken salad. It was meh, the chicken was cold and not so crispy. My husband got the new chicken parm sandwich on ciabatta. The chicken tasted and looked exactly like a frozen chicken patty. Given the drink situation, and not liking to send stuff back, we each ate less than half (only because we were hungry and paying for it) and asked for the check. On the way out, the hostess still didn't say a word. Not "Have a good day", "Thanks for coming", really poor customer service. Not sure if they were having an off day or the standards are lower for this location, but we had never had a disappointing experience at T-Bones, until this one.

In the area and got hungry. My mom and I came here on a Saturday evening. I've never heard of the place nor know the quality but it was a nice dinner. I LOVED that you can call ahead to put your name on the wait list. They told us 30-35 min, we got there and waited a little bit longer (40 min total). It was awesome to have that option. We were seated and got our drinks and the bread. That bread is fabulous and fresh! We added the oil to the side which was good, the bread and butter alone were good as well. The menu is extensive and has many options for every palate. I was between a few and our waitress helped me with the salmon bowl. My mom got a chicken sandwich. The salmon bowl was great, I wasn't expecting the salmon to be fried, I thought it would come grilled (maybe nice to have that option). More salmon bites, maybe could have had more. My mom enjoyed her sandwich and the fries were good. The service got a little slow towards the end, had to keep asking for refills on drinks and at the end we just had none. All in all, nice evening with good food!

    Sub-Prime Rib cooked Medium(?)

T-Bones in Salem, NH is usually pretty consistent with decent sized portions of reasonably priced food. Recent Bar Expansion looks nice but the Dining Room side seems to have sacrificed some seating. But not this time. Saturday's "Prime" Rib was a huge $35 miss. We arrived shortly before 4:00 and Mrs. StoneOld asked if the Prime Rib was ready, as the Menu stated it was available at 4:00. Our Server offered to submit the order as it should have been ready at 3:55 if it was to be served at 4:00. WRONG. THE 20 minute wait should have been a warning sign. I realize that it must be difficult to prepare large portions of Beef on a tight schedule but sometimes discretion just might be the better choice. Just be honest and say it's not ready. The SUB Prime Rib that was presented had obviously spent some time under some type of secondary heating device (a broiler perhaps?) in an effort to hasten it's cooking (photo included). The result was a great big fail. Brown on the outside and overcooked on the inside. My All American Burger was a bit underwhelming, as well. The Burger was cold, two slices of Yellow American Cheese were unmelted and the requested "extra" pickles amounted to a total of 2. The Hamburger Roll was undersized, under-toasted and hard. BUT(!) the house made Potato Chips were really good. For some unknown reason, T-Bones has replaced their popular complimentary Bread with a smaller portion resembling the type served at an Aussie Steakhouse Chain with the addition of some type of oats sprinkled on top. Served cold and quite a letdown. What happened here, Chef Nicole?!?!?

We sat and were greeted by our server, she was nice and attentive despite being busy. I ordered a glass of the May Rosé special, and my mom got a nonalcoholic rosé. We both liked ours. Then we split the crab cake appetizer which we liked, although small...one piece for almost $20. We also were brought bread which was tasty paired with an olive oil mix. I ordered the butternut squash ravioli. There were only 6 of them but a good size, I opted out of a protein since they were a little pricey. I loved my meal, the sauce was creamy and paired nicely with the filling of the raviolis. My mom ordered the scallops that came with a lobster risotto. She liked hers as well and the scallops were a pretty good size. I will say the food was good and the overall experience was enjoyable despite having a high top even when I expressed to the host and manager it would be uncomfortable for my mother. We did see other moms receive a rose but my mom did not, I think only for the reserved tables and not any paying customer. Pricey but lovely inside and food quality was good just a little on the smaller side for portions. It's in a great location at the village so you can grab a bite to eat and walk around before or after. It made for a good Mother's Day meal.

The salad had no tomatoes in it and virtually very little lettuce. One lousy container of dressing that is no where near enough. The broccoli soup is watered down. Used to be thick. I could dip my bread in it. It is not only watered down it taste weird. The soup you buy in the market doesn't seem to be watered down. This lunch way WAY too expensive and didn't even enjoy it. A perfect example of company greed to make a buck. And then they are shocked when the business goes out of business! They deserve ZERO stars.

Today I had a half a day and like last Friday same thing I went and got the new chicken Caesar salad stuffer with the side order of the mac & cheese part of the pick two. And immediately when I got my order, I noticed that the mac & cheese looked very small compared to what I had last week, I went to my table, sat down, ate a couple bites of it, and it was lukewarm so I went back, and I asked them for another one and the manager.Jamilette immediately questions all the employees with a very harsh voice who served this blah blah blah and I quickly said it wasn't a whole one. It was part of a pick two, and I had told her that I'd eat a couple of bites of it so she assumed that I ate part of the Regular, serving. No, I did not. It was small to begin with compared to what I was served last week and someone else just ordered the same thing it was sitting on the counter. I pointed to that one. I said mine looks smaller than that one and she said that that was the right size and started arguing with me in front of all the customers I took it back to my table I sat down. I was so frustrated. I felt like asking for my money back, but I didn't do that. I went back up and asked her to reheat it. She threw it in the microwave, reheated it and gave it back to me and I told her she was horrible. She said she's been doing this for 18 years. Well, obviously, she needs to be retrained because you don't talk to people like that. I didn't do anything wrong. I was not rude to her. She was rude to me. The worst customer service I've ever had. I went outside and I called Panera and I told them what happened and they reported it and the guy on the phone was very nice to me and he offered to give me one of the sandwiches free. That isn't the point what she should've said was I am very sorry. I will get you another one and just get me a whole new another mac & cheese but no, she decided to talk to me harshly in front of all the other customers and in Yelp, there's another review with her listed as well. Maybe she needs retraining. I hope that Panera puts puts this incident in her file because she needs to be retrained. You can't talk to customers like she did to me today. And I live closer to one and I decided to go to the Salem New Hampshire one because it has a little bit better parking lot. I don't know if I'm going back to this one or not I haven't made up my mind especially I won't go back for lunch maybe for breakfast on Saturdays. Maybe management should ask their employees what they think of her because if she talks to me that way, and I saw her talking to the employees, I don't think she's very nice to them either.

I am sure it's a bit better in Winter and we were here in the dead of Summer (they stop serving at 2pm so that kinda sucks as well)...it's not a bad sandwich but it's like $2 worth of chicken on a roll for $11 plus tax. Okay, you could argue. maybe $3. This isn't something you NEED in your life...like I thought when I saw it on the TV show Chronicle. I'm glad I know and now I can move on with my life. The other sandwich we tried was The Bear. We didn't know about this one till we walked in, but I'm glad we mixed it up and got different things and shared them. This is basically an Italian Beef...which I never tried when I lived in Chi town for a spell. I can't compare it to anything but its a beef sandwich with some onions, peppers, etc. It is served with a side of Au Jus, which some will absolutely love. In short, I liked it because I like the beef aspect and while I typically love spicy things, this tasted as if some fool dumped a ton of ground pepper in a vat and cooked the beef that way. I personally think it was over-seasoned. If it was even a little bit subtler, I would have probably liked it a lot and might have gone for 4 stars. I do want to add there are two things I detest about this place: Just eating my food with my girlfriend and looking around and there massive ads for realtors and roofing guys (or other trades people) and EVEN WORSE, there is a bunch of religious stuff on one of the sides. I get it, the owner of this place can do what he will, it's their business. I just don't have to like it thrust in my face. This country was built on religious freedom and while I happen to have the same faith, I don't think anybody that doesn't should be subject to that. Moreover, when I go to lunch I just want a tranquil environment, particularly when I am overpaying...so I guess I feel like the food was okay, the environment was below par and for what we spent, we can do better and we will. Oh they sell some pies and fruit and stuff. I didn't look around too much since lunch was underwhelming, we def weren't leaving more money here...which is wild because my girlfriend rarely just wants to leave without buying a ton of stuff to bring home. TLDR - Food was okay, environment was lacking. Better value to be found elsewhere imo.
