After spending about 60 minutes on ignore (hold) I have just been informed that I cannot cancel insurance on our 2 phones. We have paid $36.00 a month for 2 years that equals $864.00. I could have bought another phone for that. Was told I am not authorized user and they can't get into account without my husbands approval. I pay the bills but they won't cancel my insurance and let us save $36.00 a month that we need during the pandemic. They will take my money but won't provide me with a request. Asked what if husband died and they replied fax me a copy of death certificate and we will help you. All they care about is money NO SERVICE. Do not get them for cell service. Will not recommend you unless you like no resolution and paying for a service I cannot cancel. read more

Exceptional service was received from Carlos at this store. My wife and I ungraded our Sprint phones and needed to have some devices switched around after the purchase. It took a lot of time to complete all our requests and Carlos and two other (Brian and H?) patiently stayed almost 2 hours past closing to help complete the tasks on a Friday evening. worst customer services ever! I was instructed by T-mobile customer service to go to this store and return a single booster. I got to this store at 7:30 PM and asked them to process the return, they rep whom was helping me told that he can not access my account and asked me to contact customer service, I requested him to call their corporate office as I already called CS on the same day and I was instructed to come to store. he called and the rep on the phone was not able to understand how to process the return so I asked her to bring a manager on the line, long story short, while we were waiting for the corporate CS to figure out how to process the request, the other store employee named David, told me I have to leave the store otherwise he will call security! I was shocked and humiliated! I was told by corporate CS to go to this store! I asked them to read the notes on my account which was indicated that I was told to go to this store! I asked to add note to my account that I came to store and they refused to accept the return so I can follow up with Corporate CS and he saied, No, we don't do this and I have to leave the store for the 5th while we were waiting for CS to figure out how this can processed! He called the security at 7:55 At about 7:59 the corpses CS manager was able to issue a return label and emailed to me and I left the store before security arrives. Question: 1- how on the earth would humiliate a customer! 2- you call your sled expert but even can not pull up an account?!!! 3- you see the instructions and notes from corporate CS manager on the account, if you don't know how to process, you should contact some one that knows how to do it instead of insulting client! read more

Wish I can only rate the employee not the store. I love to go to this store, employees are nice and knowledgeable. They help me all the time even I just have inquiry. Until I walked in today and met Tony. (I hope they only have one Tony because this is meant for what I experienced today.) I was excited walking in and happy at some point because I just received on the mail the new iPhone I ordered. Came back to this store to ask some of questions that I'm not familiar on doing, transferring and trading my old phone etc. Don't get me wrong, he answered everything but his tone of voice is just with attitude, felt like he is forced to help me. I felt my energy was dragged down and he made me felt I'm not supposed to ask questions. After we're done, I walked out upset. I'm sure he's a nice person but I think he's just selective! I do not recommend purchasing a phone here! I had Sprint (that offered me unlimited data). My fiancé suggested that we go to another provider that offered a better family plan so he talked with a t-mobile rep (Jonathan was his name) about phones and plans that would be cheaper for us in the long run but Jonathan did more harm than good. He lied about receiving a tmobile credit card if we paid our old phones back to original prividers, so technically we would get our money back and get new phones, he fooled us at the end. We had to go through this whole process of sending our invoices and waiting months for our money, in the end we didn't get fully reimbursed for the amount we paid. WE GOT SCAMMED! read more

t-mobile has the same problem as every other provider, absolutely awful customer service. online services are generally pretty useless. when you call suport, you will likely wait from 10 to 20 minutes while listening to extremely annoyng music (are they trying to make you go away?) when someone finally answers they ask a lot of questions to verify it's you, the problem is some of these questions are confusing and sometimes you don't have the information they want, they might send you some code or something, and you try again. read more

Being in the area, my family and I decided to drop in to this location. The mall was packed and so was the store. We were promptly greeted upon entering the store. The store manager was the one that helped us in looking for some new accessories. After deciding on some wireless headphones a few phone cases and screen protectors, we were good to go. The screen protector was placed on a phone as were the two phone cases. The entire staff that was there yesterday evening were very friendly and helpful. Even though this location is about one hour away and there are closer locations to me, I have now made this my store of choice. read more

i love this store. super convenient location and the staff is really knowledgeable. switched to t-mobile after 10+ years on the at&t death star. t-mobile is so much better and much faster in every way. i pay attention to data speed and call coverage. with t-mobile the data speeds are regularly over 100Mbps download on iphone 11 Pro. before on at&t i was getting 2Mbps and randomly dropped calls in Laguna on the weekends when all the tourists come. at&t says there's nothing they can do because of "network capacity". luckily t-mobile doesn't have that problem. couldn't be happier now! read more

I am so over T-Mobile and I feel like I need to tell everyone how horrible they are. 4 months ago in May their servers were compromised and a hacker stole my T-Mobile phone numbers and ported them to metro pcs. I stayed on the T-Mobile hotline all morning trying to resolve the issue until I had to go into the store. I went to the store in Huntington Beach and they made me a new account. One of the things they didn't mention was by making me a new account I had to pay their stupid fee again. When u sign up for T-Mobile your first month you don't get a full month. You only get 3 weeks. They said it was a first month fee or something. So not only was it their fault I got hacked, but I also had to pay for it. Then June rolls around and I start getting collection calls... I call T-Mobile and they assure me that nothing is wrong. I get more calls so I call back the next day and talked to another lady who told me that T-Mobile "accidentally" opened a second account in my name and were charging me for it. She ended up waving the fee but that situation was completely irresponsible of them. After then more little stuff kept happening. I received more collection calls because apparently a payment I made in April wasn't processed correctly and didn't go through. And some months I would get a text saying I owed more on my phone bill than I should have. In July I got a text saying I owed $200 where it should have been $106. I went into the store and they got it down to $120. Still unacceptable. So they got it down to $109. A completely unnecessary situation. A few days ago my phone got stolen while I was at work. The only thing T-Mobile could do was charge me $20 for a SIM card, like I haven't gone through enough shit with them or paid them more money than I should have. I had AT&T for a few years before I switch to T-Mobile. I never had a single issue with them. I'd Advise everyone to stay clear of T-Mobile. To this day after all the crap that I had to deal with because of them I still have not received anything other then an inauthentic apology. read more

T-Mobile is the absolute worst service provider on the planet. In fact I often wonder what planet they do service, because it isn't this one. There aren't dropped calls, rather you get a prompt that the number you've dialed isn't registered with the network. WTF does that mean? I pay for extra data and when I tether to my laptop it just arbitrarily disconnects. What they do very well is billing, they've never been late. I have issues every week, I no longer bitch about it because they can't fix the chitty service so I have to live with it until my contract expires. I tried to get the early termination fee waived because of the chitty service but they said no you must pay for chitty service, and like it. A couple of my friends inquired about my service but I quickly dissuaded them. They have zero integrity. I called customer service and spoke to someone in the Philippines, I asked to speak to someone in the states so I was transfer to another person, who in their best pigeon english tried to trick me into thinking they were in the states. When I asked them a question about the U.S. she had to admit she was in the Philippines. Now that's integrity. A customer service supervisor was supposed to call me back, never did, now that's integrity. Biggest POS service ever. I prefer my two cans and a string. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. I've enjoyed coming to this T-Mobile location for help for the last couple of years but my visit this week soured my experience. I won't be coming back here for help, I would rather call for help than come to this physical location. I think his name was Mino who helped me initially and turned me away to call T-Mobile about my account because "there was nothing he could do the prompts on his tablet won't let him do what I'm asking". I had a delinquent account that I was going to pay and I wanted to jump my phone but he just was not helpful and left it at call T-Mobile. I was on the phone for 30 minutes with a T-Mobile rep who was very nice and she called the location to tell them they could've helped me if they looked into it further. The phone rep told me to go back after speaking to Mino and they will help me after all. I did end up getting my new phone here but it took way longer than it should have. The only positive of this was the phone rep and Husam from this location, he was helpful and friendly. Husam brought up my rating from 1 to 3 stars. read more

I've been with T-Mobile now for about two years I've had iPhones since they came out in 2007 the iPhone 6 Plus is a piece of garbage because no matter how careful you are they just break I am Apple needs to have a recall or a class action lawsuit. I contacted Apple yesterday because I had a problem with my phone again they told me to go to T-Mobile and Apple I went to my local T-Mobile in Lake Forest but they did not have any iPhone 7 Plus ,so I am going to the Irvine spectrum where I have been before and they have always treated me great there. But before I went to the spectrum T-Mobile I stopped at Apple and it was the worst experience of my life. I use yelp a lot and I never have given a bad review, I don't want to cause drama for people however this is gonna be my first bad review typically if it's bad I let it go if it's good I'm gonna say something right away so unfortunately Apple you guys have a problem furthermore Chris at the T-Mobile store at the spectrum in Irvine was a total gentleman. He listened understood was patient it was a very long story and I just can't say enough good and how he handled such a tough situation and such an unhappy not to mention irritated and quite frankly upset and irate customer. I was on the AT&T plan and T-Mobile has a much better plan and price, I travel a a lot to Europe and now I do not have to pay roaming charges. I decided to go into the store during my lunch hour very busy but the people working were very patient and respectful. Chris S. was amazing I had a lot of questions and issues with my old phone and old contract he took care of all of it. I always hated to go to the AT&T store but now I love this place. The store and the people are great.....the problem for this place is the customers a lot of angry impatient immigrants/muslims wow very rude, cut in line very rude to the T-mobile employees, one of the ladies with kids in tow tried to steal a phone. She and her family got really mad at me for narking on her......I see that all over Europe very sad..... now they are doing it here. read more
