Hi my name is Samantha Meyer. I have opened 5 restaurants from the ground up as a GM Today at 6:40 my family goes to Taco Bell thru the drive thru...its dinner time so there about 7 cars in the drive thru pretty busy Wow the longest wait ever to take my order n actually to receive our order. The lady that took our order n our money gave our half ass order...forgot our soda tacos etc When I was at the window all I hear is rap music laying the f-bomb, sex, drugs I went inside to talk to Micheal (now he employee you should gave a raise to because he actually cared about my concerns) I told him that hear the rap music is not great environment for us customers especially for the elderly...family w small children... Another lady from the kitchen came up and ask what happened I told her we are missing half of our order she asked me would you like to make that??? Wtf duh we paid over 20 bucks in food yes we paid for it... Then I asked a customer service number the manager Matt said he did have it n said I'm sorry that all SORRY!! I'm not looking for something free or money back But when you are running a restaurant you might wanna think about the music n make sure whoever in drive thru give a shit make sure the order is right instead of singing the lyrics to Cardi B!! The only reason why I come is because of Michael ! This TACO BELL needs HELP ASAP!! And you need to hire more people like Michael!!! Lost both it's service and quality. I feel for its employees- they are few and can't cover the work load. That said more people are not going to the TB anymore so they will live into their down sizing soon. Sad, I love TB but won't waste my time at Ashland's. read more

So not pleased with this Taco Bell. We were traveling to Oregon from California and decided to get some food while driving. We waited in the drive through line where the girl taking our order was getting the order wrong every time we told her the order. We finally got to the window after what seemed like hours, only to have only half of our order given to us. While at the window we told the girl our entire order wasn't in the bag, she was again confused and had to run in the back to discuss the situation with the other workers in the back. She then came back with the bag , handed to my husband and we drove away. I checked the bag in the parking lot only To found we were still missing food. The drive through line was at least 15 cars deep so I ran inside. When I entered the lobby a gentleman worker came up and said to me "no no no the lobby is closed". To which I explained I was missing food and I wasn't going to sit in the drive through line again to get the order right. At the same time another customer came in the lobby who didn't have a car and she was told she also needed to go through the drive through. The woman was confused as she had just told the gentleman she didn't have a car and how was she supposed to go through the drive thru. We were then sent outside where I had to wait 5 minutes while watching the workers walk around one with her phone, just walking around and another one came out to lobby to ask the other about what was missing from the order. I totally get that it's COVID and a lot of pleases are having problems getting or keeping people to work but these workers were ridiculous with the way they were treating people who walked in the lobby. If it's closed. Maybe lock the door or put a sign . I was forced to give one star cause they don't do negative stars. read more

Such bad service. Waited a pretty long time considering there was only 2 cars in front of us. My fiancé had to go back in because the forgot an item and put sour cream on his burrito when he asked for none. We also only asked for 2 soft tacos but got and paid for 3. We could've caught it on the screen, but that was our bad. Then when we got home with our supposedly sour cream-free burrito......lo and behold, there's sour cream on it. So disappointing. Consistently, and by far, the SLOWEST Taco Bell I have ever experienced. Today I ordered 2 AM Crunchwraps - that was it. Pulled in and ordered at 10:35am (I was the only car in the drive thru), and did not receive my order until 10:50am. 15 minutes for 2 Crunchwraps? This location has been notoriously slow for years - especially in the morning. I wonder why I still go there. read more

This is the slowest taco bell in existence. No joke. Wait is typically 20-30 minutes in the drive through. Went in once to see if that would be faster and overheard the disaster that happens in the kitchen. Wow. Staff is nice but seem confused and move at a snails pace. The volume done at this location justifies the owners opening the first window of the drive through (would greatly improve efficiency) and increasing staff levels and training. For the most part I luv Taco Bell! Lately Depending on who is on Shift, the food is very Skimpy on Meat & Cheese, but a Ton of Lettuces! As a customer service worker in the food industry myself, I try to be patient and reasonable when things go wrong. I have lived here for two years now and every single time I've come here, there is something missing, an allergy that hasn't been taken seriously, or just poor, poor service. Today was the last straw as we went through the drive thru, looked over our food and saw our power bowl missing. We went up to the dining room and knocked on the door. The dining room is closed due to COVID but we didn't intend on entering the building or ordering more food, we just wanted our missing item. The rudest man sitting in the dining room waved us away when we knocked. We held up the receipt and bag and he waved us off again, not even looking up. We continued to wait until a manager came to the door. We explained the situation and she said, "oh that should be right on the line!" (She was great) They brought it out, we took our bowl, only to get in the car and find our chips were also missing. I wish saying 'we're never going back and giving them our money or time' meant something but considering it's major cooperation, that's not going to do anything. To that rude ass kid who waved us off, I know this sucks. Being in customer service has never been harder than it is right now and I'm sorry but part of getting through this is remembering to be patient and as kind as possible. Traveling back from a game in Eugene Oregon I stopped at one of my favorite restaurants Taco Bell in Ashland Oregon.While using the restroom I noticed people were waiting for someone that was in the stall. I was washing my hands when I very short man with black hair rushed out without washing his hands after using the stall. He was wearing a Taco Bell uniform and when I asked the woman at the counter she said he was the store manager. Disappointing! read more

We apparently caught the tail end of a rush so food was a little slow getting to us, management and employees worked hard to get through the rush and were very apologetic about the delay. Honestly, we really didn't have to wait too long. Our order was correct, our food was hot, and bathrooms were clean. A nice quick stop lunch. read more

I like Taco Bell, as their food and prices are decent, however this specific location is bad. Their employees are typically nice, yet saying they always appear to be in the best mood would be a falsehood. The biggest complaint, though, is their lack of qualities. What I mean by this is they advertise using the Taco Bell app, yet the location doesn't support it. I can't order online as it says, so it's completely misleading. Second, they also advertise to use Taco Bell gift cards which, again, they don't support. But to give them something positive, a good three quarters of their staff cares, but the final quarter won't even say anything to me in the drive through window. Not because they're busy- simply because they appear to be in a bad mood. Whether or not they actually are doesn't matter, it's the simple act of saying something like "thanks" or "have a nice day" would be plenty polite. Again, it's the same employees who appear to not care. Most of them are great, but a select few seem to dislike running their shift. read more

Wow! This taco bell is such a treat. Last night I went through the drive thru at around 1 am and ordered 14 beefy 5 layer burritos for all of my friends at a party. The drive thru person, named Jezup was the sweetest person, and didn't even flinch when I asked her to pour 16 Mild sauces into a medium cup and fill the rest with nacho cheese (My secret dipping sauce, NOT to drink ha! ha!) All in all it was a great experience my ex fiance used to make the crunch wrap supremes but he didn't like eating there and he alway! Anyway, I just would like to make some more friends and this taco bell gives me the perfect platform to buy tacos for strangers (potential friends). I have mixed feelings about you Taco Bell of Ashland. I went there to get the grande combo (it probably has a different name...can't remember) which gives you 10 items. I went and ordered with my coworker, only to come back to work and realize that 2 or 3 tacos/burritos were missing. I was too lazy to call or go back, so I just let it be. Another time I went, the guy working there recognized me and said, "Hey, aren't you that one girl that works at that one place?" ...yes, that is me. "We forgot to give you some food last time" ...yes you did. Did they give me them? Nope. Went in again today. Ordered a #7 quesadilla with chicken. Was about to drive away when I noticed there were 2 crunchy tacos and 2 bean burritos. I went back in and they apologized and gave me the right order and let me keep the other bag. So Taco Bell of Ashland, even though you didn't mean to, I feel like we are square for you messing up my order the first time. I even gave the 2nd bag to a homeless lady and the crunchy taco to my coworker. Everything worked out in the end...touche. read more

I have always loved Taco Bell but this particular one has the absolute worst service I've ever received at any food established, even considering it is Taco Bell, it is honestly better to spend the gas money to drive to the Taco Bell in Medford than deal with the terrible employees at this one. Very rude. Went to go order and an older ladies kept ignoring me because she was talking over the headset about laying in bed with her husband to another coworker. When I finally was able to get my order in, I waited at the window for 10 minutes while she talked to another coworker about what she is going to do after work. When I finally got my order, they had given me all of the wrong things. When I drove back through to ask them to remake it she seemed very annoyed and rolled her eyes while she passed me the bag. My friend and I were wondering through the cold, dark evening in order to find a grocery store. Then he pointed out that he was hungry, but i couldn't think of any place to eat on this part of the town(sad). Then he suggested Taco Bell, even though everytime he regrets eating there. Super not happy with this Taco Bell! I went through the drive-thru and ordered a STEAK smothered burrito. I get home and realized they gave me ground beef instead. I look at my receipt and sure enough I was charged for steak. So I drive across town and have them remake it for me. I get that people make mistakes so I'm nice about it. When I get back home again and start eating my corrected burrito I realize they messed up yet again and didn't put any rice or beans in it this time.
