Of all the T Mobile stores we have been to, this one by far has the most honest and helpful service. Because is in the Spectrum, and if this is the only place you need to go to, it can be inconvenient. But for us it is worth going to this location to make sure we get the best service. This place has excellent customer service - the best I have ever experienced. They were fun too. The whole place felt like a great place to work - good morale. Nino had excellent understanding of the products. Very helpful. Loved the value and offerings. Took extra time to setup my Netflix and other things. These associates do not make you feel welcome or a valued customer with T-Mobile. I came in one day to ask them about getting a replacement phone since I've cracked my screen and it was unresponsive. The man who gave little to no attention to my concern suggested I call T-Mobile and get them to send over my replacement. After calling T-Mobile customer care, I realized that the guy at T-Mobile gave a lot of incorrect advice. I mentioned what he has said to the operator and the operator was confused and told me whoever I heard such information was incorrect. Example would be shipping the replacement overnight: the man said that it would be an additional charge to send the package overnight but the operator said it was free. Please share valid and correct information with your customers next time. I'd hate to make the operator think that the associates I speak to at any T-Mobile location are stupid. read more

John H. and Fabiola are a dream team! I never make impulse purchases... Yet after my first interaction with John and Fabiola I was convinced it was time to switch my family over to T-Mobile. I never felt pressured, and was instead simply presented with the facts which I needed to determine if T-Mobile would be an improvement over our current service, which it is. But it was John and Fabiola who personally won us over (we even bought two new phones, AirPods, and the T-Mobile television thingy). Spent a lot of time there over the past several days. After 20+ years with another carrier, wanted to be sure before I made the switch. Matt G. Worked with us. He took his time and answered all our questions. He offered us the opportunity to try T-Mobile service before we made any decisions. He set us up with a new SIM card and a temporary number. We spent the next couple of days around our home, and our neighborhood, making sure the coverage was what we needed. Then we needed to switch our plans. We went back and worked with John, Matt's Supervisor. John spent several hours with us first porting our numbers from the old carrier to T-Mobile so we never lost a beat. The John helped me with a new phone. No pressure, just answered our questions and got us what we wanted. John then transferred service from 1 "not-so-old" phone to the new phone, and then did the same for an even older phone to the "not so old" phone. Careful each step of the way to make sure we were both satisfied. From beginning to end, John was there every step of the way, and never moved ahead until we were ready. He was patient and very helpful. We are new to T-Mobile, but if this type of service is an indication, I think we are in for a great time. I recommend either Matt or John. Give them a chance, and I think you will be satisfied. read more

This review is for Jonathan. I came in today to try to resolve some issues with my phone. I have my phone insured with TMobile and have had all my issues fixed previously multiple times with no issues. It's been a long time since I've had a negative experience at TMobile. I had informed Jonathan that I was an authorized user on the account. And that it's been years. But he CLAIMED that I wasn't on it. "Double checked". When I insisted that I was an authorized user, he "checked" the notes and there I was. I've never had so much attitude at TMobile. I understand that working a job that deals with people isn't always pleasant, but please fix your attitude. Your job is in customer service. My issue today was that my phone screen freezes periodically and I have to hard reset my phone. It's been annoying so I came in today. He was unable to replicate my issue and said that even though my warranty covers it. He would not help me, but I could call another number (didn't even give me the number). So basically my trip to TMobile was a waste today. I've had the same issue before and a TMobile representative at this location helped me. read more

If you ever need a T-Mobile phone, please get one here from Brittanie. I just had the most AWESOME and helpful customer service ever from her. She really went beyond the scope of her job to help me out. What happened: Went out yesterday without the canine sidekick. We used to keep her in the bathroom with toys/snacks/blankets/etc. but recently I've left her for short periods of time in our bedroom with no problem. However, I forgot that dogs are really Hoover vaccuums in disguise. She ate my boyfriend's cell phone charger. Almost all of the little charging prongs are MIA. But, Florance, you have another charger. Nope. Emma covered her bases by severing my charger from the rest of the unit. Oops. My charger is now in two pieces. Has anyone heard of a dog who has 15 (Count 'em!) toys who can still destroy two phone chargers in 3 hours? I haven't either. So anyway, T-Mobile.com still carries our charger (for our ancient archaic phones) so I figured the store should have them too. But I was wrong. What Brittanie did: She apologized and sympathized with our plight. She said that we could get a new phone or she has a spare charger at home we could have. She said she had three once, but she's already given away two. If I would come back the next day, she would have it for me. Oh, she thought my puppy was the cutest dog she've ever seen. Scored another point in my book. I came back today and she gave me the charger. Free. I offered several times to pay her for it but no, she's like, "It's no problem!" See! Ok, so I recently switched to T-Mobile... I have been a Verizon customer for as long as I can remember, put Verizon seems to be a bit pricey and for what???? I basically Yelp, Text & Instagram, so I don't really need the voice line hahaha For whatever reason, I was at the Spectrum and figured what the heck lets see what T-Mobile can do for me. Man did I make the right choice. Kara was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the plans and what T-Mobile could offer me. She definitely knows her stuff. Not only is mine and my daughters phone bill cut in almost in half but we got better phones and the whole no contract and jump plan is awesome. I am already counting the days until I can upgrade again to the new Samsung Galaxy 5. It's located in a great spot next the good restaurants people actually eat at and the movie theater. Smart thinking. I have even been back to this location to add an Ipad Mini for my girlfriend(who still has Verizon lol) and even with all 3 items/lines it's still cheaper then my old Verizon Locked Down contracted bill. It's even easy to run in and pay your bill. For whatever reason, I wasn't able to pay my bill online and had realized, whoops its due this day. Ran in, everyone there was so polite and even remembered me from the last time. Prolly cause I took so long deciding on the Samsung or the LG ... which I asked all the employees opinion hahaha. Extremely friendly staff, ease of transaction, well explained policy and pricing. I couldn't ask for a better location. I mean, I drive from Carlsbad to OC to pay my bill... well that's not the only reason, but its definitely worth stopping in where you feel a great vibe. read more

Horrible service, lies and possible fraud. I went to activate 2 iPad's and purchased 2 sim cards. They said they had to charge them separately and after the first charge, they said they were having "issues" with the POS. I called my credit card and there were no issues on their end. So they kept trying...even tried a different card. A week later, I check my credit card statements and they charged me 3 times. I printed out the statements and took it back to the store. They said they couldn't refund me the money because they couldn't find the charge on their daily sales report! I showed them the statements that clearly shows they over charged me and they can't give my money back??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME! They came up with some BS that I needed another SIM card and said they wouldn't charge me for this new one to make up for over charging me. SERIOUSLY??? Enough can be said about T-Mobile's cell service...but throw in horrible service, lies and stealing money and talk about one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. read more

I recently switched to tmobile from Verizon for their promo of get out of the red. The lady who helped us was super nice and efficient but there was a miscommunication on what the program was. I called the store and spoke to a Sandy and asked me to come to the store so we can sort it all out. John, the manager, immediately came out and addressed me personally and was sincere when he apologized. They have since rectified the situation, exceeded my expectations and got a customer for life. Not sure why I felt the need to go in to a store when I guess I could have just called their main line. I was looking to find out more about their services and if my phones would work with their network. I drove all the way to the store only to be ignored while I was there. There were two guys there at 11am on a Friday but apparently it either takes two guys to focus on one customer or the one who was available was more interested in acting busy than actually being busy. I came into the store and there were 2 customer's already there. One rep was helping the first customer and there was a lady at the desk. Then the second rep comes out of the back and tells the lady at the desk that it will just be a little longer because they were working on it. So I wait there as he goes to the computer then to a display and then back to the computer. Never acknowledging me or even letting me know that he knew I was there. I tried to make eye contact but to no avail. After staring at his screen for a bit he walks to the back door and opens it up. Looks at me from across the room but still doesn't acknowledge me in any way. Then walks out with his co-worker who is holding a couple of phones. I wait a bit while they are talking to each (the co-workers) and then I gradually start to make my way towards the exit - still no acknowledgement - so I left. read more

I just spoke with "John", one of the store managers. I told him how his employees sold me a wireless charger that is incompatible with the three iPhones which our family purchased back in December. He got rude with me and made a huge issue of why it took so long to notify them. I walked into their store last month with the wireless charger. The girl sent me away because a certain number of days had past. These devices do not work properly. My brand new iPhone 12 mini and my wife's Pro Max phones weren't working correctly the first two months. I was calling Tmobile every other day. They claimed it was their cell towers being worked on for 5G upgrades. So all of their electronics have issues and you get caught up dealing with major issues and deal with minor issues later. So I'm not going to this location anymore, and I'm contacting corporate. I may drop Tmobile completely when our contract is over. The Ubiolabs wireless charging pad said that "We do not process refunds. Please take this back to the retail store in which you've purchased the unit from. I apologize for the inconvenience. Apple threw a curveball at all companies that make mobile accessories." So Tmobile is selling it's customers incompatible electronics and will not refund you. They just want to argue and try to make you feel stupid. read more

Today my me and my dad went to T-Mobile with my whole family of 8. We were coming from at&t and looking to get a cheaper deal with unlimited data! Store salesman Tony was incredible. I'm not kidding when I say that this guy was working straight for 4 hours non stop transferring everyone storage and iCloud stuff and upgraded everyone's phones. He was throughout with his skills and nice too. There were a lot of complications due to us leaving at&t but he had the answers to all our questions and helped up figure everything out. In the end of the day we cut our bill down by 40% and went from sharing 8 lines with 20 gigs of data at at&t to having unlimited 4g LTE data with T-Mobile. I would highly recommend going to this T-Mobile store and making an appointment with Tony if you want A1 service and someone who's not gonna skimp you into a bs deal. read more

He helped us right away and had everything in stock for what we were looking for. He made the process quick and informative answering all our questions and being sensitive to our time. He is the best definitely recommend going to him about any questions or new phone purchases. He recommended us screen protectors for our new phones as well and we were sold. Helpful store considered going with them for service but decided to stick with AT&T. They have good prices and they have good devices however I really just don't like the coverage map. Update: Much better experience this time around. Last night me and my boyfriend walked into t-mobile with the intention of using the jump program to trade my phone. Both him and I had lots of questions especially since there is the 3 times a year jump program now and multiple employees were happy to help and answer them. Despite the store seeming rather busy when we walked we were not ignored or made to wait before someone introduced themselves and told us it would be a moment. Nadia in particular was incredibly helpful she even went above and beyond the call of duty and gave me her card to call her specifically if I have any issues. I am not sure if my previous review had anything to do with the changes since my last experience there but I do feel like it has improved a lot and am much happier as a customer especially being as location wise this is the store I prefer to go to.
