In response to your message Stations, this time an allergy was not taken seriously. This very easily could have been our favorite place to eat at just like my good friend Charlie who was a regular there for a long time before he passed. This was a serious violation of my trust by your staff and one that I don't take lightly as it could have put me in the hospital. I thank you for sharing this with your staff as allergies are a serious concern of people who sadly have to deal with this in our lifestyle. It is possible I will give you all another chance as the food is really top quality, the service was amazing and the ambiance, are all reasons this was at the top of Charlie's list of places to eat and not many were recommended by him. I hope to give you another chance to serve me, but it will be with the highest caution as my allergy was not taken seriously on this experience and almost landed me in the ER.

Why haven't we been here yet? Great steaks, service and beautiful restaurant! Loved the live music as well! Chateaubriand was delicious as was the bread service, butter, wine selection and desserts! Thanks T-Bones. Very enjoyable!

T bones is a vibe. The restaurant is beautiful, upscale and perfect for Las Vegas locals dining out for some great dinner off the strip. Luis was our server and is an asset to their team. Everything from cocktails, to wine service and the GM Rob hitting the table to make sure everything went well was amazing.

Everything was phenomenal--an epic night from the wine to the food. It was an exquisite experience, and the bread selection to start really was a game-changer. The lobster chowder, crab cakes, and rock shrimp were absolute flavor bombs. The yellowtail was spectacular, offering a beautiful citrus profile that paired perfectly with the delicate hamachi. As for the mains, my Provimi veal chop with the lobster tails was exactly what I needed, and my wife's featured steak for the evening--the Snake River Farms American Wagyu Gold Label NY strip--was just as good and perfectly cooked. The silky potato purée and corn side were the perfect pairings. We finished the evening with the fried Oreos, crème brûlée, and what I believe was their butter cake, all accompanied by a beautiful, vibrant Cabernet Franc ice wine. Our server, Tristan, was great, as was the rest of the staff. Robert, the general manager, also stopped by to introduce himself, which was a wonderful touch of hospitality. After such a magical evening, I left with a massive smile on my face--and eyes I could barely keep open.

What a great experience. T-bones has such a lovely ambiance. Welcoming staff, live music and amazing food. My husband raved it's the best steak ever, he's gone a couple of times while on work trips and brought me and the kids to try it out. Everything was lovely. Parking was easy, restaurant was easy to find.

In the good weather, the outdoor experience for their Happy Hour is one of the best in town! We ordered one appetizer off of the regular menu and two from the happy hour menu. The tuna tacos, that have been on the Happy Hour menu for quite a few years, are still very good and I enjoyed every bite. Also from the Happy Hour menu, we ordered the cauliflower bites... Sauce on the side. They are fried, but breaded and not batter dipped, so they remain very light. Our server was very prompt, friendly and checked on us often. I remembered why this has always been one of my neighborhood favorites.

The hostess is friendly and courteous. Air-conditioned and clean establishment. Been coming here for years...consistent service from the waiters and bread/beverage server. Note: there was only one time that I was disappointed with the service from the waitress and bread/beverage server. It was on our 10th anniversary. Our order has been mostly the same...ribeye and cream corn, king crab (down graded from 1 lb to 1/2 lb) sometime with baked potato or tater tots or I'll forgo the side go with the Lobster chowder. The ribeye is received as ordered (medium rare charred). It's delicious, soft and still tastes good the next day for breakfast. The king crab is delicious and not salty. I miss my favorite white chocolate and cranberry with wheat germ sprinkles bread but my new favorite is the Blue Cheese Brioche although I normally don't like blue cheese and I'm not a cheese eater. It is buttery and soft. The raspberry sorbet was good. Sweet with a touch of tartness. The Watermelon sorbet was also good but too sweet for me. The sorbet was light and refreshing after the meal. I think having the Blue Cheese Brioche alongside the white chocolate and cranberry with wheat germ sprinkles bread would be good (wish it would come back...hint hint)

Everything was amazing. From check-in being so easy, being immediately sat (had reservations), greeted quickly, served hot and quick food. So good. Our server Tristan was very good. He answered questions we had, never made us feel rushed or anxious, and was friendly and attentive throughout our whole experience. I had a seasonal berry cocktail and it was delicious, surprisingly affordable too. We also enjoyed the steakhouse salad, crab cakes and a few different bread options which were offered a couple of times. Our entrees were the bone-in ribeye and bison ribeye with a side of mac and cheese. Both ribeyes were amazing! The mac and cheese was good, nothing too spectacular but it's a side so I wasn't expecting much. For dessert, our waiter brought us creme brûlée with chocolate covered strawberries and it was delicious, perfect light and not too sweet dessert to end a large meal. It is on the pricier side, though comparable to upscale steakhouses. If you're looking for a well aged, well cooked steak, this is the place. AND OFF STRIP!? LOCALS CHECK IN.

I had an amazing experience at T-Bones. Despite having visited Red Rock dozens of times for other restaurants, I'd never noticed T-Bones tucked in the back across from Lotus of Siam. The wait staff was so kind and accommodating. The restaurant was gorgeous. Definitely a place for date night or just grabbing a bite and a drink after work. The food was great. I had the filet mignon with a side of spinach and mushrooms. I'll definitely need to make my way back to try a few of the other menu items I was eyeing.

Update: I guess the customer service is truly terrible. I did email the gentleman that responded to my post with no response. I'm very disappointed for a restaurant in a casino.

As always, T-Bones restaurant exceeds my expectations with amazing service, ambiance, and food. First, compliments to the chef on the amazing, mouth-watering Dover Sole and Mediterranean Branzino. Tristen and his team were friendly and provided exceptional customer service. I am definitely coming back for some more.

The service is nice and friendly, and the atmosphere is upscale with price to match. Happy hour is a great way to try this place out, they have drinks and small bites to try out. The happy hour food portions are small, perfect if you want to snack while having drinks. The spirit menu prices are from what I was told are for drinks only if your like me and rather have my spirits near it will be at a higher price than what the menu shows. I ordered a Whiskey neat that was $13 on the menu but was charged $18 on the bill, and I was told it was because the spirit menu prices are for drink not neat pours. I get that you may get more than the 1.5 ounce spirit for a neat pour like a 2oz but that should be told or identified on the menu.

It would've been nice if we could've shared one lunch between the two of us (maybe we could've but we didn't ask). The portion for 1 is massive. For around $50, you get a lot of food - some items are supplemental like the Luger's German Fried Potatoes ($5 supplement/person) - which were phenomenal by the way. This lunch special is available Wed-Sun 11:30AM - 3:30PM 49.95 For the appetizer, I got the Caesar salad and my husband got the Luger's Sizzling Bacon (look at the photos below). The bacon was insane. If you like thick bacon (and I typically don't), you will certainly like this. It was incredibly flavorful and the texture was great, very smoky, almost steak-like bacon. My caesar salad was good, average good caesar. We both got the burger as our main course (add cheese $1.95). I thought it was too thick because I usually like a thinner burger to bun ratio. However, the burger was fantastic if you like a thick patty (over 1/2lb). My husband loved the burger and thought it was one of the best he's ever had so take that with what you will. (I thought it could've used more salt) You can pick a side (potatoes, creamed spinach - get the german fried potatoes) and there is still a dessert: "Holy Cow" Hot Fudge Sundae. I've never had german fried potatoes before but it sure is a lot of potato. Very delicious and crispy on the edges. I'm ashamed to say that I did not make a dent in the potatoes whatsoever. Sundae was average, but a nice way to end an already rich meal. Overall, I would definitely recommend the lunch special/power lunch. Service was great, and I was able to make a reservation very easily. Not packed on a weekday lunch either.

The first floor of the restaurant was very cool! You could see the cuts of meat in the refrigerators and there is also a bar on the left of the entrance. There was a beautiful chandelier by the staircase as well. The upstairs dining area was very plain however. Bare walls, industrial type of standard light fixtures. The server recommended the skirt steak which we ordered MR. Also ordered the ribeye, portobello mushrooms fries and the steak tartare to start. I've never seen a steak tartare come out brown as it shows in the photo. I was so hungry, so I tried some, assuming the kitchen wouldn't send out bad raw meat. It tasted ok but the more I kept eating the weirder I felt about the color. We asked the manager if this was a common occurrence as my experience with steak tartare had never been this way. She said that it shouldn't come out brown and said she'd take it off the menu. She then later came back to explain that the lime juice that's in the marinade oxidizes the raw beef so that's why it's brown... which is an acceptable answer I suppose? It just felt weird bc I couldn't find any photos of browned steak tartare on google when looking up the restaurant menu. The steaks we ordered MR came out. The ribeye was cooked decently but the skirt steak was more on the rare side so we had to send it back for an oven heat up for 1 more minute. I enjoyed the skirt steak but it was too sweet to enjoy the whole thing. Cooking it in the oven for another minute made it even sweeter. It tasted like over sweetened Korean galbi in steak form. I'd say the portobello fries was my favorite dish and decided to take the rest to go to pick at in the hotel. After dinner we were given the dessert menu which didn't really call out to me, but since we told the server it was our anniversary, they gave us complimentary sorbet which was very nice. I liked the sorbet quite a lot but I was pretty full so didn't get to enjoy much of it. The gesture was kind though. At the end, the steak tartare was not taken off our receipt so we had to ask for that to be taken off since the manager told us she'd do that. The server gladly obliged. I want to say, that there was a female employee - maybe a busser, who worked really hard to be attentive with our waters and clearing our plates. I wish I got her name! I believe she was Latina with a ponytail if that helps at all working Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend at 6PM. All in all, the experience was not as great as my husband's first time at the Henderson location - he said the cuts were so much bigger before and the ambience of the Henderson location was more fine dining-esque. But the economy is tough lately so I figured the quality could've easily gone down. Because the price points were very reasonable, I thought it was up to par with what we paid. Probably won't go back unfortunately but it was great to try it out. The plaza it is in is called Trivoli(?) and I thought it was a cute spot with a lot of shops. Although everything was closed by 8, we walked around to digest a little and enjoyed the evening.
