Very poor customer service. I was first told the store was closed when the door was open and the open sign was on. I wish my home town had more good boba spots like this. Gotta hop on the freeway and go a few exits down to get here but they don't fail. The boba is actually tasty here but be careful! You can get really full just off an appetizer here with a boba drink. Everything is really filling but really good! They're pretty much always busy and for the amount of traffic that flows through here, the workers get everything out in a good amount of time. On that note, this place can get very noisy as well. And when people are waiting for their food/drinks, you feel like you're being stared at if you're dining in. The not very much parking and is kinda tight. I would definitely give this place a 5-star rating, but the staff aren't the most welcoming when you come in the restaurant. Plus, when calling in my order, I feel a bit rushed even though I order the same thing and I always know what I want. I order staples of many bubble bars, including this one: (basil) popcorn chicken, passion fruit smoothie with pearls and fried tofu. Their popcorn chicken is a basil popcorn chicken and it is probably the best that I've had of any bubble bar. A definite must order. The fried tofu is lightly battered and fried and taste typical of any fried tofu. They do offer some delicious sauces that enhance the taste and it's definitely worth trying. Not much to say about the smoothies. They are good and I've only had a few flavors and they were all pretty good. My favorite is passion fruit smoothies with pearls so I will probably stick with that one. read more

Very lovely small boba shop. I really enjoyed my Matcha Fresh Milk Tea. They only had small tapioca boba available which I didn't mind. Unfortunately due to covid, indoor seating was closed and became a storage area so we had to take our boba to go. Apparently the area which the shop is located isn't a good area because my rental car window got smashed whilI waited in line. I don't blame that on the boba shop though, and waiting for the cops was more enjoyable while sipping on my boba. read more

Decent milk tea that's conveniently close to home! T4 San Pablo is a hot spot for the local youth and seems to have become the new favorite milk tea spot in the community. Before T4 came along, many of us spent our days at Limon just across town. While it is its own franchise, I can say that the T4 keeps busy and provides convenient service, drinks, and food. I tend to like grabbing basic drinks here -- milk tea, matcha, etc. There's wifi, so it's a nice alternative to a cafe (and way better if you're more into boba than coffee). read more

Was excited for a T4 opening near home but service sucks. Honey Green Tea with aloe is too sweet, no tea quality whatsoever. Customer service is rude! Overheard the cashier girl calling my friend "pok gai" in cantonese to her coworker... terrible! Rather drive a little farther to Berkeley for UCha/Asha Tea/Sharetea! They have way better service and quality drinks there. Also, when they give you stamp card, when it's time for your free one, you will only get a "regular size" with no topping, whereas the above places I mentioned or even other T4 places that I've been to would give you a large size + toppings without hesitant! read more

This is the worst T4 location I've ever been to. I keep coming back because it is the only decent boba joint around San Pablo. Although the drinks and snacks are fairly good the employees are EXTREMELY RUDE LIKE WHO RAISED YALL?! It's like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed every single day. Maybe they should get jobs that don't require basic customer service. My friend and i were standing there waiting for one out of the three/four employees that were working to take our order for over 10 minutes. Pretty sure they saw us but pretended to not acknowledge us. So one comes to the register, does not greet us. Obviously i did not expect "hi what can i get for you today" cause they saw us and looked away when we were waiting for one of them to take our order but they couldn't have just said "hi." Decent location. We do not really have places like T4 in the San Pablo/Richmond Area (normally, I have to journey to Berkeley or Oakland for a solid spot), so it is full quite often. The drinks are made fairly quickly. There is a minimum of $6 for all credit card purchases and if you order an egg waffle, you will be waiting for at least 15+ minutes after you receive your drink. My go to is the Brown Sugar Iced Milk. A very subtle sweet that is refreshing on a hot day. The peppermint milk tea is also amazing. Pleasant after fast. Note, this place is in between the worlds best Chines Food Place (hello Asia Delight) and a liquor store. So that means parking can be crazy and a little sketch. Plan accordingly! read more

I've come here on a number of occasions and always feel really unsatisfied with my boba. I love their many options. I've tried a few different flavors like the jasmine green milk tea, matcha, earl gray, and mango slush and all have been really underwhelming and more on the watered down side. I don't taste the strong tea flavor that I look for in milk teas/boba. Their tapioca is spot on though. Each time I've come it's been consistent in texture and taste which I appreciate and probably what draws me back in. Service has always been fast and efficient. No problem there. I've tried a few of their snacks from the popcorn chicken, takoyaki, and fish balls. All have been tasty. It does take awhile for the food to come out. Parking can be tough. Went here last night with some friends. The employees wanted to leave early, and were talking about this while we were in line. My friend who ordered in front of me asked for boba, but was informed they were sold out. That is understandable because it was getting close to closing time. We ordered egg puffs, but we were informed they stopped taking orders for this a few minutes prior. Again, it was getting close to closing, and the employees wanted to leave. A friend ordered after me and asked for boba. She was *not* informed they were out of boba. On top of that she was charged for the boba, which she found out after we had left. We have been here a few times, and while customer service could have been better, the products were tasty so we always came back. YAY! T4 is now open!!! I know we have all been waiting for a new boba place to finally open in our area. I've always been a huge fan of T4 ever since I first had it at the San Leandro location so having one here is amazing. The reason for the 4 stars is because they just opened and there is always room for improvement! My friend and I went during the second day of them opening and this location is much smaller than the other ones I've been to but nonetheless the menu is pretty much the same. We ordered the potted milk tea, Okinawa, mango and passion fruit smoothie. Personally we both loved the milk teas more than the smoothies. I'm not sure what it was but the passion fruit smoothie was much different than what I had before or the one in the photos. We also ordered the basil popcorn chicken. Props to the chicken tasting like actual chicken and not some knock off chicken. The basil taste didn't stand out as much as I would've liked but all good! I'll be coming back real soon! Glad this finally opened. Been lucky enough to go here and I always miss the long lines. Service is very fast and friendly. Price is much lower than other Boba places. 2 large boba (extra boba) is only $8.90. Not bad at all. I highly recommend he place. Very clean and lots of seating. Was pleasantly surprised that T4 was opening in the neighborhood. Finally got to try it today and was quite satisfied with my experience. The pearl milk tea was pretty good, but a bit too sweet for my liking. I would recommend adjusting the sweetness to 80%... Witnessed it today after being screamed at to stand outside, while 5 to 6 people stood inside to wait for their orders. Their teas taste so authentic and not watery, they have varieties to choose from, I love the rose tea myself with aloe jelly, and the rose petals swimming in the surface smells pretty especially super cold calms me down when you ran out you find yourself asking for more. You'll have to buy more drinks coz their food is yummy. My favorites are the baby calamari, fried, not salty, not oily, but crispy, delicious tentacles and rings, popcorn chicken is good with basil brings out the asian side, forget diet it's delish.
