Coffee Lovers Boba is seriously underrated. For the price and quality, it's definitely worth a visit. I really like that they have a drive-through, which makes it super convenient. Came here over the weekend. It's easy to spot off the busy street of Tully. There's a small parking lot shared with other businesses. The place itself is spacious with plenty of seating both inside and outside, and they also have a drive-thru. It's an order-first, self-seating setup. I ordered the spring rolls, which were listed at $8.75. But when the cashier rang me up, it showed a spring roll and a croissant. Confused, I asked why a croissant was added when I didn't order one. He told me the actual price was $11.75, and the croissant was just a "placeholder" to make up the difference. I pointed to the menu showing $8.75, and right in front of me, they changed the price on the menu. That felt pretty sketchy. I won't be coming back anytime soon--for overpriced spring rolls and a confusing checkout experience, it's a pass for me. read more

The food and drinks are good. However, I don't like the vibe here in case of people profiling me at times (as evidence of looking at me in a very uncomfortable way). Staff are nice in my face but sometimes, I feel some of them are the ones giving me that wierd look. I especially do not appreciate that some of the people from SJPD (not all of them) have that condescending look towards me as well (when they dine there). It's also disgusting how homeless people would swarm around and bother other customers from the window. At least it wasn't as bad as before (not sure what year, probably either before the pandemic of 2020 or slightly after when this restaurant just opened from the pandemic) where a homeless person was inside the restaurant and was yelling while security was dining in not doing anything about it (the waiter just apologized and didn't do anything to call security or police). I let it all pass. Now what got me really upset today is that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the bathroom floors were a mess, and the floors at the dining table were a mess UPON MY ARRIVAL. I also stepped something really sticky under my foot. I shouldn't need to ask to have staff clean the tables and under it. It should be cleaned right before anyone can sit on it. Anyhow, I've been going here for years and it wasn't like this. This weirdness started to happen since 2025 in my opinion. I'm surprised they're still open. Love the drive thru! I have toddlers and kiddos. It is difficult to get out of the car and unload the pack. Came in the other day and asked for a table for 2 and was pointed at a table that was open but was never walked to it or anything but alright that's whatever. I waited 10 mins and a server never came at all and went to a table that sat down after us and took their order right away. I've been coming into T Coffee lovers to study with some friends during the week. It's pretty spacious inside so plenty of tables and booths to sit down and enjoy your food and drinks. So far I've tried the popcorn chicken, Italian French soda (strawberry) and the Fitness fanatic smoothie. So far all the snacks and drinks are pretty good here and have a nice relaxed esthetic inside. Just be mindful of the area, there are some homeless people walking around the area or even coming inside. They told me it was going to be about 10 minutes for the order to be ready. 40 minutes later and no one came to give me my food. Iced water is $1.50... My friends and I decided to go out and eat and this was the only place nearby open after 10:00pm. The staff are nice and the restaurant was very spacious with seats everywhere. My friends and I were planning to eat outside since the weather was nice, but there was a lingering smell of smoke so we chose to eat inside. The only food worth it here are the plates. My friend ordered Banh Uot and I ordered Rice Noodles. Another friend ordered a Banh Mi, but it was pretty small so you're better off ordering a Banh Mi at Lees Sandwiches or Banh Mi Oven or Dakao Sandwiches if you want one more filling. Calamari fries are pretty TINY and firm, which makes it difficult to poke your skewer through them. I thought it was weird our Iced Water came in plastic disposable cups and round lids instead of a cup because we were dining in. At the end, I learned they charged us! Surprisingly enough, they did not charge my friend for her tea. Although, the tea was too sweet for her to finish (you can taste the syrup) so fair warning. Bathroom - I don't usually add these but I think it is important to caution everyone about grabbing toilet paper for yourself... Normally when you pull for some toilet paper, the whole roll does not slide off the toilet paper holder and fall onto the floor and into the other stall... This one does though so be extra mindful when grabbing for toilet paper. Hands down, this spot is the best among the 2 locations! The service is excellent, the food is amazing, the drive-thru is a definite plus, and it stays open until midnight. At the drive-thru, when your food takes a while to come out, they will ask you to pull over to the side and bring the food out to you. I always find myself here after a night out or for a midnight snack. My favorites are the Vermicelli Beef (Mien Xao Bo) and the Fried Calamari with basil. You can't go wrong with the Udon or Macaroni noodles with Pork (Banh Canh Heo or Nui) or the Steak Sandwich either. Avoid looking at the menu within the drive-thru, as it's a bit outdated. Today, we decided to ask for a menu, and they provided it through a QR code. I'm sharing this with anyone who might be unsure about what's on the menu. It seems they've added some new items! Before, the flavors were power punching and aromatic, but this recent time, it tasted diluted/cut back even at first sip. Service is not the best and they charge you $0.50 for water. I really only would go here if you need a place to study late at night. Just be aware that there are no plugs. 5 stars strictly for Coffee Lovers' bo luc lac [Vietnamese Shaken Beef]!!! My guy decided to try Coffee Lovers for dinner one night since our toddler is an avid bo luc lac eater. We opted for the shaken beef and paid a little extra for egg noodles. The noodles were cooked well and had good flavor thanks to the beef, onion, & bell pepper concoction. We made a return visit the following week and went with the typical beef and macaroni combo. Noodles were tender enough for our lazy chewer to manage and the flavors, again, were spot on. It may not look like it from the outside, but they have plenty of seats inside, as well as plenty of outdoor seating. They also have a drive-through, which is super convenient, but the wait is long, especially when there are multiple cars in front of you. I would get a combination banh mi and a jasmine milk tea here. The banh mi is decent, it satisfy the cravings when I am craving one at night and all the other banh mi spots are closed.
