This place has very good boba drinks! Matcha and black tea were excellent. I will definitely be stopping by on my drive up north.

I've tried T% in other parts of the Norcal area and this location maintains similar quality and service. I especially love the fact that they have ceremonial grade matcha, it makes it stand out from other boba shops that only use culinary grade. I'm not a boba fan generally but my family is and I brought my daughter with to try out this new addition to the Davis scene. We ordered their specials: Tiger Brown sugar latte and Crème Brûlée Boba latte. We also decided to try the unique looking mochinuts. Both boba drinks were really good although, with 50% sugar, mine was still very sweet. My daughter, a boba connoisseur, really enjoyed her Tiger Brown Sugar latte. What I liked most was the mochinuts. They reminded me of homemade donuts my family used to make as a kid. They have a very different texture (almost doughy) than a normal doughnut but that's what I liked the most. Because you have to buy at least three (didn't like that part) we tried the: cookies and cream (good but sweet), churro (very good) and the Raspberry funnel cake (our favorite). The service and food are great in my opinion. I had the black milk tea with boba and the hot Cheetos mozzarella stick. Order ahead of time before going into the store because on the weekends it's busy! The ambiance and music are a vibe especially when waiting for your food. Hoping for more meal choices in the future. Also, the mochi donuts are my favorite as well. Especially the churro, s'mores, and taro donuts. read more

One of my first times ordering here, the shop is small and more of a order and go kind of place. You order on the machines and pay with card. I usually order a milk tea with boba at boba shops but I wasn't feeling it today and ordered the strawberry green tea with lychee as an add on. It was really refreshing and the lychee really goes well with the drink itself. I didn't notice the lime slices until I got back home but that also added an interesting twist to the drink. I was so excited when I saw T% at Davis, it is one of my most favourite boba franchise. I've ordered here three times, the first time was good but my two recent orders were a little disappointing. For the second time, they forgot to add the topping I ordered for my drink, which I couldn't tell and found out when I got out of the store. The third time I order less ice, but I got annoyed that they didn't fill up the cup. I also ordered less ice twice before and they did fill the milktea up both times, so I think it was weird they didn't do it this time. Sometimes I order less ice bc I don't want my drink to be too cold not with less drink..I might be weird about the less ice situation but for a $7.0 drink, I thought adding less drink is also questionable. Also, the ordering app doesn't let me choose milk alternatives like other T% locations, which is something I don't like about this store. Overall, they are not that good comparing to other T% stores, but they are a good choice if you want to try new boba place in Davis. read more

I haven't tried many of their drinks yet but the ones I did try (Brown sugar boba latte and house milk tea) were pretty good. Nothing extraordinary about these drinks, that's just because of my basic boba likings lol. I do want to try their more unique drinks because they all look really good. The Korean hot dogs are absolutely bomb. I love them with my whole heart. My favorite is the potato hot dog with all mozzarella inside. Just delicious, never fails. Something that bugs me a bit is how long the wait is for the drinks and hot dogs. I understand that both take time to make but 20 minutes for one drink and one hot dog while there were only 3 customers? Kinda lengthy if you ask me, but I guess the products are worth the wait lol. Again, the space is kind of small and can get cramped while you wait for your order along with other people. There is small seating outside the building though which is nice. 2.5* stars I am sad to say I did not enjoy T% Coffee + Tea. I ordered a Strawberry Matcha and my mom ordered a Thai tea. We both opted for 80% sugar - we understand that it would not be as sweet as an average drink. However, these drinks were lackluster in flavor. The strawberry was overpowering the milky matcha (unfortunately, I did not taste the matcha much) and instead of real strawberry, I think they use puree or jam which is FINE but it was the only flavor I could taste. I am an avid strawberry matcha drinker and not once have I experienced such a strange texture. I think because they use a jam/puree, I could feel the seeds even more than usual? As in, there were no bits of strawberries to chew on so it was strawberry liquid with seeds. (BTW: I let my mother AND roommate try the drink and neither of them liked it.) For seven dollars, I was severely disappointed. The Thai tea was decent though, nothing extraordinary or disgusting. The boba was alright, I prefer soft boba and it was chewy I suppose. There was also an issue with getting the drinks as they said our order was ready and only one drink (Thai tea) was on the table. Then, we waited for a bit for the matcha, and still, it was not available. If we had not asked the cashier for the matcha, we would have waited for a while as they assumed the Thai tea was being made (which was already given to us). Not sure if that makes any sense but it was not a big deal, I did not mind it. Just giving this tidbit as a part of my experience at T%. I would like to go back and try their snacks but the drinks are subpar at best in my experience which is unfortunate because I really wanted to enjoy this spot. read more

I came here twice and got the brown sugar milk tea as well as the cream brûlée and both of them were really good. The boba isn't the best but the drink is amazing. If you go here at night it is a bit difficult to find parking since it's in the downtown but there is a parking lot half a block down. The store front is really small and people order on the kiosk but doesn't wait outside and no one say anything so it makes it kind of hard when everyone is just crowded together. I would expected the workers to say wait outside so people can order and it'll be easier to call out the order number instead of everyone talking inside but they didn't. Other than that this place is amazing and I would come back for more boba next time! read more

legit place for a variety. if i don't like it too sweet, this is our go-to for the past 4 days... - matcha oreo tornado at 20% is the way to go - tiger boba milk latte (for kids who don't drink caffeinated drinks) at 30-50% - oreo smoothie 30-50% - hey sesame 30% they wil adjust ur sweetness if it's not on the menu. super nice staff. read more
