The order was completely wrong our soft tacos had no meat, the crunchy tacos had hardly anything on them with broken shells, the street chalupa shells were over cooked, the beefy bean and cheese and rice burritos had no beef, and since the employees took down everything and put everything away even though they said to come down and they'd fix out order. But I want to tell you about the young lady working the register I remember her name well because it's my sisters name Brenda. This young lady was so patient with me and was my eyes for the menu. She must have read everything for me and helped me get just what I wanted and how I wanted it. The food was wonderful but the service from this employee was even better. Wait times here are horrendous for fast food. Never have anything in stock. They let the customer wait 30+ minutes before telling them the food isn't available. I don't know what's going on here but in all my years of eating at Taco Bell and KFC I have never seen one that struggles with getting orders out and even getting them right. The other day I placed my regular order which includes a Mexican Pizza. I thought something didn't taste right and it was particularly hard to cut. They had substituted the required flour tortilla for corn. Today I decided to order something different as I was afraid they would do the same thing. I tried ordering a Classic Chicken Sandwich but they were out of Chicken Patties. I opted to try the Saucy Chicken Nuggets Combo. What a mistake that was. From the picture the nuggets look to be a decent size but in reality all ten nuggets were so small they would fit in the palm of your hand. Then the meal was supposed to come with a biscuit but lo and behold...no biscuit. Definitely not worth the $9.99 listed price. I was very disappointed that I wasted my time and money. read more

So this is the first time I have ordered from a duel fast food place; this establishment serves Taco Bell and KFC. I've been hesitant to try them before because I was worried they'd only be able to do one efficiently, while dropping the ball on the other. I couldn't have been more spot on in my assumption. My husband ordered KFC and I got Taco Bell items. The KFC chicken was cooked perfect, hot and yummy. Whereas the Taco Bell food was absolutely terrible. The cheese wasn't melted in the bean and cheese burrito and it was super cold by the time we got back to the hotel. Thankfully, we had a microwave so I was able to heat it up and melt the cheese before consumption. The Chalupa was just horrible and I could only stomach one bite. The tacos were lacking meat. In conclusion, I would only order KFC menu items when choosing this establishment, and avoid the Taco Bell menu all together, IMHO. read more

The only reason I give one star is because there's no option for zero stars! I've lived here seven years and I've seen this place revision/remodeled a few times now. New crew every time we drive into the drive-through. This place is absolutely disgusting!! The restaurant is filthy! They don't sweep the floors, clean up the trash or wipe down the tables. Every single table had leftover food and sauce all over it. The bus station was disgusting, there was soda all over it, straw wrappers, lids. It hadn't been kept up at all. Let's talk about the service, the girl taking orders couldn't get any customer orders correct, I was behind a couple people in line and she manages to mess up every. Single. Order. Food was fine, the modifications we asked for on items did not happen but it's not the end of the world for us. The customer service probably couldn't have been worse. Didn't say a single word to us, just stuck her hand out out for our card and then handed us our bag.
